Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Port d'Alcúdia

We really enjoyed our stay in Kisten's beautiful house. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 people and a small child. The garden with the pool area and the outdoor kitchen were the absolute best but the whole house is fantastic. Robbie, who looks after the house and garden, was nice and helpful and we are super happy with our trip.

A fabulous apartment with every amenity. The location is excellent close to the centre of Puerto Pollensa but away from the crowds. The Pine Walk and sea are less than 30m away and there is an excellent cafe right next door. There is a huge choice of restaurants close by and take away places too. The local Spar shop is excellent. The apartment is very comfortable and has a sun terrace with sea and Mountain View’s. The garage is huge and a safe place to keep car, bikes or mobility scooter. The owner is lovely, very helpful and Guillam her son very responsive to queries. We loved it. Only down side is the bougainvillea which is beautiful drops its petals and they need sweeping up often to keep it looking its best!

A great location in a wonderful town

Valentina and Luigi were simply amazing! Super welcoming and always available to help. The house is amazing with a super central location. Will certainly come back!

Overall a great house. It is large and very clean. We especially appreciated the whirlpool. For the sauna, it was a little too warm for us in the beautiful weather. Sitting at the big table outside in the morning and evening was very cozy. The location is great, 2 minutes on foot to the Eroski and about 5 minutes to the very nice beach. We enjoyed the time very much. We would have liked a little more equipment in the kitchen (dishes, etc. are all rather scarce if you are there with 5-6 people), but we also got along well with it in the end :-). Antoni was always available and very helpful if something was missing. He also had a lot of information and tips about what's in the area. A good, very friendly host.

Great location, great for the cafes and bars but is still quiet at night as it is fourth floor. We accidentally locked the key in the apartment, the host was very responsive when we reached out about this and then left a second set of keys for us to use after this incident. Free parking across the road but this does get busy, a bit more so on a weekend. Great place, great holiday. Would definitely go back again!

Fabulous villa- really beautiful with great pool and everything you could think off at the villa. It was lovely to meet the hosts/owners when we arrived and they were so helpful and kind as was Antonia. Very responsive to any queries. We travelled as a family- adult children and partners. Great villa, pool and amenities for all. Thank you for our stay. We hope to be back. There was a problem with some of the AC but they couldn’t have done more to try to sort it for us- thanks.😊

We had a wonderful stay! Joana is a rare kindness, always available, responsive and very honest. Her apartment is simply superb: tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and conveniently located, right on the water. A real slice of paradise that I recommend without a second thought!

The apartment was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Communication with our host was seamless from start to finish. The apartment was exactly as described and seen in the photos. You could reach the place very easily by car from Palma airport (about 45 min) and the "private" parking space in the courtyard of the apartment complex was extremely convenient, although you would have easily found parking in the area. From Alcúdia we explored the entire island by car - the location and the altitude to the highway and the highways was very convenient for this. The beach is really within walking (<5) from the apartment - so if you want to get to the beach quickly and often, you are well served here.

The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

We loved ever second at Xescas flat!! The view is just unbeatable! We felt right at home and the location is perfect for people who are looking for silence! Xesca was caring and loving!

What a wonderful place to stay. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. A really tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway, close to the beach and a wonderful stroll along the beach to Puerto Pollença. We had a fantastic time and loved the small touches like the plants, welcome food and drink, personal messages and privacy. Being able to buy organic goods from the cupboards in the kitchen and sustainable ethos were spot on. Thank you!

Beautiful, quiet accommodation – perfect for switching off! The accommodation was super nice, very quiet and well equipped – we really didn't miss anything. The tranquility was simply wonderful! Ideal also as a starting point for road bike tours in the area. Contact with the hosts was possible at all times and very pleasant. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We can recommend the property to everyone!

Our stay with Pedro was absolutely fantastic! He is an incredibly friendly and attentive host who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Pedro was a lifesaver, helping us organize a memorable birthday party at Tobogan. His communication was excellent; he was always quick to respond and checked in on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was perfect, stocked with all the essentials and in a brilliant location just a short walk from the beach and public transport. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. The washing machine and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the bed linen and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and would be happy to come back.

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about
