Es una casa muy cómoda con espacios grandes y ventilados. La atención de la señora Caridad es inmejorable. Muy bien ubicada y con todos los servicios necesarios para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.

Bendiciones en todas las dimensiones para todo el que pueda verse leyendo. La estadía en Casa Verde en Habana es precisamente el balance perfecto de sentirse en privado y en Familia a la vez. Le recomiendo que considere quedarse entre seres muy lindos y especiales que verán que cada detalle esté a su mejor decisión de aprovechar. Apartamento es amplio, fresco, buena cocina completa, agua caliente, aire en el cuarto, baño preparado, y todo muy limpio y acogedor. Está a pasos de estaciones de guagua, y queda muy bien ubicado cerca de mercados y lugares para comer y comprar. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme si así en tal momento fuese posible. Estube una estancia de 17 días con la familia la atención impecable. Personas encantadoras. La casa expectacular con todas las comodidades céntrica y con supermercados. Restaurantes. Cerca. Estoy muy agradecida por la atención del personal de la casa. Y la Dueña. Repite re otra ves. Todo muy limpio ordenado. Volveré con mucho gusto

La casa es súper amplia y limpia. Está ubicada a unos 20 minutos de la Habana, si no cuentas con auto o alguien que te lleve es más difícil el traslado, no imposible. La mama de Mariela nos recibió atentamente. Gracias por todo!!

Hi. Our stay for 7 nights at this hostal was the greatest ever, we ocupied the entire house for 7 days and also enjoyed the upperlevelfor one day. I've used Airbnb for a few years now, and this was by much the most incredible experience ever; not only was the house immaculate in every sense, it is beautiful and super well equipped, decorated with amazing taste; everything has been thought oot in advance. Many good quality appliances and decorations imported from Italy, placed and cared for with detail. The owners keeped in contact andnup to everything even though they were abroad while our stay. The manager in charge, Clarita, was very professional, highly helpful, responsible and responsive at all times, along with the cleaning and maintenance team. We felt just like at home. The house is also is well secured and he neighborhood felt safe and nice to walk around. We could find everything we needed at walking distances. Clarita also provided lost of insights. I highly recommend!!

I really felt the most positive energy coming from the owner and her staff. The food was delicious and I was always satisfied & satiated. I’ve been to Cuba 8 times and stayed in many places! This one was by far the best and I like that there was security there and he would always open and close the gate upon our departure and arrival. Wifi always struggles everywhere in Cuba but I actually need to disconnect myself from My phone every now and then so I’m ok with that. However, it should be attainable moving forward but it’s not so imperative to me as it is for others! I would definitely stay again but I do feel that they should not charge extra if I have 7people as opposed to 6. I had an issue booking from the beginning and it could not be fixed so I had to have one of my friends book at another place by themselves. Luckily things worked out and 1 of my friends actually could not make it so all 6 of us stayed there comfortably! Check out my Social media @miguelromeo183 see videos

Our family of 6 really enjoyed Marcos’ place. Location was safe and walkable to a park and a rocky beach. Home was lovely. His attention made our stay in Cuba much easier than I worried it would be. He offered us fresh meals and set us up with a driver for the duration of our trip. Thank you!

Maravillosa estancia en una casa preciosa de arquitectura americana estilo años 50, renovada y bien mantenida, con todas las comodidades necesarias para hacer nuestra estancia agradable. El jardín es una belleza, y la terraza que da al mismo es perfecta para relajarse por la mañana tomando un café. Pequeña piscina privada con una iluminación nocturna muy bonita. Internet disponible desde 2 puntos WiFi que abarcan la casa completa. Desayunos totalmente recomendados, no sólo por la cantidad y la calidad, que es excepcional, sino también porque son preparados por Ana Ibis y Teresa con todo el cariño del mundo, cosa que como familia agradecimos mucho. Los dueños de la casa siempre disponibles para resolver cualquier mínimo problema que pudiera surgir durante la estancia. En general, incluso con las altas expectativas que ya teníamos por los comentarios, la experiencia ha sido inmejorable, y si volvemos a La Habana sin duda nos quedaremos aquí de nuevo. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Buenas tardes! Mis padres se quedaron en este hotel, les gustó mucho! El territorio del hotel es muy bonito, hay muchos árboles, mangos, plátanos, mis padres disfrutaron caminando y descansando allí. La habitación es muy bonita, todo ordenado y limpio. La dueña es super amable, muchas gracias a ella por su atención 💖

Definitely will be staying here again

Jennifer hat immer schnell auf Anfragen reagiert, Uebergabe der Schlüssel und Checkin war sehr flexibel durch ihre Eltern.Ihr Vater Gilberto war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat hilfreiche und nützliche Tips gegeben und einmal auch unkonventionell einen Kanister Benzin besorgt was hier in Cuba nicht so einfach ist (sehr lange Schlange stehen). Das Haus ist sehr schön mit Garten,sehr ruhig bis auf ein paar Hunde in der Nachbarschaft,woran Gilberto natürlich nichts ändern kann. Sehr sicher verschließbar, Gilberto wohnt mit seiner Frau in der Wohnung darüber. Alles in allem eine der besten Unterkünfte, die ich bisher in Havanna hatte. Auch relativ nah an Miramar gelegen mit seinen vielfaeltigen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Das Tropicana ist fußläufig erreichbar, habe aber leider keine Show besucht.Vielleicht das nächste Mal, auf jeden Fall gerne wieder bei Jennifer (Gilberto) wenn es frei ist.

My only regret was not staying longer.. The kitchen appeared completely functional, so I could have prepared meals for a long term stay. There was a living room with four comfortable chairs and a bench. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of storage for my clothes in the closet. The bathroom was awesome, especially the shower/tub. There is a nice shaded yard. The location is conveniently walkable to the Plaza of the revolution. I wanted to stay in a new area as I intended to walk a lot and explore. My host assisted me with an Uber to get me to my next destination. Thank you for your kindness.

This is the second time that my family has booked this place and will stay here anytime we visit. We love how peaceful the area is and how it's not too far away from things to do. There are some local spots nearby to get food. The place was clean and as described. Frank helped us with a ride to and from the airport. We love staying at this home and Frank is the best host. Thanks again for everything. We will be back!

Ottima accoglienza e competenza nelle informazioni sempre puntuali e precise, Ana Rosa e Raul ci hanno accompagnati negli ultimi giorni che passavamo a cuba in un appartamento perfetto, in stile occidentale ma modernamente cubano; hanno seguito le nostre esigenze con un'attenzione perfetta utile a ottimizzare il tempo che ci rimaneva nell'isola più importante che si possa visitare. La Casa di Rosa è senz'altro luogo utile a chi ha bisogno di uno spazio per il riposo o il lavoro. Consigliato!
