A cottage with a heated pool and a Finnish sauna in the immediate vicinity of the forest, about 400m from the Otava River, which leads directly to the Eagle Lake. In the fenced garden you will find a heated pool (3x5m, the pool is heated by a heat pump (pleasant bathing from April to mid-October), the possibility of pleasant sitting, an outdoor fireplace, a lazy tennis court, football goals and a large children's playground with swings, a slide, a house and a basket for basketball. Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

Our house is located in the forest, close to the lake (180 m away). In the area are a couple of other cottages. It is ideal for 6 people, but also 8 can live here comfortably. The house offers ideal conditions for anglers, but also families and friends.
