Wendy's place is super comfortable and quiet since it's on the high floor of an apartment building. It is safe and secure with some restaurants nearby, within 7-minute walk, if you don't feel like driving somewhere for meals sometimes. She is super friendly and gave us a lot of local recommendations such as restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. The location is ideal if you are interested in some day tours. Her place is across the street from Hilton Markham where we simply walked over and hopped on the tour bus, visiting the Niagara Falls one day. She communicated with us promptly prior to and during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. Great job Wendy!

Shaikh was a very accommodating host. Answers questions promptly and makes sure the stay is comfortable and seamless. Very clean and modern and a fun place to pass time when you’re passing through. WTG well done.

We enjoyed a very memorable 3-night stay at Mark's converted church apartment in Toronto. The concept of staying in a converted church was initially an eccentric one, but in practice, it was fantastic. The property has been well thought through and beautifully fitted out. There is artwork in each room and ample utensils for most conceivable needs. We loved the giant glass jars on the stairways - a nice piece of artistic flair. The apartment is very well linked by TTC tram services to the CBD and commuting to/from was never arduous. An early morning walk to the not-distant lakefront at Woodbine Beach was easily accommodated from here. We have done a lot of AirBnB-ing and all in all - this property would easily rank in the top two or three at which we have stayed.

Wonderful host, very clear with their instructions(even supplying pictures). Apartment is nice and in pristine shape, has extra pillows and comforters. Amazing stay!

This was a great stay and will definitely return. The space was modern, clean and very spacious and comfortable. Christine was very responsive to my questions and is an amazing host. It felt like a home away from home. If you are concerned because it’s a basement suite, don’t be. You can barely hear anything from the upstairs. Definitely recommend and shout out to Christine :)

Rawshan was the quintessential host! It felt like home, very clean, tidy and Rawshan was one step ahead making sure all was perfect. Id choose it over and over again. Highly recommended.

Quite and beautiful basement

We had a great stay at Vanessa’s place in Toronto! The location was perfect, the space was clean and cozy, and Vanessa was very responsive and kind throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

My stay at Sumit's place was brief but perfect. I was looking for a place that was close to my parent's retirement home - so I basically just used the apartment for sleeping. I arrived quite late but Sumit's instructions on how to get inside were perfect. The place was clean and tidy, and the neighbourhood is really nice. I am familiar with Whitby, so can say with confidence that this place is a great spot - easy access to the highway if you are sightseeing in the Toronto area, close to all sorts of stores, and a nice quiet spot to return home to. I hope to stay again.

My partner and I just stayed here for 1.5 months. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, even for such an extended stay. The owners are very respectful, very responsive, and made our stay extremely comfortable. They have a good balance of promplty being there when you need anything, and also allowing you space and comfort. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area and need a nice quiet place to stay! :)

We had a great weekend here. It’s just a few minutes to walk along the beach and Queens Street which has restaurants and a supermarket. We didn’t have a car but Queens Street has regular streetcar service which we used to get to downtown . Bryce’s place was very quiet and cozy and we really appreciated how clean and tidy it was, and check in was very straightforward.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The “basement” didn’t feel like such at all. It was spacious, well lit, and such a beautiful and clean space. The accommodation matched the photos perfectly. We absolutely LOVED the bathroom and the entertainment center was also a great highlight. As native Texans, we did a week long tour of Canada and said this was our favorite accommodation — BY FAR! We plan on returning for a future visit and have already made mental reservations to book here again. It was truly a lovely experience. 12/10 indeed recommend!

Place was great, good location. Elevators were a little slow at times, but definitely doesn’t reflect on the unit itself.

We stayed a few nights at Andrea’s and had a lovely time. Clean space and we appreciated having dressers available so we weren’t completely living out of suitcases during our stay. We made use of the shared gym which had the basics we needed and was very clean. Great location - we chose to book Andrea’s unit as we wanted to visit Canadas Wonderland and Toronto Zoo, both of which we found were easy to drive to from Andrea’s. Lots of shops and food options nearby, we also found a great little cafe downstairs near the lobby with good coffee and fresh pastries. Would book again.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Ilyia’s place. She was very responsive and really tried to accommodate all our requests. The basement is spacious and the kitchen is lovely. I also really appreciate the painting that she made for our daughter. Thank you Ilyia! Few things I would comment is that the hot tub isn’t very clean. Lotss of dirt and leaves floating which we cleaned before use but we also found a bunch of hair at the bottom of the tub. The backyard chairs and table also need some cleaning. The bedsheets and blankets smelled musty/old which I don’t mind but my kids tend to smell everything and a bit bothered. However overall, we had a fun birthday weekend and I still give it a 5 star. Perfect for small event/gathering. Thanks again Ilyia and Larissa!

communication with Sharon and Tanner was excellent and they were helpful with transport queries. Apartment was lovely, plenty of towels and was able to make a meal in kitchen. Near to CN Tower and harbour. Thank-you for a lovely stay and everyone enjoyed the coffee pods.

Had an awesome stay. Majid is super helpful and responds extremely quickly. The view was amazing and I would definitely book again.

Loved this spot. Looks exactly like the photos. Dessislava was always responsive and thank you for letting me check in early. The location is perfect for square one just a few mins away. Local shops a nice walk away. I didn’t have a car but taxis were so cheap and quick, so several visits to the big mall nearby. The accommodation is perfect location for the airport too. If you want to get into downtown Toronto by public transport then lots of options close by. Really excellent host and accommodation at an excellent price. I’ll be back! Thanks Dessislava!
