Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

Amazing, beautiful flat with a huge outside space. Very comfortable, has everything you need. Host super helpful from start to finish, flexible with staying an extra day and able to help with various local queries we had. The kids loved the playground and the local chiringuito is a great amenity to have so nearby. Was exactly what we needed for our stay with our two kids, and two grandparents, easily enough space for the six of us. Very convenient for the wedding events we attended in east Marbella and the Benahavis foothills. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to be in the Marbella vicinity. Great value for money as well.

We stayed for two weeks over Christmas with our three teenage boys. We all loved it! The apartment is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the sea from the big balcony and the roof top terrace. Breathtaking. With three active boys we utilized the amenities alot. We playes tennis and padel every day (often a few times a day 😊) and used the gym. We took wonderful walks along the beach on the great boardwalk that stretches along the coast for miles. A dip in the ocean on Christmas was a must! The Sonora restaurant on the beach just in front of the condominium was a fab place for a drink, lunch, coffee. Loved it! It was also just a short drive to explore towns like Puerto Banus, Marbella as well as nearby hikes in the mountains. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We’ll be back! ☀️

We rented this beautiful penthouse for three months, from October to the end of December. The penthouse is fully equipped and has everything you need. It is very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully stocked with an espresso machine, dishwasher, blender, and much more. We had a wonderful time here. The terrace is spacious, and the rooftop is amazing—you can see the sea from both terraces. The building is also very well-maintained, and the garden and pool are stunning, with beautiful trees and plants. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. We are already planning to rent this beautiful penthouse again next year for a few months. We give this penthouse a 10+!

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de accommodatie! Het appartement is zo goed als nieuw, super schoon en voorzien van alles waaronder ook een elektrische barbecue. Host is super aardig, correct en ruim op tijd met communiceren over aankomst, verblijf en vertrek.

Heaven Beach Apartment is amazing! The apartment is as beautiful and stylish as in pictures. And there is a heated pool at the property! This was a big plus for our kids and we didn’t know it until we went there. The house is very peaceful and quiet but no one complained about our noisy children. There were quite many blackouts during our three weeks stay but they weren’t a problem since we got to deal with them with the instructions got from the service team. They only lasted about three minutes. Definitely will be coming back here!

Apartment was perfect. It was clean, plenty of space for the 2 of us and nice and bright. The location was fabulous, views over the beach and the sea and located one street away from the old town which is beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed and it was lovely to have enough essentials there, for example soap, toilet paper, towels and tea towels. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars next to the apartment. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend. Special shout out to Lola too who showed us around the apartment, sent us recommendations and was there if we needed anything. She is lovely. Thank you!

Everything was absolutely wonderful here! It's truly one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. The apartment is spotless, everything works perfectly, and there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. Georgina was a wonderful host – it was truly a pleasure to meet her and be welcomed so warmly. We stayed for the second time in Miguel’s apartment, and it felt like coming back home. We already knew how things worked and explored the area even better than last time. Miguel provided some great tips on places to visit, which made it easy to plan our holiday with the best restaurants and beaches. We’ll definitely be back!

Un appartement cosy, propre, bien rangé offrant deux chambres et deux salles de bain spacieuses, disposant de tous les équipements dans une résidence calme et sécurisée avec plusieurs piscines. Votre véhicule peut être garé à l’intérieur à quelques mètres de l’appartement situé en rez de jardin avec deux terrasses. Nous étions à quelques mètres de l’établissement Nao Pool et centaines de mètres du Breathe, Oak et La Sala. Non loin vous avez aussi une supérette où vous trouvez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La marina se trouve a une quinzaine de minutes à pied. Nous avons passé 4 jours formidables , ce fut un réel dépaysement. Marco, notre hôte, a été bienveillant et proactif. Il a toujours répondu à nos demandes . Lors d’un prochain séjour que ce soit en famille ou entre amis nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir et sans hésitation.

Lovely apartment, and lovely host. Apartment was nice,clean, and just like the photos and the host Lola was very friendly and responsive. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Das Appartment war super sauber, modern eingerichtet und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Betten waren sehr groß und sehr bequem. Genügend Kleiderbügel, Handtücher und auch Strandtücher waren vorhanden. Ebenso in der Küche waren die nötigsten Gewürze, Kaffee, Zucker, Kleenex vorhanden. Hier wurde an alles gedacht. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön Urlaub fürs Auge. Die Poolanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Die Anlage auch sehr gepflegt und alles sauber! War wirklich ein super toller Aufenthalt. Andreas unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, stets erreichbar und sehr kompetent. Alles in allem Top! Können wir sehr empfehlen.

We were over in Estepona for a wedding ad stayed here and we absolutely loved it, easy to access, superb location on the beach front and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The place was pristine and we would highly recommend!!

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

Great hosts, really supportive and reached out proactively. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of great facilities. A bit far from restaurants but easy to get Uber or taxis.

Vanaf het eerste moment was het contact zeer positief met de host! Ze reageerde snel en duidelijk. Regina denkt met je mee en was zeer flexibel ivm onze vragen over onze kleine. Alles was zeer snel geregeld en duidelijk gecommuniceerd vanuit haar naar ons. Bij aankomst was het erg makkelijk om alles te vinden en binnen te komen in het appartement. Eenmaal in het appartement bleek al snel dat alles aanwezig was zoals besproken. Het appartement was echt geweldig! Alle ruimte, binnen en buiten! Ook het complex is fantastisch! Het grote zwembad heeft een soort strand, hierdoor was het voor onze kleine ook geweldig om echt kennis te maken met zwemmen. Het complex ligt naar een mooie 9 holes golfbaan, hierdoor is de omgeving heel mooi en erg rustig. Al met al zijn wij zo positief, dat we nu al aan het kijken zijn wanneer we weer terug gaan!! Regina, nogmaals dank voor de goede zorgen en dat we gebruik mochten maken van je fijne plekje!!

This was a return visit to Nuscha's apartment. Everything was perfect for our nice relaxing stay. There are great restaurants on the doorstep and a beautiful quiet pool area in the private community area. Nuscha was a warm and welcoming host and was great at communicating throughout our stay. Hope to return to Alhoa Gardens again soon.

Very nice apartment with roof top terrace and great views of the sea. The host was very attentive and we even had an early check in which was a real bonus. Apartment was a bit out of the way but bus stop walkable and so easy to use to get to the marina. You need the 110 M which is 1 euro 60. Apartment was spotless, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all provided. Plenty of fresh towels and beach towels. The only negative is the fact that there’s building work going on so the roof terrace wasn’t that private unless you put the umbrella up. Overall though we had a great stay and it was very peaceful. Supermarket is at the bottom of the road so very convenient for shopping.
