The house is very cozy, clean and organized. The location is excellent, close to all the shops, and it is on a very quiet and peaceful street. It has the essential kitchen items, bedding, etc. We were with children and had a wonderful experience. Marlon is a wonderful host, very polite and always willing to help. I highly recommend it! I will be back for sure!

I begin this evaluation by saying that they were wonderful days, this trip meant a lot to our family because it marked the 60th birthday of my mother-in-law, 37 years of marriage of my in-laws and the birthday of my sister-in-law, in addition to the intimate family moment. When we were leaving, we commented: we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay and a better city. We feel at home, we are comfortable, we are at ease. Letícia attended to us with hospitality and attention, which made all the difference because we felt safe. The little farm at the condominium's door is a very nice and free attraction, and the hot springs are right next to the house. The condominium has a really nice playground for children and is very quiet and safe. The center is very close to the house and it is possible to enjoy the attractions of the city without much travel time: We will definitely come back more often.

Our stay was perfect, we felt very welcome and cozy. The house perfectly follows descriptions and photos. It is well located, close to markets, next to the center, close to the city portal, dam, and thermas. We had long indications of sightseeing. Mr. Marcos is very attentive. The Marcio estate is very cozy. Super well-structured, extensive and very well cared for, with a level of excellence in the details very difficult to find. The rooms are large and the back garden is very beautiful and ideal for those who go with a dog, as was my case. Surely at a next opportunity in São Pedro it will be on my radar as a home priority. Added to this is the kindness and cordiality of both Marcio, who was at our check-out and Edilson, who welcomed us on our arrival. I highly recommend it as a great option to stay in São Pedro.

Basically, I found a well-kept accommodation by the owner who is very kind and responsive very quickly. Personally, this place is highly recommended for family and for fun with friends as well. The place is very safe and quiet and has plenty of place to park in front of the house very quietly.

The house is very good. The rooms and kitchen spaces are integrated in a way that allows an excellent interaction between people. Ideal for family moments. The house is exactly as it is in the picture. Arrisco claim that the room is even larger. The toilet and kitchen utensils are very well organized. My relatives loved it!

The accommodation is exactly like in the pictures, super spacious, large and very well organized. It accommodates all people in air-conditioned suites very well. The lazar area is really the differential, very spacious. All communication with the host was cordial, respectful and with prompt response. The housekeeper Adilson is super fine people, helped us with everything we need always with a smile on his face. Excellent location, close to the city center, with market, gas station and other trades right next door. I recommend this accommodation.

Reggiane is a very good person, the apartment is huge. Towels and bed linens are clean and soft.

André's house is simply wonderful, well-equipped and very comfortable, it exceeded our expectations. He was extremely requested and good people, at check-in presented us with the house and utensils in detail, during our stay he worried about whether everything was okay and if we needed anything. I recommend with my eyes closed. It is the ideal place for those who want to rest in a quiet place.

It is in a gated community, which brought even more security and tranquility during the stay. One detail that surprised us: the bath towels packed and fragrant, looking even like a hotel! Our stay was great. Marco is extremely attentive, polite, kind, and discreet. Mora next to the rented house, but it left us completely at ease and with total privacy. The house is true to the ad. The only things we had to take were bedding , bath and tablecloth in case you ate the meals there. All in excellent conditions of use: beds , showers, cable TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave. The property is well secured, with electronic gate and electric fence. It has air conditioning in each bedroom and a fan in the living room. We do not need to use a fan or air conditioning, as the house is very airy, ventilated and clear. Many thanks Marco for your hospitality. We'll come back again for sure !!

Best value for money in Águas de São Pedro, this is the second time we have stayed in the apartment. Privileged location right in the City Center, a few meters from the Bus Station, markets, pharmacies, general commerce, in addition to the main tourist spots and restaurants, Apt. Clean, as well as bed and bath linens! Airy and cozy. Mariana, as always, is very polite and helpful, always responds quickly when necessary. I highly recommend it!

My wife and I traveled to an event in the city and found Gabriela/Marlene's house….. it was a very good experience, with the tranquility, security, space and privacy that you look for on a quick trip It was 3 days with quiet nights, a cozy atmosphere and easy to get to and from the city. The house is great for a couple, even with 1 child and pet. We'll be back on other occasions!
