1910 Castle in Gagra "Prince's Castle"

The castle of 1910, one of the buildings of the complex of buildings of the "princely times", the same age as the foundation of the Gagra resort. There are several versions of who previously owned the castle. According to one of them, it is the guest house of Ilya Silin, a friend of Prince Alexander of Oldenburg. According to another, it is the house of Bulgaridt. In the 1950s, the building housed a music school. For many years the building was closed. We managed to restore it and preserve the stucco, staircase and add modern, comfortable furniture, and atmosphere in the castle.

Around the house, throughout the plot there will be an orchard, with almost all the fruit trees of this region. In the garden there is a brazier and a German mini smokehouse. Our beachfront rental wooden cabin is exclusively located 70 meters from magnetic sand beach in Ureki, Georgia. It's a perfect place to escape to any season (except during cold or heavy rain spells). The cabin acommodates up to 6, family or friends, offering a nice retreat for those seeking a blend of rustic house, sea and nature. Located in a park and just a stone's throw from the therapeutic black sand beach of Magnetiti this perfectly placed retreat is your ticket to a rejuvenating getaway.

An apartment near the sea in Gagra

The apartment is located on the first line from the sea. The beach is 50 m away. Within a walking distance there are a lot of shops, cafes, canteens. The beach is quite free even in the peak season. In November, we did a complete overhaul, new furniture, European plumbing. We did it as if for ourselves. I live in Rostov myself, this is a vacation apartment. There is also a high chair for feeding. WiFi Internet, TV is connected.
