Apartment holiday rentals in Port d'Alcúdia

The balcony is very large and even 4 bicycles and laundry can be accommodated without space problems. It is a bit of a walk to the water, but very quiet outside the session. Everything went great!

The accommodation was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace was particularly beautiful, where you can relax wonderfully. The check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for switching off. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, you should be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so sometimes you have to park a little further away and walk a bit. The location is great - especially Playa del Muro is quick to reach and absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and all very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was really perfect - absolutely recommended!

Alex informed us very well before arrival, as we arrived late in the evening. The apartment was exactly as it was seen in the pictures. We felt very comfortable from the very first moment. Unfortunately, there was facade work going on during the day, but no one could do anything about it. Alex came by to get an impression and to apologize to us. We were very pleased about that! We were also very pleased with the bottle of Carva and water in the refrigerator.

We had 6 wonderful days in this very well-equipped, modern and very clean apartment. Communication with Esperança was quick and straightforward. The apartment has enough space for up to six people. We especially liked the open kitchen, the two bathrooms and the air conditioning. The location makes the apartment so special: a quiet street, 3 minutes on foot to the most beautiful beach on the island (sand, wide, clean, flat) and 3 minutes to a fully equipped Lidl with excellent baked goods. You can reach the city center/harbor with numerous restaurants in 10 minutes via the great waterfront promenade. There are also some restaurants nearby. We were able to charge our rented electric car for free at a public charging station (somewhat slow) within a 5-minute walk. The only drawback was the large number of cockroaches from which the whole island of Mallorca suffers, and which also find their way into the apartment. There was insect spray in the apartment for this.

Claudia was really helpful and friendly. The apartment is just as described, right on the beach, small supermarkets close by as well as a taxi rank. It's a 20min walk to the waterpark and Lidl, lots of restaurants close by and the Airport bus drops you right across the street. We had a fabulous stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Pep's apartment is perfect in every way, cleanliness, view, and proximity to the city and all the places to visit. The pool is a plus and the ease of parking as well. i would recommend this apartment.

Me and my mom spent a week in this apartment and couldn’t be happier! Very easy check in and great instructions on parking and supermarkets. In the nicest area of the port, very nice restaurants but still quiet in the evening. Highly recommended ✨✨✨

Excellent location and Cristina is extremely responsive. A little noisy at night but we knew in advance and it stops at around 11pm. Would recommend.

We had a great stay at Gaspar’s apartment. Everything from the location to the snacks in the apartment was great and thought through. We love to cook, and the apartment was equipped with all necessary equipment. Would highly recommend!

great place with a magnificeny view overseeing Alcudia marina and close to the beach. 20 minutes walking distance to Alcudia old town. Spotless apartment with everything we needed. Host was very communicative. Thanks for having us! We will definitely come back to Majorca!

We very much enjoyed or stay at this apartment. The hot tub jacuzzi was a special treat at the end of a busy day! Juana Maria was very responsive to questions during our stay. We will recommend this apartment to our friends.

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
