A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. There is also the possibility to catch the sun in front of the terrace door. The place is fully renovated in natural stone from slovenian Karst and wood from the region of Julian Alps.

New 2025! One-Bedroom - just renovated, Near Sea

I have nothing but positive things to say about the apartment. The directions were clear, and it was simple to access the unit. The location is fantastic, just off the main plaza and right across from a grocery store; however, it wasn't at all noisy. It's obvious the apartment has been renovated. I felt comfortable and appreciated the amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen and a washing machine. Finally, Zuzana was responsive throughout my stay. I would recommend a stay. My only hesitation would be for older guests who might lack mobility. There are three steep flights of stairs, but there were handrails and many of the streets in Piran heading towards the top are also steep. Great stay!

We spent two nights here and felt totally comfortable. The studio is small but well equipped, so we didn't miss anything. Nicely renovated and impeccably clean. The parking right in front of the house was also perfect! Everything is great :)

Terrace & Studio, Piran Old Town Near Sea

We loved our time in this small but perfect flat centrally located in exquisite Piran. Access to the amazing roof terrace (sensational views) was a bonus as it is the top flat and close to this. It had a well equipped kitchen and we were able to shop at the little supermarket just round the corner and cook meals. A stones throw from the main square and seafront.

The setting is beautiful, 25 minutes' walk (along the coastal path) from Piran's main square. The room is nicely decorated and pleasant. We shared the terrace with other friendly residents, as was Emil. Easy and varied hikes starting from the accommodation.
