Amazing apartment, even better than the photos! Complete kitchen with all you need. 3 sunny terraces and an almost private pool (shared with the neighbours, but we didn’t see them at all at the pool during our stay). Comfy beds. The view is stunning. Would recommend and definitely come back here!

Hemos estado genial en este apartamento!! Es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, todo limpio y está bien ubicado. Una lástima no poder utilizar la piscina ya que solo abre en "los meses de verano", pero aunque nosotros no lo vimos, es cierto que lo pone en el anuncio. Gracias por todo!

Cala Radjada hat uns super gut gefallen. Es gibt tolle Restaurants und tolle Strände … für unsere 4er Mädelsgruppe hatte die Unterkunft von Thomas & Petra die perfekte Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Carmen ! L’appartement est super, extrêmement bien équipé avec une jolie vue et une agréable piscine. Carmen a été très à l’écoute tout au long du séjour pour nous donner les informations nécessaires où nous dépanner. Nous serions ravis de revenir !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Ignasi ! La localisation est idéale car vraiment proche du centre ville de Ciutadella & proche de la mer, l'environnement est particulièrement calme et le quartier très residentiel ! Avec des commerces, restaurants et une plage accessibles à pied également. Le logement est vraiment très propre et tout le nécessaire est à disposition. L'aménagement extérieur est parfait pour du bon temps et du repos (table à manger, coin salon et coin transat) Un gros avantage est la facilité pour garer une voiture ! Bref, aucun doute que nous reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour à Minorque !

Recomendable. El apartamento y la urbanización son muy bonitas, y está ubicado muy cerca de la playa. Muy buena opción para disfrutar de unos días tranquilos. El alojamiento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, a excepción de los sillones y mesita de la terraza, que no están. Además, siendo dos nos pareció muy amplio y cómodo. Repetiría!

Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen ist sie ausreichend groß, doch für mehr würde ich sie etwas zu eng finden. Das Badezimmer hat alles, was man braucht, ist jedoch so klein, dass nur 1 Person darin Platz hat. Was hier vielleicht erwähnt werden muss, auch wenn der Gastgeber natürlich nichts dafür kann, ist der zeitweise äußerst üble Gestank aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer, aber das findet man auf Mittelmeerinseln ja öfters so vor. Die Umgebung war jetzt Mitte/Ende Mai wirklich angenehm ruhig und es war genial, einen Supermarkt praktisch direkt gegenüber zu haben. Wir waren in unserem Urlaub an drei verschiedenen Orten auf Menorca und von der Gegend her hat uns dieser nördliche Teil der Insel fast am besten gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Iván war auch super und er war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage dort!

Nous avons voyagé en mai, donc nous ne connaissons pas l’endroit en haute saison, mais pour nous à cette période, c’était parfait. Marc est très réactif, toujours à l’écoute et disponible même à distance. Il fait vraiment tout pour que ses locataires passent un excellent séjour et en cas de souci, il intervient rapidement pour trouver une solution. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Et pour les enfants : des jeux à disposition, un environnement sécurisé… Merci à Marc, un hôte vraiment super !

We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely appartment in a lovely complex - amenities very nearby, very relaxing! Nice pool nearby and a longer walk to the beach but well worth it. Beach is gorgeous and beach bars lovely for sunset drinks and good food too.

Emplacement idéal , proche de la station de bus , commerce à proximité , calme . Maison élégante et raffinée, il ne manque rien !

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire. Philippe et Chloé sont super, très bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants, et très réactifs. je recommande cette maison un decor interieur exterieur au top,la piscine super, le paradis,nous sommes enchante de notre sejour.Merci a philippe et Chloe

Dreamy stay - well equipped and located place. My standouts: sunny breakfast on the terrace in the morning; a short drive from Ciutadella but also walkable distance to many shops, restaurants if you don’t feel like driving. Just as advertised, plus the small details like Tupperware’s, beach towels and parasol available to pack for picnics. Thanks to the host :) would highly recommend!

Wir haben zu Dritt eine gute Woche in der Finca verbracht und die Zeit genossen. Tolle Lage außerhalb von Arta, mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten von Arta zu erreichen. Alles war blitzsauber, das Haus sehr komfortabel mit großzügigen Bädern und auch in der noch kühlen Jahreszeit durch die Fußbodenheizung angenehm warm. Dies ist für ähnliche Häuser/Fincas nicht selbstverständlich. Die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sauber und schön angelegt, wurde von uns aber noch(!) nicht genutzt, war doch noch etwas kühl. Die Sauna wird mit Holz geheizt und braucht wie angekündigt mind. 4 Stunden zum Aufheizen. Bietet für 4 Pers. sicher komfortabel Platz. Kommunikation mit Inken war immer sehr unkompliziert, Inken hat immer schnell geantwortet. Kleinere Probleme wurde schnell gelöst. Die Technik des Eingangstors hat nicht immer sofort funktioniert, soll aber bald ausgetauscht werden. Ich kann die Finca ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

We had a really wonderful time staying in Andrew and Elise Joy’s beautiful house. It is ideally situated to explore magical Menorca. There is all you need by foot from the property- beach, restaraunts, shops etc. We had a car and managed to explore the whole island very easily from there. The house itself is very comfortable and clean and loved the style. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the terrace and the (very clean) pool and jacuzzi. Communications were super easy and helpful and they gave excellent local tips. We really appreciated our stay and highly recommend this property! We were four adults and one child and there was plenty of space given the two bathrooms - it worked really well. Thank you Andrew and Elise Joy - we hope to come back!

Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Minorque, belle vue sur mer et très calme, tout était parfait.

Todo fue súper bien. Nacho y Leticia estuvieron muy pendientes de que todo estuviera bien, desde antes de nuestra llegada, hasta el check-out. Amables en todo momento y dispuestos a ayudar en caso de que nos faltara o necesitáramos algo. La casa estaba perfecta, todo limpio, ordenado, y está situada en un sitio fantástico para poder ver el atardecer y estar tranquilos. Un 10/10!

El departamento fue realmente cómodo, limpio, John siempre muy atento, todo impecable. La zona es hermosa, super familiar y muy cerca de la playa!

Super séjour , je recommande ce logement surtout avec des enfants c’est parfait ! La résidence avec les piscines, le parc de jeux, le supermarché, la plage et des restaurants sont tout proches c’est génial. Rober a été très agréable et disponible :-).

Danke Andrea und Vick für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Hosts waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und haben auf Nachrichten innerhalb von 2 Minuten reagiert. Die Villa und der Garten sind äusserst gepflegt, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Ausstattung war echt top! Drin und draussen gab viele Spielsachen für die Kinder sowie ein cooles Spielhaus im Garten. Der Garten ist privat und sehr gross und den Pool hatten wir in der Nebensaison für uns alleine! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, 5 Minuten vom Strand zu Fuss. Supermärkte und Restaurants liegen in Gehdistanz. Preis/Leistung war super im April/Mai! Danke!
