It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Marija's place is impeccable! One of the best I've ever been to. Everything was perfectly clean: bathroom, kitchen, dishes, sheets, bedrooms… The house is equipped with all the amenities imaginable. They were so nice to even leave us food and drink in the apartment. The photos don't do the apartment justice, it's much nicer! I highly recommend staying in this apartment both for the location and for their friendliness but above all for their beautiful little dog. You were impeccable hosts and we hope to return soon to visit your wonderful city! ♥️

The house is easy to find, the actual house is better than the description in the photos, each area is independent, very suitable for 5 people to stay, although we only stayed 2 people, the interior is clean and tidy, fully equipped, there is a very large yard, parking is very convenient, very beautiful lawn, the only disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the bus station, maybe we are not familiar, but the cost performance is quite high, thank you very much to the host for letting us check in early.

We had a great time at Katja's place! The accommodation was even better than in the photos, spacious and with lots of amenities. The proximity to Ljubljana and the major highways are very convenient for exploring the country by car, while being in a peaceful place. Katja is a responsive, warm and very attentive host, we are delighted to have met her and will not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to our loved ones who would like to take a trip to Slovenia 😊

We felt very comfortable in Peter's beautiful tiny cottage. It all matched the description. Peter is a great host who takes great care of his guests and communicates excellently. He can be reached at any time and gives good tips. The apartment is centrally located and the highway is quickly accessible. Due to the good location, all destinations can be reached in 1 1/2 hours at the most. There are very good pizzas in the Medved gotinsko at very reasonable prices. We also ate very well in the Gostilnica Kaval and in the Kitajska Panda, a Mandarin restaurant. You can also stop by the bar next door at any time. We would book Peter's accommodation again at any time.
