It was nice, convenient, and friendly.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Great host and stay. Air conditioning in bedrooms was great especially during summer. Prime location as everything was walkable

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. Thanks for the great stay!

We returned to stay in Huong’s place the second time. The place was very nice. All information was shared before hand. The hosts made extra efforts to book all our travel needs as well and sent very nice cars and drivers that we paid for. This will be our place to stay if we are back in Hanoi next year.

Loved staying at Lyn's apartment. Great communication(and great food suggestions), great location, had everything we required and loved sitting in the lounge watching the world go by! Thanks for having us.

The room is clean and tidy, the floor-to-ceiling windows are great, and you can see the train downstairs when you open the curtains Not much space, but everything is available, and the bed is very comfortable The bathroom and sink are dry and wet separated, and they are clean and odorless There is also a simple kitchen, microwave, small refrigerator, induction cooker, and kitchenware. Both the host and his son are super enthusiastic, they will come to greet us enthusiastically when we check in and out, and they will prepare new bottled water and clean bath towels for us every day Suggestion: There are only four or five hangers, which is not enough. I also hope that a few hangers can be prepared to hang pants. There is no place to hang pants. The bathroom and toilet only have half a door. When taking a shower, the floor in front of the toilet will be wet and slippery.

Such a great spot right in the middle of the Old Quarter. Close and walkable to everything. The outdoor area with the shower/tub and pond is such a nice space to relax.

It's the same as the picture! There is a cafe on the first floor that seems to be popular with young Vietnamese friends, and in the small park in front, they sell breakfast. The host is very quick to respond and kind, and the maid is also very kind. I felt peaceful because I could see the lake scenery and a large tree full of yellow flowers outside the window, and I spent a comfortable time thanks to the large TV and fluffy bed inside the room. ^^

3 friends and I had been traveling through Vietnam and Hanoi was our final destination before heading home. We truly enjoyed the location of this place and the walk ability it provided. You enter through a business on the bottom floor to get to your apartment, but the people were extremely friendly and made you feel welcomed. The apartment was stocked with beer and snacks that you could purchase at a very reasonable price and unlimited filtered drinking water was provided at no cost. Most of our interactions were with host Tuyen. He was very friendly and went above and beyond’s to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a great location and have access to friendly hosts.

I really liked the property and it was well maintained. The location is little out skirt especially if you want to roam around in the night but it’s perfect and peaceful. It was very spacious too. Would love to come again and stay here.

Lan is a fantastic host, always responsive and very helpful. We were met on arrival and helped with our bags. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, but the stairs are easy to use, being half height with a gentle sloop. The place is 2 rooms (a living room with a double bed and the bedroom), and a nice size bathroom with very hot water. Both rooms have their own balcony. While you're close to a corner and overlook a busy road the place is well soundproofed and has a double layer of doors, so is very quiet. The kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. The building has around 80 units, the vast majority occupied by locals, so you feel part of the community. Being in old town you're close to everything, including great cafes and restaurants. While there some renovation was being done on a neighbouring apartment. This was disturbing but Lan's husband spoke with the workers and they agreed to keep the noise down at the start of the day. Highly recommend staying.

Truly a gem of a find! Huong was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Her stay was exactly as described. Spotless, comfortable, homey, and that view in the morning (especially) at night, is breathtaking! Would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Hanoi anytime soon!

It was our first vacation at Hanoi and Hung’s place made it a special one (; His place was amazing and Hung’s hospitality was also amazing!

If you stay longer in Hà Nội very good place, very quite you can have good sleep and just take a grab when you want go to the city.

Beautiful property in a nice location with many wonderful shops and restaurants. The host went above and beyond to assist with transportation and tours.

Nguyen is an amazing host and the apartment is impeccable. Throughout my stay we maintained a close communication, everything worked perfectly and there were absolutely no issues. The apartment is exactly as it has been described, it's a home away from home. It was a pleasure staying at Nguyen's place. I highly recommend it!
