Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Poggioreale, Naples

We had a great stay in this flat on the northern edge of Naples’ historic center. It’s within walking distance to most things and right next to a charming little botanical garden. The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need for a few days in Naples: air conditioning to cool down, two bathrooms and a small balcony with views of the harbor and Mount Vesuvius in the distance. The layout is cozy and unique, with beds on an upper level that adds a nice touch. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was stocked for those who want to. Roberto lives in the same house and took care of everything and communication was smooth and easy from start to finish. The Sanità neighborhood has a lively, authentic vibe - gritty in parts, full of character, and very much alive. It may feel a bit chaotic at times, but we never felt unsafe. It’s a part of Naples with real soul and everyday life, not polished but very real. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable base to explore Napoli!

Massimo was a great host, he offered free shuttle to and from the city centre upon check in and check out, he provided recommendations for things to do, and he was very responsive throughout our stay. The place has a beautiful view.

The location is very convenient, walking distance to a few attractions, including the main sightseeing bus stop (the blue B line route is picturesque), Via Partenope promenade by the sea, teatro di San Carlo, Galleria Umberto, funiculars to the top, cafes and restaurants, taxi stop. The apartment is very nicely decorated, clean and the kitchen is well-stocked (incl. oil, salt, pepper, spices, coffee, tea, some candy and packaged pastries). Appreciated having cotton rounds and swabs in the bathroom. There’s a mini market next door. The terrace is amazing. The checkin was prompt at 2pm with hosts waiting for us upstairs.

Maurizio is an incredible host, very flexible, reactive, pro active and above all very kind. All his recommandations were excellent. We kept in touch at all Times from the booking to the last hours of stay to ensure everything went smoothly for us. His appartement is walking distance from the central stations (that takes pretty much anywhere in and outside Naples) and a short walk away from the city center and the city’s most delish adresses. The apartment has all you need, is very comfortable and the AC is a big plus. We had an amazing stay.

It was a beautiful room The instructions before reaching until check out were clear and the amazing Lucy and Umberto were always available to answer any questions to even guided me through the area. They gave me guidance on what to do where to go and what to eat. The even heled me sorting out my transportation. The apartment was clean and was well equipped. The view was great However, for such price, I would’ve expected some more facilities like a washing machine or breakfast to be included .

Nico's apartment is an oasis of tranquility. After the lively city, you can still sit on the beautiful terrace. The apartment is, as can be seen in the photos, beautifully furnished, bathroom and kitchen very clean and tidy. The subway can be reached in a few minutes. There are some nice pizzerias and restaurants nearby. Nico is very nice and helpful and lives in the same house. Overall: everything is great!

We had the most amazing time on our honeymoon staying here! Carlo met us promptly upon arrival, walked us to the house and gave us tips for getting around Positano. The terrace was amazing and offered spectacular views. This side of Positano was less crowded and we were happy to not be in the craziness of the main beach and port. It was a quick walk to literally everything. We hope to come back, and highly recommend!

Awesome experience! Casa Teka is a great place to stay, in a beautiful inner courtyard, with a great location for reaching the Amalfi coast, Sorrento and the wonderful nearby mountains. Torre Annunziata deserves to be discovered and in a few days we felt at home, this also thanks to Teodoro, to his family! (try their pizza at the pizzeria near the house)

The area is very convenient, both when arriving from the station by metro and for getting around on foot in the city, or even for taking the funicular to go up to San Martino. The building is a small condominium that feels like home in a part of Naples not yet dominated by shops and tourist spots. If you want, you can do your shopping in the nearby supermarket. - Check-in worked great. We felt very good!

Maria is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need, the outdoor space is very pleasant and functional for returning from the sea. The location is very convenient, very close to the sea (on foot), the bus stop, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

We loved Alfonso’s place! It was a truly beautiful property with the best terrace, we loved sitting out there and watching the sunset. The beds were very comfortable, everything was well stocked, and it was very spacious. The shower was wonderful and the view was amazing. A few stairs, but that is to be expected, and tricky water pressure in the toilet, but not a big deal. Alfonso was very kind to us and gave us great recommendations and tips as well as helping us get a boat cruise booked and answering our questions about the bus. Bus stop very close to airbnb makes it easy to get around the coast. We loved it and I would recommend this place to absolutely everybody, would love to be back!

We had a fabulous time in Sorrento and staying with Maria Laura was wonderful. She was very accommodating and gives great restaurant recommendations. The place itself had the charm of the region and is a peaceful stay amongst the lemon trees. It is a bit of a hike up the hill but it did not detract from our stay. Overall, highly recommend!

A stunning place, in a stunning location. Exactly as the pictures with a view that isn’t done justice in the listing. Not least what felt like a private beach at the foot of the steps to and from the house! We had a wonderful time and were well looked after by the hosts. Be it needing transport or just information, they always responded quickly.

Great apartment for a stay in Naples. About a 10 minute walk from the main area so close enough but nice and quiet. AC was brilliant and cold enough in the bedrooms. Beautiful balcony to overlook Naples and the cruise ships. Would stay again!

Paola and her daughter Zelda are very friendly, smiling and very responsive hosts. The accommodation is ideally located for getting to the historic center (5 minutes from the train station). The terrace is really a plus for relaxing in peace after visiting Naples.

I had a very good stay, The view from the terrace is exceptional, the accommodation is not modern but very typical which gives it its charm and has all the necessary amenities. The addition of air conditioning and a small touch of refreshment would make it perfect. The apartment is ideally located and is barely 200 meters from the Materdeï Metro station. Salvatore and his wife communicate very well and are very responsive to any information. I highly recommend it!!!!

If you’re after the beauty of the Amalfi coast without the crowds then come to Praiano. I agree with so many of the other reviews about the scenery, helpful friendly hosts, apartment and town. I would recommend to others and revisit myself.

very close to everything you need and 2 metro stations and the funicular to the castle. The balcony and terrace aree fantastic for watching the sub go down with a glass of wine. Aircon excellent in the bedrooms and lounge. large flat with lots of space.
