A charming place all in stone and wood, full of sunlinght, situated in the neighbourhood of the beautiful Church of Saint Rocco. You can admire the old arhitecture astoundingly compressed in small places, eat in some of the best restaurants of Piran two steps away or be at the seaside in one minute. There is also the possibility to catch the sun in front of the terrace door. The place is fully renovated in natural stone from slovenian Karst and wood from the region of Julian Alps.

The best sea view apartment Gemma in Piran

Iviana’s home was absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t do justice to the views from the living room and the terrace. Iviana is such a warm and genuinely kind person! She was a huge help bringing our luggage in her car, closer to the home and recommending the parking garage. She was always very responsive before and during our stay! Few things to note though are: Be cautious of how much luggage you bring because dragging the luggage through cobblestones uphill and carrying them on winding two flights of stairs is not fun. The bells from the adjoining church ring every 15 minutes throughout the day up until I believe 10 pm but shutting the window insulates the sound completely. As long as you keep the aforementioned things in mind, you’ll have a great time. Again, I cannot stress how wonderful of a host, Iviana was and how breathtaking the views were!

Heart of Piran. Cosy, well equipped and great location. Lina gave us eating recommendations and the Ladja Podlanica suggestion in port was amazing. I've on the Punta strip was also her recommendation and the grilled octopus was the best. Lina provided help when we needed it and the place is great value. Can highly recommend.b

The flat was perfect for what we were looking for - it’s a small studio with a gorgeous view from the window and the roof terrace was incredible. The location was absolutely amazing and everything was in walking distance. We were right in the middle of Piran which was perfect. Thanks!

Die Unterkunft ist top. Besonders toll ist die schöne ruhige Terrasse, rundherum grün mit einem kleinen Blick aufs Meer. Von der Unterkunft ins Zentrum kann man gut zu Fuß gehen - es ist nur ein bisschen steil, aber dafür ist man wirklich rasch im Zentrum. Ein absolutes PLUS ist der Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus, das ist für Piran wirklich toll, denn da muss man in den meisten Fällen auf einem Parkplatz außerhalb parken... Alexandra und ihr Mann waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung!

Der Aufenthalt bei Jasmin und ihrer Familie war sehr angenehm und sehr freundlich. Alle Räume und Kästen waren sehr sauber, die Handtücher sehr angenehm. Das Parken vor dem Haus im gästeeigenen Carport ideal. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß unten am Meer: Restaurants und der öffentliche Beach sind also schnell erreicht. Die Aussicht von der riesengroßen Terasse ist natürlich das Highlight: sie lädt zum Verweilen und Chillen ein. Alles in allem eine Top Unterkunft mit einer sehr verlässlichen und engagierten Vermieterin und mit familiärem Flair. Gerne wieder!
