Waterfront holiday rentals in Port d'Alcúdia

Muy bien todo. Tuvimos un problema con la lavadora, Miguel estuvo pendiente en todo momento hasta que el problema se resolvió. La casa muy bonita, vista preciosa. Muy recomendable

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux ! Joana est d'une gentillesse rare, toujours disponible, réactive et d'une grande honnêteté. Son appartement est tout simplement superbe : décoré avec goût, impeccablement propre et idéalement situé, les pieds dans l'eau. Un vrai coin de paradis que je recommande les yeux fermés !

Mein Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – dieser hat immer schnell auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir benötigten. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal – in nur 10-15 Minuten waren wir in der Stadt. Alles in allem eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich definitiv weiterempfehlen kann!

We stayed a few days in Joan’s apartment and we really enjoyed it! There was enough space for 2 couples with a baby and the outdoor space is also huge. From the rooftop terrace you have a great view over the square and you can enjoy the view over the water and the sunset. Additionally we enjoyed the table tennis in the garage area. The apartment has everything you need and also a lot of extra towels etc. Joan was also really responsive and gave good tips for the surroundings 🙂

Maria’s apartment was fabulous, right across from the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away. Such a beautiful view to enjoy each day. The apartment had everything we needed. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but Maria couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful, all of which was resolved within hours of reporting the problem. Highly recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Marga war wirklich toll. Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist hervorragend und man hat fussläufig den Strand, Restaurants, Shops und Supermärkte. Auch Parkplätze sind eigentlich immer innerhalb ein paar Blocks zu finden. Die Ausstattung ist top und es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Gracias!

The view of the water is beautiful to wake up to every morning. We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants, plus the beach is right across the street. We had a car and easily parked within a few blocks each evening. Would definitely stay here again!

What a lovely place!!! Highly recommend this stay as we enjoyed the view, the walk into town, and everything the place had to offer. Alicia and her daughter were helpful with local recommendations and were so sweet. It was a place we will daydream about for years to come.

Had a lovely stay at Justo’s Airbnb. Check in was smooth and there was a lot of space for 2 people. Situated in a peaceful area. You can see the sunrise from the terrace which was a bonus! ❤️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez notre hôte à deux pas de la très belle plage de Muro et à quelques dizaines de minutes de marche en bord de mer du centre de Alcudia ( accessible aussi très facilement en bus ) : c’est le paradis pour des vacances au bord de la mer ou en montagne (rando et vélo ) tout est proche et accessible avec de magnifiques paysages, villes et villages environnants. Quant à la maison elle est splendide (très bien décorée et son jardin est superbe) pratique et agréable à vivre et bien équipée à l intérieur comme à l extérieur (de nombreux salons de jardins en terrasses , ombragés , au soleil ou les pieds dans l herbe sont accessibles en fonction des moments de la journée ainsi qu espace Abrité autour du barbecue très accueillant. On se sent chez soi et On peut y passer des vacances avec des petits enfants (chambres pensées pour et espaces jeux et tout est de plain-pied ) . Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs à tout instant .merci !

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO

Joana fue muy amable desde el primer momento y además nos regaló un desayuno que no le habíamos pedido. La anfitriona perfecta. Seguro que cuando volvamos a Alcudia, volvemos a Es Fasser. Bonaire. Muchas gracias Joana por todo!!!

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft, nette Hosts, super Lage! :)

We are so glad we chose Rosa's place. There were 4 of us staying and the house had plenty of room. It's in an incredible location just across the street from the quietest part of the (amazing) beach. There are alot of amenities close by, grocery stores and restaurants. The back patio looks over the lake, making for wonderful meals outside. Communication with the host and her son was excellent. They were very responsive and gave us great local suggestions. The home was very clean and had all the things you need for a self catered stay. There was even water and beer in the fridge on our arrival. Garbage bags, soap pods and detergent were all on hand at check in. It's these small touches that separate a good place from a great place and this place was fabulous. The house is very well appointed well kept and you could feel the love and care Rosa and her son Toni put into this place. I would highly recommend staying here if you come to Mallorca and are looking for a place to stay.

Super Lage mit Meerblick! Die Unterkunft war angenehm sauber. Was mir besonders gut gefiel, war, dass schon einige Dinge wie Spülmittel, Geschirrspültaps, Kaffeetaps vor Ort waren. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Me and my friends visited Mallorca for a weekend as we were studying abroad in Barcelona, and thought this could be a nice opportunity to get away from the city. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay in Alcudia at Marti's home. Marti was very friendly and helpful, he provided us with an a list of activities, restaurants, and places to visit. The house was equipped with all the appliances needed to have a comfortable stay that made us feel right at home. Overall the experience was terrific, I would definitely try and stay here again the next time I visit Alcudia.

This was our second stay at this apartment and again the location, cleanliness and communication was off a high standard. Thank you Pere

Wir haben das erste Mal über Airbnb gebucht, es war gleich ein absoluter Volltreffer. Die Unterkunft war absolut top, so wie vorab geschrieben. Alle Punkte trafen in vollem Umfang zu. Wir hatten wegen Kleinigkeiten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, die Antworten kamen innerhalb weniger Minuten und waren immer freundlich und zielführend. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ha sido una experiencia increíble! Nos sentimos como en casa. La limpieza, decoración y amenities han sido una maravilla nos hicieron sentir desde el minuto uno. Lamentamos no poder quedarnos más tiempo, pero sin duda volveremos. Mallorca en nuestra ciudad favorita y hoy Carlotta House pasó a ser nuestra alojamiento preferido. Además del alojamiento, la atención y el cariño entregados, fenomenal. Y Carlotta House, realmente maravillosa Mucho más que una recomendación

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sehr sauberen Apartment. Der Panoramablick ist fantastisch und die Wohnung ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Ausstattung inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind wunderbar und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der frische Duft der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher waren ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

El departamento es hermoso, las camas muy comodas, todo muy limpio y con todos los accesorios para cocinar. Hay muchos restaurante cerca y la playa de Alcúdia es de las mas lindas! Super recomendable

Logement parfaitement conforme aux photos voir encore mieux! Au calme, très propre, , extrêmement spacieux (nous étions 5), et avec une très belle terrasse ombragée pour prendre les repas. Très bon emplacement pour rayonner sur l'île sans les bains de foule. Hôte très réactif, et très sympathique. Rien à redire. Merci Antonia!
