Το σπίτι υπέροχο πεντακάθαρο σου βγάζει μια θαλπωρή και σε ξεκουράζει. Όλα λειτουργούν σωστά και όλα νοικοκυρεμένα. Είναι πάρα πολύ άμεση η ιδιοκτήτρια (Ρανια) Ιδανικό για όλους. Η γειτονιά ήρεμη το μέρος χωριουδάκι γραφικό παραθαλάσσια με καθαρή ατμόσφαιρα. Όλα υπέροχα. Τέτοιες διαμονές θα ήθελα να έχω μόνο. ΥΓ:με πλήρης ειλικρίνεια τα σχόλια μου και αρκετά απαιτητικός.

Villa Penelope was just what we needed. A very quiet space right on the water and very relaxing. We enjoyed morning swims, afternoon kayaking around the bay, and eating on the patio around the water. We generally spent the day outside. The outdoor shower was so nice after the morning swims. The weather for our stay was not too hot. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Another thing to note is that there were no neighbors on either side during our stay, enhancing the privacy and quiet. If you do have mobility challenges this is not the place for you. The stairs to the bedrooms are small and steep and the bathroom is very small. Penelope is a wonderful host. She had prepared a meal for us on our arrival, was very informative on the house and local area. She was very responsive to our follow up questions. A lovely person and a generous host.

Πολύ όμορφος και περιποιημένος χώρος, στην καρδιά του χωριού. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι ήταν σαγηνευτική και απεριόριστη, καθώς ακριβώς μπροστά ήταν η θάλασσα. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν άψογοι και είχαμε μια πολύ καλή επικοινωνία, χωρίς προβλήματα. Περάσαμε υπέροχα και τους ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία!

We had a lovely stay together with our daughters at Eirini’s place. The terrace near the beach is great! We had both enough sun and shadow. We used the grill a few times. You can have nice walks on the beach, depending on the tide, or among the olive trees near to the property. The sunrise is amazing from the upstairs apartment window, from the terrace, or the beach :)! We hope to visit again!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt in Andas wunderschönem Haus. Es ist sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet. Anda hat uns zur Begrüßung eine leckere Quiche gebacken und Eier von ihren Hühnern gebracht. Sie war immer schnell zu erreichen wenn wir eine Frage hatten und hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Wir hatten anfangs noch etwas kühles Wetter aber im Haus war es so gemütlich, dass wir die kühlen Tagen gerne drinnen verbracht haben. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen phantastischen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer - wirklich grandios! Und abends haben wir den Sternenhimmel genossen. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto zum einkaufen und essengehen (Tavernen in Oreoi am Hafen) oder für den Strand. Einen netten kleinen Kiesstrand gibt es bei der Taverna Agrogiali - Kouvelis Constantine (gutes Essen) hinter Kastri (ca. 35 Min.) und einen schönen Sandstrand hinter Loutra Gialtron (auch mit guten Tavernen), vor dem Club Med (ca 1 Std). At first we were a little disorientated by the relative quiet of Kottes in September when there is less tourism compared with the busier Agia Kiryaki 10 minutes drive away. But it didn't take long to adapt to the slow gentle pace of this tranquil paradise. The friendly Taverna d'Angelo 100 m down the beach offered fresh fish and drinks and there is always something interesting happening on the beach or at sea. The village of Trikeri (30 minute walk) is also delightful as are the other nearby beaches such as Alogoporos. Villa Felitsa is even better (and more spacious) than the photos suggest, right in the centre of the bay. It has been tastefully and thoughtfully refurbished, fully equipped, stable wi fi, almost instant hot water, perfect balcony upstairs and outdoor sitting space downstairs. Instructions crystal clear. Vasilios was super helpful, proactive and responsive.A pleasure to deal with. A jewel of a house in a jewel of a location. A real find. We hope to return.

Die Unterkunft entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Sie liegt ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Dorf mit äußerst netten Menschen. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die beiden Pools liegen direkt vor dem Haus und der Strand direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Michael war ein sehr aufmerksamer und äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber der immer erreichbar war und gerne und umgehend auf Fragen geantwortet hat und uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben hat was es in der Umgebung zu entdecken gibt. Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Haus und der Ausstattung und würden jederzeit sofort wieder bei Michael buchen!!!! Einfach nur spitze! Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!!!
