Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Plazhi San Pietro

Elio was a good host, responded quickly and came up with clear info. Problems with the wifi were solved very quickly by him. The house is complete and in a nice,quiet place. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The house has no pool but 10 minutes' walk away we could swim for free at the hotel royal g max

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect. Cheaa was an excellent host, always quick to respond and accommodating to any requests or questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting .

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

We (family of parents and three grown children) stayed at Ester’s beach house in Lura 1 north of Durrës. The house worked well, and we especially enjoyed the spacious and pretty veranda. We spend many hours there. We faced an issue with the aircondition and the owner of the house called for a workman and stayed for the 3-4 hours it took to fix it, so that was taken care of in a very professional way. The house is perfectly located just 200 meters from the beach and a little supermarket. The beach is good with fine, white sand. The restaurants along the beach were so so, we found a restaurant a little further up the beach called Aqua (located in Lura 3), which we highly recommend, but also a bit more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. All in all a good stay which we can recommend for a family and Ester is very easy to communicate with and replies fast.

Spacious space , accurate to the photos Suela was hyper responsive after a water problem in less than 20 minutes the problem was fixed!! close to the airport ( 15 minutes) , private parking what more could you ask for!! thank you for the welcome

Alex’s place was perfect. The spacious house easily accommodated our two 2+3 families and its garden let our kids play for hours. Please note the following, which has not been covered by the property’s description. ⁃ The path connecting the main road and the house is in a very poor condition. The tarmac is almost nonexistent, so it should be considered a dirt road and in the end you will be surprised by a short, but extremely steep hill. It may be a problem if you have a rental car with no dirt policy. ⁃ The house itself has two separate flats on a ground and first floors. There is also a third flat on the top floor, a holiday retreat for the owner, who lives abroad. He came for a few days during our stay, but was more like a ghost, we hardly ever noticed his presence. ⁃ The nearest beach is only a few kilometres away. It’s close, but you need a car. ⁃ The nearest shop is 650m away. You can reach it on foot and you can pay by card.

Violeta is an amazing host. The house is in a very good location and has private parking. There are many restaurants and cafes around. There are many markets for shopping. The house had a really authentic atmosphere and everything we needed was provided by Violeta. We were very pleased and liked the house very much.

The hotel was 10/10 as seen in the photos, everything was functional and in good condition and clean. The only complaint is that at the parking lot two people tried to take money from us for using the parking lot, who apparently were scammers. So for everything, first ask for help and instructions from the person in charge where you made the reservation and he is very clear and helps you with everything.

Just AWESOME! The Appartement is nice, clean, perfectly located and perfect for 5 Persons. It’s just cozy and makes you feel home from the moment you enter whether it’s the wide open living room and kitchen or the sunny balcony or the warm fireplace. The contact to Laert is just too convenient. He was always available and takes good care of you. We got the best recommendations for restaurants and Must sees in Albania. The apartment is located in an be of the nicest areas of Tirana. We loved it and we will definitely come back!

Klodian was an amazing host - super helpful with suggestions of restaurants and shops nearby. His dad was also lovely offering me fresh fruit from the garden! The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with a nicely renovated bathroom.

Great place with everything within walking distance (restaurants, beaches, convenience stores). Well-equipped, everything is there. Suada is very responsive as needed.

We had a nice stay at Elona's. You can enjoy the view of the sea directly after waking up from bed. It was wonderful. The room is exactly as in the pictures. The full kitchen equipment is great. Clear recommendation!

Kristina was the best host ever!! She’s very polite and ready to solve any problems. The place was amazing and really really clean .Best host in Tirana for sure.Would highly recommend it!

We had a relaxing time in the accommodation. The bed is very comfortable and everything was very clean. There were a few small details missing such as dishwasher tabs or things for the fireplace and the Netflix account didn't work properly. For this, the kitchen is well equipped and sparkling clean. The roof terrace is also great for drinking coffee (but you have to note that there is no "real" coffee machine but a mocha pot)

We had a great time staying at this property - it was true to the photographs, pristinely clean and had all the amenities you would need! The host was super flexible, showed us around the local town, took us shopping and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and bars. He even gave us a number for a local taxi who managed to drive our big group! He was super easy to communicate, too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

We had an amazing time in Dea’s beautiful villa. The house was more than suitable for our needs, accommodating 10 of us comfortably. The outdoor spaces were lovely and the villa was very close to the beach. Would advise getting a car to access as the resort it slightly further out from the local town but taxis are very cheap as an alternative. Would recommend to everyone!

Genti was a great host! He prepared us spontaneous a local fish on arrival which was a warm welcome. If you are looking for a peacefull local stay close to nature this is the spot. We walked to the village every day to have a coffee with the warm and friendly locals in the main cafe. Communication with 'hand and feet' but this receipt still works! Cape rodon, beaches and Tirana reachable in 30-45 minutes. All great!

Excellent location. The house is really comfortable, equipped with everything you need and even extra unexpected (for example, the kitchen was also very well stocked with many things that you often forget - salt, pepper, oil, spices, coffee, sugar, napkins, aluminum, etc.). The HOST was very kind at all stages of our stay, it was easy and quick to contact her and was always available. The house is very nice, well-kept and in a great location (100 meters from the sea) and a short distance from Tirana and/or the airport. The beach is sandy, well organized (umbrellas, sun loungers, restaurants, children's games, beach volleyball courts, etc.) and in a closed and reserved area (guard at the entrance, few cars and therefore tranquility even for small children). Finally, the house is well equipped for small children (sun loungers, children's games, slides and swings in the garden and many other gadgets to have fun for the little ones), definitely ideal for those who travel with family

The house is a real gem. The garden is beautiful and spacious, the roof provides for beautiful dinners and quiet time. The house is well equipped and very well situated, super close to the beach, a market and playgrounds for the kids. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very kind and communicative. We loved our stay!
