Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

Difficile de juger le quartier. Nous sommes arrivés à 23h00 et repartis à 7h30. Nous avons oublié une veste dans le logement et très gentiment le propriétaire nous a proposé plusieurs solutions pour la récupérer. Sympa ....

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Talals place was a nice stay for our short trip. Only a 10 minute walk to the Metro made things very easy for us.

Super logement, très agréable, bien équipé et propre, au fond d'un très joli jardin hyper paisible. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Blandine est accueillante, discrète et attentionnée . J'ai adoré me retrouver là bas après ma journée de travail et la chaleur, pouvoir me poser dans le jardin au calme. Parfait pour moi !

Perfect location for us as we were here for the beginning of Paris Air Show at Le Bourget. So the 10 mins drive from the airport to this clean, nice and handy location was what was needed. It was clean spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back in 2027 for the next show.

Nous avons loué cet appartement principalement en raison de sa proximité avec l’hôtel Hilton à Charles de Gaulle, où se tenait une convention avec les acteurs de Walking Dead. L’option d’arrivée autonome était un véritable atout, surtout étant donné notre arrivée tardive. Bien que nous n'ayons pas rencontré notre hôte en personne, sa réactivité et ses explications claires ont rendu notre séjour agréable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement ! De plus, nous avions des inquiétudes concernant le bruit des avions, mais finalement, nous n’avons eu aucun souci de ce côté-là.

The apt was incredible and Julien was a great host. He left little surprises throughout the apt for us and even left us a parting gift. The neighborhood was very family friendly and it was great for late evening walks to cool off. Apt had everything we could have possibly needed and Julien was even able to accommodate our early check in time. Highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Paris!

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in Sidi Jaafar’s Airbnb-Wohnung zu übernachten, und es war eine absolut großartige Erfahrung! Von Anfang an war die Kommunikation herzlich, professionell und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft selbst war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit zum Detail – von kleinen Annehmlichkeiten bis hin zu hilfreichen Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden, sodass ich meinen Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen konnte. Sidi Jaafar hat echte Gastfreundschaft bewiesen und sichergestellt, dass ich mich jederzeit willkommen und wohlgefühlt habe. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für eine wundervolle Zeit!

We had an amazing stay at Oussamah’s. The apartment was very beautiful, incredibly clean, tidy and comfortable. It’s so close to the 13 metro so very easy access to centre of Paris. Oussamah was very kind, friendly and available for questions and our additional requests. We were very appreciative/grateful for this. The instructions were always very clear and the experience was 5 stars so we’d 100% recommend this Airbnb. Thank you Oussamah!

Facile a trouver Logement bien propre, rangé et surtt équipé par les besoins essentiels Y avait de forte température a apris et donc le clim était un plus très utile. Nawel est gentille et dans les soins. M a bien acceuilli et m a guidé pour tout ce qui est accessible (resto. Supermarché ..) Je recommande vivement pour un ptit sejour a paris (accesuble via le tram a meme pas 5 min du logement)

Oliver was incredibly responsive and kind. My daughter left her iPad in the unit, and I contacted him from the airport to let him know it was there. He let us know as soon as he found it, and agreed to hold it to return to us when we return to Paris in 3 weeks. This set our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time in Europe without anxiety about losing this. Being able to trust a host like this is a gift!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

C’est toujours un plaisir de retourner chez Sandra. Studio très propre, bien équipé, bien situé. La place de parking est très appréciable. Sandra est très réactive et fait tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Je recommande vivement ce studio.

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

My friend and I spent about 10 days in France and this was the perfect spot for an Airbnb. Literally across the street from the H train line which takes you right to Paris in about 15 minutes but the place was tucked away so you didn’t hear any noise from the streets. The place was super clean, felt like home, and was really cool to stay in and feel the Parisian-like atmosphere. There’s local spots where you can have breakfast, a delicious bakery close by, and markets too if you need to pick up a few items food wise. There’s also a general store where you can pick up items as well. The host was super responsive and super sweet. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The ONLY thing that we didn’t like was the upstairs neighbor could be a bit loud with walking around and talking etc. at night when we were trying to sleep. But, if you bring earplugs, that solves that problem quickly. Overall, highly recommended!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. We had a lovely time. Nicolas, thank you for a beautiful stay and the champagne
