Holiday rentals with a kayak in Phuket

Nous avons posé nos valises dans ce petit coin de paradis. Calme, à deux pas de la plage, commerce et restaurants accessible en 2 minutes à pied. Ross nous a accueilli chaleureusement, nous avons été tout de suite à l'aise, dans une ambiance familiale. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans le logement, une machine à laver à disposition. Il y a également à des jeux de plage, canoé, planches de surf... ce qui a comblé nos deux garçons. Bref, je recommande vivement cet endroit et remercie encore Ross et sa compagne pour leur accueil !

Отличный отель и комната. Хороший бассейн и выход к морю. Конечно плавать в море не очень комфортно, лучше ездить на ближайшие пляжи. Отличное обслуживание и решение любых проблем. Позитивные впечатления.

I love love this place and Ao Yon Beach, the area is so serene, waking up to the sound of waves. Place is clean, full of essentials that you need as travellers. Nearby to 7/E, massage shops, restaurants. Would come again for longer stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Phuket. The house is really close to the beach and it's a quiet area. Ross was also quite helpful and very responsive. The only negative point was the mosquitoes, thankfully there was some products at the villa to help with that. Thanks for having us!

The Bungalow is spacious and is equipped with everything you might need and more. The location is unbeatable, right on the Ao Yon beach. It’s also very private with your own parking spot. Michael is a very friendly and proactive host. A great experience which I will definitely want to repeat someday

Nat’s villa was perfect. Everything as in photos, even better. Pool were huge, kids love it. Nat has offer early check in for us with no extra fee for that. There was water pressure problem, which Nat solve in less than hour. Overall Nat was great host and we really enjoyed staying there and definitely recommend to everyone.

We had a great stay. The host gave us clear arrival info prior to check in, and very warm welcome once we arrive. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is perfect. The beach is very clean and calm (kids can swim). Don't miss out the very best pizza!

This was a last-minute booking (we were scheduled to fly into a typhoon). Vin was extremely helpful making the booking and organising a taxi on short notice (while I was navigating flight check-in). The location is on a quiet section of Phuket, ideal for families who want quiet and relax. The place is as described in the pictures although it is a small resort with individual bungalows, and not a single apartment. Great scenery on the beach.

Vin has been really proactive in helping us with the instructions to easily locate the property and have a smooth check in. The property is extremely beautiful, with breathtaking views right from the rooms. There’s a private beach and there’s ample space to comfortably lie down and relax beside the beach. The rooms were clean and had almost everything you’d need. There’s a great bar to order drinks and food. The place is located in an offbeat location, away from the city’s noise. If you just want a peaceful place to unwind and relax, enjoy the wind and views, have a good time with your companions, this is the place to be. There’s all kinds of shops at walking distance for anything you may need. Rawai beach is very close, though I’d recommend you to just stay here at the property as there’s nothing better anywhere around!

We stayed at the Cottage for 3 weeks in May with our 5- and 3-year-olds and 6-month-old baby. Ross kindly arranged an airport pickup and welcomed us late at night to make sure we had everything we needed. We were initially surprised to find the two bedrooms are connected only via the outdoor kitchen, which made us rethink our sleeping setup with little kids. But Ross and Elly were very accommodating, even letting us move mattresses around. The gated complex felt very safe, and within days we were comfortable letting the kids roam. The beach is less than a minute away, calm and family-friendly—just as advertised. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a convenience store across the road plus restaurants and massage places nearby. On rainy days, Grab rides to central Phuket were quick and easy. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this peaceful spot!

Everything was fine but we were expecting a cottage and we basically got 2 hotel rooms, which wasn’t that big of a problem to be honest. The host was nice and helpful, every day we would find some bottled water left out on the terrace. Overall everything was quite nice.
