Holiday rentals with a kayak in Phthiotis

Σωστός οικοδεσπότης πολυ φιλικος και πρόθυμος να εξυπηρετήσει σε οτι ζητησαμε! Το σπιτι ειναι τελειο ζεστο και ομορφο! Πολυ κοντα απο το λιμανι του Βολου οπου πηγαιναμε με τα ποδια και κοντα απο το πηλιο! Ανετα θα ξανα μεινουμε στο κατάλυμα αυτο την επομενη φορα που θα επισκεφτούμε τον Βολο!

Great location, easy to communicate and check in and beautiful views. The downsides are that it is an apartment on the second floor, and there isn’t really a beach, it’s more of a road on the water. We nonetheless had a great time, price was fair and Dimitra was quick and responsive. Overall, great stay.

Die Unterkunft von Paraskevi ist ein Juwel. Das Haus und der Kontakt zu Paraskevi und ihrem Mann Anaxagoras haben unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Unterkunft und Lage, die zuvorkommende persönliche Ansprache und das individuell und umfangreich ausgestattete Haus sind außergewöhnlich. Die Schlafzimmer, Bäder, ein geräumiger Küchen-, Speise- und Wohnbereich, ein wunderschöner Wintergarten und die heimelige Terrasse in stilvoller Einrichtung boten vielfältige Möglichkeiten zum gemütlichen Zusammensein unserer Familie, ergänzt durch eine Garage mit Sport-, Angel- und Badeutensilien jeder Art, einen Pkw-Abstellplatz und Außengrill. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur schönen Strandpromenade Paralias und zum Meer sowie zu Bars und Cafés (2 Min. Fußweg) einschließlich Süßwasserduschen sind grandios und Anfang Oktober insgesamt wenig touristisch. Paraskevi und Anaxagoras repräsentieren Gastgeber, die dem ursprünglichen Airbnb-Gedanken entsprechen und aus dem Freundschaften entstehen. Danke euch!

Locatia este grozava, situata chiar la mare, de la etaj se poate vedea rasaritul. Peluza este superba, poti lasa copiii sa se joace in voie. In apropiere sunt taverne si cafenele. Zona este foarte linistita. Un pic cam dificil de ajuns, chiar si cu gps-ul. Am fost placut surprinsi ca dl. Ianis vorbeste limba romana. Foarte ospitalieri, ne-au ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Vila are o scara un pic periculoasa pentru copii mici.

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα το συνιστώ σε οικογένειες με παιδιά κυρίως και όχι μόνο …. Η Λινα είναι υπέροχη πολύ φιλική ευγενική και εξυπηρετική… απαντούσε σε όλα και ότι και αν της ζητήσαμε το έκανε με χαρα!!! Ενοιωσα πραγματικά σαν στο σπιτι μου σαν να μας φιλοξενούσε οικογενειακή φίλη!!! Ευχαριστούμε Λινα!!!!

Chris e Kathryn sono due persone deliziose, che conosco perfettamente il territorio poiché vivono qui da 20 anni e sono in grado di dare suggerimenti preziosi e interessanti. inoltre sanno essere accoglienti e disponibili mettendo a disposizione la frutta del loro terreno e il kayak di loro proprietà. il cottage è delizioso, con tutti i comfort, e offre pace e privacy totale immersi nella natura. l'assenza dell'aria condizionata non rappresenta un problema perché la casa è ventilata e la sera la temperatura scende molto rispetto al giorno.

wunderschönes apartment direkt am meer mit in einem super nettem dorf. tolle gastgeberin! wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden fall wieder! :)

è il posto ideale per chi vuole passare una vacanza in un bellissimo posto fuori dal mondo. non è semplice raggiungerlo e ci sono alcune pissole scomodità, la strada connessa e la necessità di provvedere all'acqua potabile dall'esterno. Vassilj però ha pensato a tutto e il nostro gruppo ha trovato una accoglienza splendida . Ideale per un gruppo numeroso di amici o famiglie.

This beautiful stone house in Greece is a wonderful place to spend your holidays. It has a lovely garden with flowers on different levels and offers stunning views of the sea. A door from the house opens directly to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and the sea. The hosts - Elena and Katerina are very friendly and keep the place clean, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone. It's a perfect spot for anyone wanting to relax and soak in the beauty of Greece. I highly recommend it!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! Kostas was an exceptional host—warmhearted, kind, and incredibly welcoming. He greeted our fairly large group of 22 people, including 10 children aged 2 to 12, with genuine hospitality. The house was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped—at no point did we feel we were lacking anything. It was impeccably clean, and every detail in the interior felt carefully chosen, with a lovely respect for tradition. We especially appreciated the attentive hosting, the stunning terrace and garden, and the direct access to a charming little beach a few steps away. Overall, it was a wonderful, home-like experience in a very child-friendly setting and magnificent landscape. Highly recommended!

Καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, εύκολο parking (αφήσαμε το όχημα ακριβώς από κάτω) και με ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι με θέα στην θάλασσα από τα δεξιά του. Το επισκεφτήκαμε Μάρτιο οπότε δεν μπορέσαμε να χαρούμε στις extra παροχές που προσφέρονται τους ζεστούς μήνες χωρίς αυτο να αφαιρεί κατι απο την εμπειρία. Το μεγάλο του σαλόνι επί της εποπτείας της Πυθίας προσφέρεται για μεγάλη παρέα και τα δωμάτιά του, μεγάλα και φωτεινά, για ήσυχη ανάπαυση. Η εξυπηρετιση ήταν άμεση σε ότι χρειαστείκαμε και η υποδοχή ο ορισμός της ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑΣ. Ευχαριστούμε για ολα κ. Παναγιώτη και θα τα ξαναπούμε ευκαιρίας δοθείσης.

האירוח של מיכאל היה מקסים ויוצא מגדר הרגיל! המקום מיוחד עם חוף קטן פרטי וקסום, פינות ישיבה רבות, הרבה השקעה בפרטים הקטנים, ומגוון פעילויות מים כמו סאפ, קיאקים, מזרוני ים, שנורקלים לשימוש אישי וחופשי בחוף הפרטי. הבית נעים ופרקטי, לא היה חסר כלום, נוף מהמם למפרץ, שקיעות וזריחות מרחיבות לב, נהנינו וכבר רוצים לחזור.
