The place is in perfect condition

1st time in the property of Florence. Everything was spotless, well equipped with everything you need. We didn't use the amenities, like gym or pool but everything looked great. The property is quiet, safe and very nice. Florence is a genius, very diligent, we asked if the apartment had plancha, she did not, but she got us one. I highly recommend the property of Florence, we could definitely choose it again.

Very nice apartment. The patio is very comfortable, ideal for sharing a barbecue, the bed is giant and comfortable. The kitchen is a ten. And the Paseo is close by to go for a coffee

the depto is super well equipped and the decor is excellent. follow the same line of the complex, the amenities too. it is an ideal place to escape a few days from the city and in my case it was ideal because it was 5 minutes from the event I was going to and avoid catching Pan-American after a party:)

A comfortable, warm and safe space!. It has absolutely everything you need for a luxury stay, clearly thought to cover all needs. The apartment has category details and that makes it very comfortable. Benjamin was very nice and attentive, he wrote to me as soon as the reservation was accepted to give me all the necessary directions. The common spaces are really a plus to value, not only because of the pool, sum or gym, but because it had details such as having bags available to collect pet waste in the park, absolutely everything from the top. I would like to highlight the attitude of the safety and cleaning employees were very kind, knowing at all times that it was something temporary. We felt really comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The area is lovely, plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Easy to park. The property itself is very comfortable, it features foam pillows and a comfy mattress. Kitchen is equipped with useful devices like toaster, air fryer. Both the jacuzzi and the hydro-massage bath work properly, so you can relax after journey or flight. The guys were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the place and the hosts!
