Amazing apartment! Great location on the beach with lots of restaurants and bars close by. Would recommend anyone going to Marbella to stay here

Manuel war ein super Gastgeber: klare Anweisungen für den Check in, generell gute Kommunikation. Die Wohnung entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen, war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage in San Pedro war super: der Stadtteil hat eine nette Fußgängerzone, viele Restaurants und Spielplätze. Man findet hier nicht nur typische Restaurants und Geschäfte für Touristen, sondern auch solche, die von Einheimische besucht werden. Wir waren mit dem Auto in San Pedro und fanden immer leicht kostenlose Parkplätze rund um das Apartment.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mar and Juan’s place, we were sad to leave!! The views were beautiful, the beach was easily accessible, and it is conveniently close to old town! The place was immaculate! I will be coming back!!!

Apartment was very spacious with uninterrupted views from the large towards Marbella and beyond,good views of the harbour and marina.Apartment was spotlessly clean,well equipped and in a great central location.Natalia proved to be a friendly and efficient host.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Fotos: sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage war ideal: ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an allem, was man braucht (Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand etc). Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeberin. Äusserst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Schon der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert. Wir haben uns als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Vi hade en underbar vecka med vår familj i detta fantastiska hus. Generösa sällskapsytor, bra kök, jättefina sovrum med badrum. Väldigt lyxig känsla. Uteområdet och poolen är perfekt att umgås och njuta av, både på dag o kväll. Utsikten är underbar. Morgonkaffet med utsikt över Medelhavet och Gibraltarklippan var bästa starten på dagen. Från köket en underbar utsikt över berget. De stora fönsterna gör att man njuter av omgivningarna hela tiden. Vi var 6 vuxna och 2 barn (3 och 5 år). Här var gott om plats till oss alla att både umgås men också ha utrymme för att kunna vara för sig själva. Närhet till havet o Estepona var också ett plus. Vi är jättenöjda med vår vecka och kontakten med Carolien som alltid svarade snabbt och var hjälpsam.

Great location. Walking distance to old town Marbella and the seafront with lots of restaurant choices close by. Had a lovely private outdoor area which we used a lot. Friendly and very helpful host!

7 of us stayed here for 3 nights and honestly had such an amazing time. We had lots planned so didn’t spend an excessive amount of time in the villa but the time we did was just brilliant - the pool / outdoor areas were just magic! Will be back :)

Ik heb ontzettend genoten van mijn verblijf in het penthouse van Oceana Gardens in Estepona. Het appartement was werkelijk schitterend ingericht en voorzien van alle denkbare gemakken. Alles was schoon, modern en comfortabel, wat het verblijf erg aangenaam maakte. Er is een ruim balkon en als je daar heerlijk zat had je uitzicht op de bergen en in de verte de zee. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig, ideaal om te ontspannen. De aanwezigheid van een gym was voor mij een fijne bonus. Voor wie van lekker eten houdt er zit een goed restaurant La Famillia op loopafstand dat absoluut een bezoek waard is. Een auto is wel aan te raden, want dan ben je in ongeveer 15 tot 20 minuten in het centrum van Estepona, waar je volop restaurants en het strand vindt. Kortom een perfect verblijf als je op zoek bent naar luxe, rust en comfort in een mooie omgeving. Ik kom hier zeker graag nog eens terug!

Tolle unterkunft in toller lage

I would just like to say this place is amazing and juan is an amazing guy. He let us stay because we had a late flight and never asked us for a pen anymore. This has got to be by far the best place. I've stayed there on all my trips around Europe staying at Airbnb's. juan was so helpful given us a device where to eat where to go for Days out his place was so clean fresh and just felt like Home I will be definitely coming back to stay here and I would strongly recommend anyone who's thinking in the coming to this part of Spain to stay at this place my wife and kids after 10 days, don't want to go home all I would like to say to juan yes thank you so much and I loved staying at your place. Fantastic stay. Setting was wonderful, very quiet and everyone was very friendly. Secure pool for kids safety, walkable to local restaurants and beach. Highly recommend.

Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, bardzo czysty, właściciel pomocny i życzliwy. Taras na dachu robi ogromne wrażenie. Jest do dyspozycji tylko dla tego apartamentu. Zachowana prywatność. Cudowny widok, przepiękna okolica. Brak tłumów na basenie. Cisza, spokój… Kocham to!

We had a fantastic stay at this property—The villa was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. The location was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to everything we wanted to explore. We spent most of our time on the expansive patio, where we could enjoy meals or just relax on the couches overlooking the beautiful grounds and ocean. It was the ideal spot to unwind. One unexpected benefit was the local manager, Lisa—she was incredibly helpful and super responsive, which made everything from check-in to local recommendations effortless. Also worth noting: the on-site pool grill was a pleasant surprise—good food, and having it so close to the villa was a big convenience. Thank you to Anne Lise for helping us make our trip such a memorable one! We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend if you are going to Marbella.

Die Wohnung ist zentrum- und strandnah, also top Lage. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet gewesen, es war sauber und wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

All was good Nice and clean apartment next to the sea

Apartment and views are beautiful and exactly as per the pictures. We had to contact Karen a couple of times and she was really helpful and responsive. As you arrive, the apartment building is on a really busy road and we weren’t able to park so then had to circle back round and do (what felt at the time with kids and suitcases) a long walk from the car via the busy road to get to the apartment. But soon forgotten once inside. You have the most beautiful views over the sea and beach and such a lovely apartment with everything you need. We spent everyday on the beach and it felt really safe for our family. The boardwalk along the coast is lovely for a stroll, though for evenings we preferred taking the 20min drive to Mijas Pueblo. It’s a beautiful, sleepy mountain town and we found the food way better. Great stay and base with the best views for a relaxing beach holiday.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement ! L'appartement était propre, bien équipé et fidèle à la description. Le quartier est agréable, calme et bien situé. Il est toutefois nécessaire d'être véhiculé pour se déplacer aux alentours et il est parfois difficile de trouver une place dans le parking de la résidence. L’hôte a été très réactif et accueillant, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n'hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain passage !

Lovely penthouse with amazing terrace. We also appreciated the comfortable bed the silence at night. Best of all were Shauna and Susan. We particularly valued the personal welcome. To top it all, they provided us with torch, water and powerbank when power was 6 hours down.

everything was perfect except the electricity power. I don't know why, but took hours to charge our phones. However, i believe owners would fix this issue. Definitely recommend this place 👌
