Holiday rentals with a patio in Plédran

Patricia is delightful. She met us at the Appartment with flowers and smiles and was willing to give us any info we required. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean with everything needed for our stay . Very well furnished kitchen, comfortable bed. Located near to several cafes, bakeries and bars overlooking the harbour.

Magnifique environnement pour ce studio très sympa et agréable. Il a tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Une vue sur la mer depuis le sublime jardin dont on peut profiter . A deux pas du centre ville et des restaurants, avec une très belle balade sur la pointe d'Erquy. L'accueil est très agréable et sympathique. A recommander sans hésitation.

房子刚装修完（邻居依然在装修，但是我们入住期间没有施工，但是屋子里有一些木头味儿） 所以非常新，非常干净，让人眼前一亮的那种喜欢 厨房很好用，厨具齐全且新 （可惜只有小水果刀与小菜板） Wi-Fi形同虚设，信号非常差，我们全程用的蜂窝数据。 淋浴非常舒服，干净且大，水压非常好。三层搭浴巾的架子超级实用。 床垫很厚实，很新（我自己的床垫1300欧，所以不方便评论舒适度） 至少让人很踏实。 被子舒服。 阳台很脏，桌面布满了灰尘，装饰灯泡上以及椅子上也挂满了蜘蛛网 对于害怕蜘蛛🕷️的人来讲，处于完全无法使用的状态。 交通来讲 我们第一天徒步去了一个东北方向地小沙滩取吃饭，风景很好。走了20分钟。 之后去超市以及大海滩都是开车。 开车的话 很方便，停车也很容易找到车位 正面对着一个教堂，每小时会有多次巨大的钟声，经常把午睡的孩子吓醒。 扔垃圾的地点有些远，需要走200左右米扔到公共垃圾点，我们吃了很多生蚝🦪，所以垃圾很沉，如果能楼下就有能扔的垃圾桶就好了。 总体体验非常好，性价比非常高

Excellent week-end, hôte très réactif et arrangeant. Le logement était propre et correspondait à l’annonce. Plusieurs places sont disponibles pas loin du logement. Seul petit bémol, on entend les voisins monter et descendre l’escalier, sinon le reste parfait !

Très beau studio aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons apprécié l'endroit en plein coeur de Binic. Les restaurants,la plage le Gr34 à proximité. Nous avons été sous le charme et comptons bien revenir et séjourner plus longtemps.

Appartement cosy très agréable dans une résidence paisible. Petite terrasse balcon avec vue sur mer super appréciée. 2 chambres avec lits doubles confortables. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Wir hatten eine herrliche Urlaubswoche in dem erholsam ruhig gelegenen Anwesen. Es gibt jede Menge Platz und jede Menge Möglichkeiten zum Zeitvertreib: Tennis, das Boot auf dem Teich oder Billard …und für Ausflüge ist die Lage ideal! Die Küche ist enorm aber vor allem ein BBQ im Schatten ließ richtiges Urlaubsgefühl aufkommen. Meliza und Marc sind herzlich und gastfreundlich und hatten tolle Tipps für uns. Bei kleinen technischen Problemen waren Sie sofort zur Stelle. Die altehrwürdigen Mauern sind definitiv eine Reise wert.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez My Chau. Le logement est bien placé, bien équipé et truffé de petites attentions bien pratiques. My Chau est très claire dans ses descriptions. Tout est parfait, sauf peut être le plancher de l'étage, très bruyant à chaque pas. Hormis ce détail, un logement sans fausse note. Merci My Chau

Nous n’avons passé qu une nuit mais la maison est propre et très bien équipée la Litterie est confortable et le nombre de salle de bains est un plus Hote très réactif je recommande

We spent a delightful week at this charming house in Erquy. Gill, the host, was fantastic—always quick to respond and very friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is superb! Within a short walk, you're at the harbor, town center, or one of several sandy beaches, perfect for relaxing or exploring the beautiful surroundings. Plus, there’s a great bakery nearby at 80 Rue Foch for fresh baguettes. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is newly renovated and perfect for cooking enthusiasts. Note that the stove is an induction hob, so bring an adapter if needed. A washing machine is also available, which was a nice convenience. Sleeping arrangements include four beds, with a double bed that’s on the smaller side—cozy for those who like to sleep close! Parking was generally manageable; although you can’t park directly at the house, we always found a spot about 100 meters away. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Un des meilleurs BnB. Rien à redire. Prestations de qualité. Literie excellente. Décoration soignée. Chemins de randonnée à proximité. Quartier calme. Jacuzzi et sauna top. Tout a été parfait pour notre escapade. Caroline est très accueillante.

Génial j'ai passé une superbe soirée . Dans un cadre calme et apesant j'ai pu me reposé Lors de mon déplacement professionnel je recommande très fortement. Je tiens encore une fois à vous remercier.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. Stéphanie est une hôte très réactive et sympathique. Attention cependant pour les jeunes enfants la maison est sur 2 étages et demi et 3 des 5 chambres sont au 2 ème étage.

Very clean place, the bedrooms and huge and despite being close to the road, the soundproofing was good enough that we heard no noises. Bedrooms were big. We were driving, and on-street parking was easy to find. One note about the keys is you need to use them on the top keyhole, not the bottom one (which took us a few minutes to realise). Everything is very helpfully labelled, including where to throw the bins out.
