Beautiful 2 room apartment, 5 minutes from the lake / 10 minutes from Annecy city center by car for up to 3 people (2 + 1 child) in a beautiful villa, independent entrance, large terrace with mountain view and small lake view, free parking, bicycles available for free. There can be a little traffic in the morning and at the end of the day on the small road in front of the terrace. You will find the same ad in the private room category due to the limitation on the number of nights.

The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is comfortable, well-appointed, and has magnificent lake and mountain views. It is exactly as described. Laure was very welcoming, available and flexible for the key exchange, which greatly facilitated our arrival. We highly recommend this apartment for a stay in and around Annecy.

Our stay at Panorama du lac was absolutely phenomenal. We felt right at home and enjoyed our walks up and down to the bus stop. Although a car would have made our stay easier we enjoyed the daily walks to and from Menthon Saint Bernard village and the beach. The 20 bus was easy to get into old town Annecy. Would recommended this stay to anyone and would love to come back here one day. What a beautiful place in the world. So lucky to have enjoyed our time in Annecy so much.

Elisabeth and Victor were phenomenal hosts and their home is wonderful! It was such a breath of fresh air (figuratively and literally) after having stayed at so many other places that just didn't meet our needs. They were always responsive and helpful and went out of their way to help us with specific questions and needs. The view is incredible! They had enough parking for our 2 cars and enough room for our group of 7. Merci infinement !!!

Bright, modern and very functional accommodation. The terrace/garden is a real plus. The road is very close but still no noise inside the accommodation. Marielle was a caring and available host.
