The house is equipped with a bedroom with a king-size bed and A/C, high-speed Starlink internet, a private bathroom, hot water, a kitchen, a dining room, a desk, a cool room with an ocean view, and a terrace with a Jacuzzi.

During the day there may be some construction noise from my neighbors, but it's not loud.
