Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Phước Mỹ

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

Мы отдыхали с друзьями. Вилла была просторной и чистой. Бассейн был прохладный, его чистили несколько раз за время нашего пребывания. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, быстро отвечал на все наши вопросы. Мусор вывозили каждый день. Рядом с домом есть отличная кофейня, где можно выпить кофе, а также вокруг много магазинов с продуктами. Расположение удобное, можно быстро добраться в любую точку города. Когда мы приехали хозяин подготовил нам холодную воду и фрукты, что было очень приятно. Нам очень понравилось проживание на вилле у этого хозяина.

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

great place if you go with big family. great locations and many restaurants within 5 mins walk and near to the beach

Shelby was very accommodating. The place reminded me a lot of home. It was spacious, clean, and within walking distance to a few restaurants in the district. Shelby’s responses were very prompt and all our needs were catered for during our stay. Shelby also allowed us to store our luggage after check out while we waited for our flight. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ms Thuong was very responsive, helpful and resourceful. I stayed for 2 months and every Monday the was cleaned, towels have been changed. She provided a contact for a motorbike rental. She even provided a few kitchen utensils that I requested. It was a great stay!

Lovely place in Da Nang. Perfect location for bars, restaurants and the beach so couldn’t ask for anything more! Very comfy bed and pillow as well.

The apartment has a direct sea view, is clean, and conveniently located near local eateries. The host was very helpful and supportive throughout our stay, and renting a scooter was easy and hassle-free.

위치는 미케비치윗쪽이라 불편한것도 조금있지만 조용해서 전 좋았습니다 주말전에는 엘리베이터로 불편한점이 없었는데 주말부터는 손님들이 많아져서 그런지 엘리베이터를 좀 기다려야해서 힘들었습니다 숙소는 사진과 똑같았고 청소가 잘되어있어서 깨끗했습니다 호스트는 연락할때마다 바로 답장을 주셔서 많은 도움을 받았고 추천해주신 마사지샵은 실력들이 다 좋아서 너무 만족했습니다 마지막날 다시 방문해서 여행의 피로도 잘풀수있었던거같습니다 수영장도 너무 좋았는데 2번밖에 못간것이 너무 아쉽네요 이번이 첫다낭 여행이었는데 너무 만족스러운 여행이었습니다 다음에 다낭을간다면 이숙소를 꼭 다시 예약할 생각입니다

가격대비 훌륭했습니다. 다만 숙소에 개미가 있어서 힘들었는데 빠르게 처리 해주었습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절하고 많은것을 도와주었으며 감사했습니다.

Definitely a great place to stay. I've enjoyed every single day there, and Annie and her sister was amazing. They even contacted me after I was checked out, because I forgot some pants and money there. Both super friendly and helpful 🙏

The most beautiful sea view you could ask for. So open and beautiful. We booked a few nights and then extended to a week because it was so relaxing. Great fresh seafood restaurants in every direction. Extra large tub and bathrooms. The layout is perfect. Comfortable beds and furniture. The ocean out front is very calm and we walked out and had a great time. We spent a lot of time at a bar with bean bags on the ocean, 2$ drinks and coconuts and so relaxing. Lily was very responsive and warm and gave great recommendations. Easy entry that felt almost private. The view from the huge master bedroom and living room is worth every penny. I couldn’t have been happier with an Airbnb. 11 out of 10. Just the master bed and bathroom is the size of some apartments. We sat on the balcony every night and listened to the ocean with the bay and lady Buddha view

The accommodation is comfortable and beautiful. I especially liked the bar counter—I unexpectedly discovered that I enjoy working while standing (don’t get me wrong, there are chairs in the room! 😂). There were a few minor issues in the room, but we didn’t report them since our stay was short. I’m sure they would have been fixed if we had. Nothing critical, just some small maintenance needs. The host is an incredibly kind, honest, and responsive person. Thank you so much for being who you are—it’s truly rare to meet someone like you!

Great apartment for families! Beds were amazing and overall we had amazing days here. The negative was that the shower had a low pressure and the furnitures are getting a bit old. Pool and sunbeds on the rooftop had an amazing view!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is exactly photos, which is enough for family stays. Amenities like shampoo, bathgel, toothbrush, towels avaiable as staying in a hotel. There are many clothes washing shops in the street with cheap price, so very convinience. There are many banh my on the street in the morning, so good for fast breakfast. It is quite noisy at 10pm as it is near very crowded beach, but we can still sleep. Cleaning avaiable for free each some days, just ask the host and he will supply. He answer very fast. The swingpool is nice but with price (100k/audult, 50k/ kid) so we swim only 2 times. We prefer the beach. Sitting at the rooftop to enjoy the whole night view is great. We stays 5 days and all is good. And dont forget to ask the host to check the air conditioner before you come.

It’s one of the best Airbnb I have been staying. The place is clean, modern style, and gorgeous view. Danh is really helpful, responsive and supportive. I will definitely stay with her again whenever I come to Da Nang. There is a pool on the rooftop, it’s incredible place to stay with your family and kids. Love it.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

すべてにおいて素晴らしかったです！ 私は日本人ですが、期待を遥かに超えてきました。 ・清潔さ ・立地 ・スタッフ ・設備 ・シャワーの水圧 ・騒音 ・洗濯機 ・飲食店の近さ ・スーパーマーケットの近さ お部屋の広さも、ひとりで滞在する分には十分でした。 毎日朝に清掃してくれるため、常に清々しい気分で滞在できました。 ホテルは大きめの通りに面しているため、Grabもすぐにつかまります。 ホテルの隣には、ピックルボールのコートがあり、2人以上で滞在される方は運動もできて楽しそうです。 また、徒歩圏内には「PIGGYM」というビジターでも入れるジムもあり、マシンも素晴らしかったです。 誰にでもおすすめできるホテルです。
