Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Havana

The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had a nice fridge with a good filter water system and they also have another really good fridge that if you are celebrating any event is perfect for those drinks. The kitchen in general is pretty good and BIG. The common areas are very nice, all with a/c wich is really needed in Cuba.The backyard and pool were always very clean because they have a person who clean every day. All a/c around the house worked very good and the generator covered everything in the house when the power went out; one of the day the generator had a little issue but I called Eduardo and he came to fix it himself in 30 mins, and only took him to fix like 5-10 mins..I loved that.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are good too. I would definitely come back and recommended it because all my family and me loved the house and we had a really nice family time there with no issues.the house is surrounded by embassies wich it make it safe

Primera vez en Cuba, fui con 4 amigos, como despedida de soltero y el alojamiento fue ideal, la zona es tranquila, salimos de fiesta y caminamos sin ningún inconveniente a las 4-5 am, la limpieza perfecta, toallas limpias, las camas bien y algunos restaurantes cercanos y más! La persona que cuida de la casa, Noel, una gran persona que nos apoyó con dudas en general de la ciudad, nos recomendó restaurantes y más, espero regresar pronto. ✨

Carlos ist einfach zu nett und kümmert sich so dermaßen um seine Gäste!!!! Unfassbar! Vertraut ihm! Er will euch helfen und gibt super Tipps. Für jedes Problem hat er eine Lösung! Das ganze dann auch noch so nett und freundlich! Das hat unserem Start in den Urlaub so viel einfacher gemacht. Ohne ihm wäre alles so viel komplizierter geworden. Davon abgesehen ist das Haus so super schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, dass man sich in Havanna hineingezogen fühlt. Wir wünschen ihm nur das Beste und unendlich viele Gäste, die ihm Freude bereiten. Lasst euch auf das Abenteuer Kuba ein, verzeiht dem Land die Unannehmlichkeiten und genießt die schönen Seiten! Und ein guter Ausgangspunkt ist diese Unterkunft!!!

Beautiful home! Security and house staff were friendly and very helpful! Restaurants are within walking distance. House was well kept, clean and lots of room for 5 adults. The pool area was beautiful and a great place to relax in the evening. Would stay again.

Laura's place was great, house staff (Osmel and Yanixa) were incredibly kind. They were very attentive and so helpful throughout my stay. They brought me coffee from the market, helped me hire a driver and made the arrangement for me. One night I wanted to watch a movie from my laptop, Osmel was kind to bring me an HDMI cable for the TV. Very trustworthy and polite people. They even cut me fresh pineapples! Brought me beers without ripping me off. They provided me instructions and took time out to be available. They accommodated my late flight, gave me recommendations of places. I can speak very highly of them and for their care. The house was very nice, more like a mansion. No power outages, I always had hot water with pressure. Washroom was very nice with a double sink. Bed and linens were great. Kitchen was solid with a big modern fridge and stove. Living room had a great big sectional sofa. Dining table was very nice, with fresh flowers on the table. Backyard was great!

Amelia y Alfonso son encantadores. Ella es un torbellino de vitalidad. La casa estaba muy limpia y era cómoda y agradable. Muy moderna en su interior y con aire acondicionado y ventiladores para no pasar calor. Amelia nos recomendó lugares para ir a comer por la zona y nos explicó dónde se encontraba la zona WiFi, muy cerca de la casa. La estación central está también muy cerca y también la plaza de la Revolución. Se adaptaron a nuestros horarios sin problema y nos aconsejaron sobre el barrio y a la hora de coger el Viazul que teníamos previsto para el día siguiente.

2 jours dans un cadre très agréable, une bulle de détente en famille face à la mer, les pieds dans l’eau 🤩 La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse, on s’y sent bien. Un super accueil avec des petits trucs en plus qui s’apprécient : serviettes de plage, lavage des vêtements, une cuisine bien équipée et un très bon gâteau maison 😋

Diana es una anfitriona de 10. Es amable, servicial, atenta, cariñosa, discreta, respetuosa...mi hija y yo estuvimos unos días malitas y su preocupación y familiaridad nos confirmó que estar en su apartamento fue un acierto. Apartamentos de más o menos confort podemos encontrar sin lugar a dudas, lo difícil es encontrar un anfitrión que sepa conjugar la atención y a la vez respete tu privacidad y espacio vital y en Diana se da ese equilibrio de manera excepcional. Su apartamento está ubicado en una zona inmejorable del Vedado donde hay todo tipo de servicio y desde el cual te puedes desplazar sin problemas a otros lugares y de no hacerlo, las terrazas del apartamento son perfectas para descansar con un buen café o lo que apatezca. Gracias mil Diana por ser tan especial, mi familia y yo quedamos más que satisfechos y recomiendo a la Comunidad Airbnb, que en La Habana no pierdan la oportunidad de estar en su apartamento y tener la dicha de conocerle. For me i stayed for seven days it was awesome very clean and secure the location was also great i was literally in the middle of all the night clubs restaurants ,etc and most of all Ms Anna very helpful with everything you can thinking about, (here favorite words not a problem ) Thanks Ms Anna.

Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich bei Mario und Yoli bedanken. Sie haben alles perfekt geplant. Meine Zeit in Vedado war einfach fantastisch. Die Unterkunft liegt zwar zentral aber trotzdem ruhig und ein bisschen privat nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Der Balkon ist wunderschön die Klimaanlage und alle anderen Einrichtungen haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Die warme Dusche war eine Wohltat und die gesamte Wohnung war sehr sauber. Besonders schön fand ich die nette Geste zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Havana Club das hat sofort einladende Stimmung geschaffen. Mario und Yoli haben mich sehr freundlich empfangen sie sind wirklich liebe Menschen. Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Liebe Grüsse aus der Schweiz 😊🙏🏿

The host Ramon was very attentive and responsive as well his assistant Alex was flexible with our check in hours and was always there to help out. Overall great place and location with good beds and living room and well set up bathrooms with hot water. The view is amazing but only limited due to on going building construction as the scalfolde obstructs 75% as well the front of the building is very old but highly secured to park our car on the street. Look forward to staying there again next time I visit.

Amazing space! KC took care of us from start to finish from ordering us taxes, find good rates for us and just being available for any mishap we experienced. She was super accommodating and responsive to any question or request we had. Our breakfast was wonderful everyday we had it ordered. Book the space if you’re unsure of how to navigate Havana, she will handle it!

Staying at this Havana penthouse was unforgettable. The property is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and a panoramic overlook of the city from an iconic 1950s building. It felt like stepping back in time, with mid-20th-century decor beautifully preserved while offering all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The space was not only charming but also incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was impressive, creating a unique and timeless atmosphere. The breeze in the large balcony is amazing. The host, Enrique, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. He kept the space pristine, checked in regularly, and was incredibly accommodating. When my flight was delayed, he generously extended my stay at no extra cost. Internet access, often challenging in Cuba, was reliable 24/7. During our two-week stay, everything was perfect. On New Year’s Eve, Enrique even brought us food and treats, making it even more special. The best Airbnb I’ve stayed in!

Excellent accommodations, and superb value! Very spacious apartment withe all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Open outdoor balcony with nice views makes a perfect spot for unwinding and gathering. Central a/c is a luxury as few places have this in Havana. Apartment was spotless, wifi works great and the large smart TV is definitely a plus. Many amenities like washer and dryer and comfortable beds truly make ones stay exceptional. Host is available for any need that may arise. Location is near many restaurants and stores. Check in process was seamless. Definitely a place to return to. Highly recommended!

RECOMENDABLE AL 100% - VOLVERE Marta y sus ayudantes son un encanto!! La casa es perfecta en el centro del Vedado, (mejor zona de la Habana), amplia, limpia, muy bien situada, bonitas vistas y la zona muy tranquila. Ascensor con generador (siempre funciona). La Wifi es muy buena y siempre funciona (un milagro para Cuba). La casa esta en un 9º con una gran terraza y muy buenas vistas. Hay varios restaurantes en la misma manzana (uno es 24Horas), la zona es muy tranquila y segura. Cerca de sitios como el Hotel Nacional (digno de tomar un mojito en la terraza), el Melia Habana libre, el Presidente (terraza para tomarse algo muy barata). GRACIAS POR TODO MARTA!!

Fomos muito bem recebidos por nossa anfitriã que nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. A habitação estava limpa e tinha bons utensílios de cozinha, além de secador de cabelo e lavadora de roupas. Recomendo muito esse lugar.
