Espectacular ático en Terrazas de Costalita con vistas al mar, muy cerca de puerto Banús y rodeado de campos de golf. El complejo tiene una bonita piscina, zonas ajardinadas, un gimnasio y una salida directa a la playa de Saladillo. El ático tiene 2 terrazas de 15 y 30 m2 y un solárium privado encima de la vivienda de unos 100m2 desde donde disfrutar unas espectaculares vistas de 360º al mar, las montañas de Marbella y Gibraltar. El ático es muy luminoso y tiene un diseño elegante y acogedor.

This cozy holiday apartment suitable for up to 6 adults. The accommodation has a spacious living room and 2 terraces where you can spend time with family and friends, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a parking space in the garage from which you can easily take the elevator to the apartment, and of course the pool area and wonderful tropical gardens where you can walk directly to the beach. Padel and tennis courts are also located across the street from the apartment.

Nice studio located in the Villacana Urbanization, between Estepona and Puerto Banús. This studio has a kitchen, bathroom, and terrace and is ideal for 1 or 2 people. Very well located within the development, just a 1-minute walk to the beach, and very spacious, with terrace furniture to enjoy the Costa del Sol's good weather. The complex has direct access to a promenade where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets or cycle along the seafront path.

405 4-bed beach luxury penthouse

Six of us just spent a lovely week at Maya’s place. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with beautiful water views. Maya was very helpful before and during our stay. She made various arrangements for us including bikes, and provided excellent dining recommendations locally and in Estapona. She made sure we had all the information we needed to make the trip easy, stress free, and enjoyable. When anything came up during our stay, she was immediately responsive. Highly recommended and we hope to be back.

Miradores del Sol, Walking Distance From The Beach

The apartment was exactly as described. Even though the rooms are a bit small our stay was really great. Most of the time we've spent outside on the terrace or at the pool, which was the best we ever had at any location. 2 Supermarkets are very close by and reachable by a short walk. This was the best equipped kitchen we ever had in any Airbnb. We were two couples and you only get one key for the apartment. We always had to make special arrangements because we only had this one key, which was really annoying. Also the way to the beach is complicated if you do not take a shortcut by crossing the street (which is a bit risky). Generally we recommend to have a car if you stay here. All in all it's a great place to stay and we can highly recommend this apartment.
