Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Playa del Muro

We really loved this multi-layered villa. Steps and interesting alcoves with plants lead from the street down to the main level with a kitchen, sitting area and two bedrooms, down again to the two other bedrooms, and then down again to a sun deck with the jacuzzi. The sea is reachable by jumping in further down the cliff or via the restaurant just below (which is expensive but quite good.) The view is other worldly. If you book this place, load up with groceries and drinks at a big supermarket (unavailable in Deia) and then make your way to Cala Deia. The road down and parking for a large vehicle (for us a 9 seater van) is a bit too adventurous, but the villa and cove are absolutely worth it. The place is well appointed, apart from beds and pillows which are mediocre, but in total the owner’s family has really put together a unique, thoughtful, and inspiring place. Well done!

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO

Wir haben die Gastfreundschaft von Carla und ihrem Vater Luciano sehr genossen. Die Finca ist liebevoll hergerichtet. Morgens mit einem Kaffee unter dem Zitronenbaum zu sitzen, ist einfach traumhaft. Ses Salines ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum Runterkommen und gleichzeitig perfekt um den Süden Mallorcas mit all seinen schönen Buchten zu erkunden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

La casa de Miquel y Rosa no sería tan buena si ellos no fueran los dueños. Tuvieron la amabilidad de esperarnos incluso llegando tarde por un retraso de nuestro vuelo. Fueron cordiales y dejaron muchas cosas en nuestro recibimiento. La casa brillaba de limpio (creo que jamás habíamos estado en un Airbnb tan limpio). Es cómoda y espaciosa para una familia (nosotros éramos 4 adultos y dos pequeños niños). Con respecto a la ubicación, es cómoda para caminar a la zona céntrica de Can Picafort, y a 3 minutos andando de la playa. En caso que te muevas por toda la isla como nosotros, está a 200 metros de la carretera que te lleva a muchos otros lugares de Mallorca. Se puede aparcar en la puerta (al menos durante Junio, no sé cómo será en temporada más alta). Definitivamente volveremos y recomendamos enérgicamente este alojamiento. Todo perfecto! Wir waren als Familie hier und ich hatte eine Weiterbildung in soller. Die Unterkunft war großartig, es war ruhig und die Kinder konnten im Pool spielen ohne jemanden zu stören. Für Leute mit gehbeeinträchtigungen ist das nichts- der Weg ist steil zum Haus- aber für uns keinerlei Problem. Wir haben etwas ruhiges und trotzdem zentrales gesucht- das war es genau! 10 min und man ist auf dem Marktplatz. Catherine war super flexibel! Wir hatten am Anfang einige Änderungen was den anreisetag/zeit angeht- das war alles kein Problem. Ihr Mitarbeiter hat uns zum Haus gebracht und war sofort da wenn es Probleme gab! Hört bitte darauf, wenn catherine sagt ihr braucht ein KLEINES Auto! Die Straßen sind sehr eng! Das war sehr gut, dass wir das wussten - haben extra ein anderes Auto gewählt (sollten ein upgrade kriegen- was wir nicht wollten weil wie ein kleines kompaktes Auto wollten). Unsere Zeit da war wundervoll und wir haben direkt geschaut, ob im Sommer noch was frei ist- leider nicht!Gracias

Insgesamt ein tolles Haus. Es ist gross und sehr sauber. Wir haben insbesondere den Whirlpool sehr geschätzt. Für die Sauna war es uns bei dem schönen Wetter etwas zu warm. Morgens und Abends am grossen Tisch draussen zu sitzen war sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist toll, zu Fuss in 2 Minuten beim Eroski und etwa 5 Minuten bis zum sehr schönen Strand. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir hätten uns in der Küche etwas mehr Ausstattung gewünscht (Geschirr etc. ist alles eher knapp bemessen, wenn man mit 5-6 Personen dort ist), sind aber auch damit im Endeffekt dann gut klar gekommen :-). Antoni war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit wenn etwas fehlte. Er hatte auch viele Infos und Tipps was es in der Umgebung gibt. Ein guter, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Notre séjour en famille dans cette jolie maison paisible a été tout simplement parfait. Si vous cherchez en endroit calme, rural, avec les animaux de la ferme et le chant du coq le matin, dans une maison de plus de 200 ans, cet endroit est pour vous. Nos enfant de 1 an et 3 ans ont adoré. Mention spécial pour la cour arrière où nous avons mangé tous nos repas dans un décor paisible et chaleureux. Merci encore pour votre accueil Isabel et Marie.

Absolutely magical home. Somehow even better than the pictures . The home’s layout is situated perfectly to maximize the beauty of the ocean view- the patio , living area, and the bedroom that opens to a stunning scene. Juan was extremely professional, prompt, and extremely helpful with anything we needed and more. We can’t return soon enough!

We recently had a beautiful stay at Alexandra's place in Pollença. The property was so peaceful and private with beautiful surroundings. Alexandra was an incredible host. She was always quick to respond to any questions and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided some great recommendations for local restaurants and hikes, which we really enjoyed. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with an amazing, attentive host, I'd highly recommend staying at this place in Pollença. Thanks again Alex!

Amazing terrace. Peaceful, beautiful views overlooking the beach and not overlooked, a perfect place to relax

We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

Es ist eine schöne Unterkunft, die ruhig gelegen ist und trotzdem ist alles im Ort problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. In 5 min. ist man im Hafen wo es auch die Möglichkeit gibt schwimmen zu gehen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

excelente el apartamento!! la vista es un espectáculo, todo super limpio, la cama muy cómoda y te dan toallas para la playa. el lugar es muy tranquilo y con un montón de servicios cerca, la playa enfrente muy bonita. Pasamos hermoso!

The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Der Check-in war einfach und flexibel – besser geht’s nicht. Schon vor der Anreise haben wir umfangreiche Infos bekommen, was uns die Planung sehr erleichtert hat. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top – ruhig (trotz Straße vor dem Haus), aber dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, um die Gegend flexibel erkunden zu können. Als radsportbegeistertes Paar war die Unterkunft für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Touren. Die Region bietet fantastische Strecken, und wir haben jede Menge unternommen. Auch kulinarisch waren wir begeistert – in der Nähe gibt es mehrere ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Alles in allem ein stimmiger Aufenthalt, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Aussicht! Besonders gefallen hat uns die private Terrasse auf der 2. Etage sowie der Zugang zum Meer. Hier auf den Felsen lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten und man kann sich sonnen und picknicken. Die Bäder sind sehr neu und super schön! Die Möbel im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind zwar nicht super modern, aber trotzdem sauber und gemütlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Nähe zum Strand und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Host, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns gut erholen und haben uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder einmal zurück.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the port and mountains from the balcony. Perfect for staying with kids, our almost 2 year old was endlessly entertained by the toys and beach bits. Would recommend a buggy for them for the big hill up to the apartment. Really easy check in and pleasant experience with Pere and Jitka. Hopefully will be back again!

Everything about the accommodation was perfect! There were so many beaches within walking distance, and the location made it easy to get anywhere. Jose also recommended some great places to visit it truly was a wonderful holiday!
