We had a great time at Joseph's place, it had everything we needed, it's safe, quiet and has a beautiful view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again. To be honest I was hesitant to book after seeing some of the reviews, about construction next door, security guards and that the beds are hard, but from our experience guards were friendly and yes, the beds are hard and the pillows might need to be replaced, but it was nothing we couldn’t get used to. Our only recommendation would be to remove some of the clothing items on the main closet, for guests to use the space.

El lugar está increíble y céntrico, lo único que puede ser molesto puede ser el ruido ya que como está arriba de un local de comida cierran tarde y abren temprano, pero fuera de eso está increíble todo, todo está muy cercas y la calidez del lugar es muy agradable todo lo básico que necesitas para estar unos días lo tiene ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a nice spot and the owner was very responsive to whatever needs I had. It is conveniently located to the local bar, restaurants and clubs. Recommend to anyone visiting Rosarito, and look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Nice spot near the strip. We were able to walk around and not have to pay for parking. Parked on the street in front of the place with no issues.

This Airbnb was perfect clean, stylish, and super comfortable! The host was very responsive. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful. Loved the view and how close everything was. loved the cozy balcony with the stunning view. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay. All our family enjoyed their stay. Super clean! Very spacious. The people that are in charge super friendly. Having the beach as your backyard was just so great my 3 girls and their cousins loved it.

The location was great. It was in a safe community yet away from others. We felt comfortable and were only minutes away from downtown. The clubhouse was perfect for the family. Host was responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The home was spacious and perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the fenced in backyard, made it safe for our toddler to play in the sand. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and bbq. We will definitely stay at this Airbnb again.

By far the best place in TJ! Would highly recommend. The place felt right at home and opens up to a beautiful view of the ocean. Extremely clean and easy to access. Will be staying here every time!

The waves rolling in create a soothing rumble in the background. We saw dolphins and oodles of pelicans. This unit's location is one mile south of the border on the main drag of the playas. Convenient to beach, restaurants, coffee, everything! Host is very responsive! Love the parking guard. Quiet part of the neighborhood!

Excelente lugar, está mejor que en las fotos , zona tranquila , con calefacción lo recomiendo ampliamente, es un lugar familiar limpio y agradable , volveríamos nuevamente
