Family-friendly holiday rentals in Phuket

We stayed at the villa for 17 nights, everything was great from check in to check out. Cleaning twice a week and changing the towels. The pool has been cleaned and the garden kept clean. We felt very comfortable and were very satisfied.

Nice place, clean and well maintained

Well designed and spacious villa. Rooms were clean. House keeping staff were very prompt in cleaning the villa every day. Only issue would be the walk to the Main Street can be quite a distance.

We had a great time with the whole family at the glasshouse. Kids spent half their time in the pool and the rest at the beach which is 3 minutes walk from the house at kids speed. Bradley and his staff helped us arrange a chef which was great, and the super friendly guys from Taj Mahal restaurant downstairs ended up sending the dishes up to the house :D I would say the best is that the house is quiet. Not much neighbors, no parties or anything going on at the beach, and only a few tourists around. Great if you want to spend some relaxing time with your family away from the crowds which is priceless during peak season

Catherine’s place was amazing! It was definitely worth every cent she really puts a lot of love into her home. She was very responsive days before our check-in she made sure that it was smooth. She let us know about Songkran which was our first time experiencing and you have to come to Thailand to experts yourself. She told us where the nearest places were for confident snacks, pharmacy, and more. She was very nice & security is always at the gate which is a plus but it wouldn’t have mattered because it was quite locals are around you and it’s places you can walk to if you enjoy walking which we did. She was also so kind in being flexible in our payment for utilities because we had to leave early for our flight. Make sure you book with her & I would come back a million times. Go visit the elephant sanctuaries, zip line, eat amazing local food. See all the greatness Thailand will offer you! Thanks again & see you next year for Songkran.

Very nice place Great Team

Except for a few small things, everything was as hoped for. The contact person for everything around the house Ivan was always available and immediately provided help and support. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. I can recommend the place with a clear conscience.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s condo! The apartment was excellent—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with four air conditioners, a full kitchen, and a huge balcony complete with ceiling fans and a table, perfect for relaxing outside. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, and having free parking was a big plus, even if the spot was a bit tight—it still felt very secure to leave our car there. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of local food spots. Communication with Paul was smooth and easy throughout. I highly recommend Paul’s place—it’s a great value and made our trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

Villa is not quite new, I would estimate somewhat 10~15 years old. Yet in a perfect condition. Staff is instant response and professional, no delays, no nervous things. Location and view is superior on top of the hill, exceeding those on top floor of tallest Patong hotels. Beach is somewhat 7 minutes walk. 24/7 free tuc-tuc included to/from the gate, and it takes about 2 mins. Villa is definitely expensive, but worthy. Keep up good job guys, thank you 👍

Had the best experience staying at this Airbnb. It is spacious with the most perfect outdoor space. The large pool was refreshing and the perfect temperature. Peter was an excellent host and extremely responsive and helpful. He helped arrange a chef to cook for us during our stay and the food was delicious. Very accommodating host. The villa is very spacious and looks even better in person. I would 100% recommend this villa to friends interested in traveling to Phuket.

The kitchen staff deserves a huge compliment for the amazing meals they prepared—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Dining here felt like a restaurant experience every day! Excellent. Me and my wife felt like home. Place is very close to old town and bus terminal 1. Ouss is very helpful . This is our first stay in any Airbnb property and we decided to further book with Airbnb next time , thanks to Ouss and her wonderful place.

We had a lovely stay in Chantal’s villa. It is very quiet and peaceful and conveniently located within 10 minutes of Karon Beach. The villa is very spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Chantal was incredibly helpful, providing loads of useful information about the local area. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Karon.

The view of the house is definitely more beautiful than the photos, it is a two-story clean, tidy and pleasant house and our host is a very kind person. The only negative aspect of the house is its location because it is located on a slightly steep slope, but for such a view the house needs to be located a little higher. Definitely recommended

It was nice to stay there. The property is at a great location near rawai beach. You can get all the basic need near by. The host is Co operative and We had great time over there

We were a group of 12 people who spent Songkran in Phuket, and we fell in love with this villa! Was hard to leave to go and explore, as the villa had everything we needed. The speakers were great, and the games room and theater were better than what was in the photos. Kept our whole group super busy. Jariya and her staff were extremely hospitable, from cleaning the house daily, to cooking us breakfast. Highly recommend this villa for a large group. However, please note there are lots of stairs in this property since there are 4 floors. Additionally, there are only 5 rooms for 12 people, so some people might have to get an extra bed or crash on the couch. We will definitely be coming back here, as we had an amazing time.

Look no further. This villa was perfect for our 8 day stay in Phuket. It allowed everyone to have their own bedroom & bathroom. The property is SPOTLESS. The villa staff take excellent care of the property down to a debris free pool. Amy was so helpful with answering my many questions and assisting with recommendations. I have nothing negative to say about my stay here, & if I were to return, I would definitely stay here again.
