Excellent stay as always!

Mr Vaggelis is the embodiment of what we call Greek hospitality. Open-hearted and helping from the beginning, he made us feel like home by providing us with everything we would need for our stay. The 10 of us had an amazing trip and we would highly recommend the property and the host for your stay.

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

Quant, rustic chalet in the mountains. Renata was an extremely helpful and responsive host. The place is small but well appointed. Very clean and beautiful surroundings. The showers are as pictured - just be mindful that they are very small. Also, we had dogs barking well past midnight both nights we were there. I hadn’t seen this as a complaint in other reviews so this likely isn’t a continual problem but definitely was unfortunate for us.

A very beautiful place in a green place ! The house is warm and spotless ! A few minutes walk from the main square of the village with very good parking.

Very nice place and very clean, especially the bathroom, which we always pay attention to. We didn't miss anything and Nicoletta was willing to help us with anything. We will definitely visit the place again sometime!

Amazing place! So quiet with a privat beach. Vasily was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. This place is a bit far from the turistic villages but it is also part of its magic.

The best airbnb we’ve ever visited! And we’ve been to quite a few. That the house is a bit hard to find also means that you’re surrounded by nature with the most beautiful sea view. We traveled to Milopotamos with our 16 month old. We were prepared for having to deal with lesser amenities than we have at home but Nefeli and Giannis have made sure this place has everything you need, and more than that. Different coffee makers, a laundry machine, an oven, a microwave, a mixer, a baby cod, towels for showering and towels for the beach, a beach umbrella - you name it. Absolutely amazing. All prepared with a great deal of care and detail, it felt like coming home. We’ve also had the pleasure to spend some time with these amazing hosts, and that made our visit complete. Don’t hesitate to book this place, you won’t regret it.

We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

Really good place! Love it!

It was nice to be able to walk to the public hot baths spot (where there is a changing cubicle), we found the old Roman 'Sulla's cave', and walked around the town; there are lovely views over to the mainland from the the seaside walk and lovely sunsets from the flat balcony. The flat is nice, roomy and comfortable.

This was a lovely place in a beautiful setting, very close to Delphi, which is what we came to see. The apartment has lovely family antiques and was very pretty. The town of Arachova is an easy 10 min walk. Our host was responsive, she came out to meet us as we drove up to show us where to park in back of the building. She had milk and juice and homemade jams in the fridge for us and baked an amazing breakfast with orange cake, fresh bread and savory pastries. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great place, great apartment. Great spot for explorations, very close to the sea. very kind host,who responded instantly to what we asked him. But we didn't need anything, your home provides everything you might need.

A very beautiful and well-kept house with a fantastic pool and view. Beautiful rooms and amenities as described. We had a great weekend. P.S. Because there are some comments about the parking lot, we did not encounter any problems. A Mercedes A180 can easily enter and exit.

Our stay at Mrs. Katerina's wonderful accommodation will be unforgettable! Beautiful clean and well-maintained space! He took care of us with a lot of goodies from the place and made us feel at home! Everything was great to the last detail! Even the outdoor space was very thoughtful! Beautiful garden nice pool and breathtaking endless view! For those who want to relax while at the same time they want to go to shops and see the center! Perfect place for winter and summer! Comfortable clean well-maintained spaces with a lot of taste and passion! We will definitely go back to Mrs. Katerina's accommodation! It's worth going for several days for relaxation and fun! This place was absolutely beautiful. There was so much space and a very beautiful outdoor area. I wish we could have spent more time here, so we will definitely come back. The surrounding area is filled with of natural beauty. We woke up in the morning to views of the mountains, the sea was about a 10 minute walk away. Pantelis was a fantastic host and couldn’t be more accommodating. He is full of knowledge about the local area and ensured that our stay went as smoothly as possible.

Great place to stay, excellent location with loads of places around to visit by car, the house is great exactly as described with very nice garden for kids to play. Katerina is a great host!

It’s the third time I’m organising a wellness retreat in Villa Emanuela. It is always a pleasure to return to this sanctuary of peace, so close to the thermal waters of Aidipsos. Mr Elias is always welcoming us with his big smile, taking care of us and helping us in case we need anything. The communication with both, Christos and Mr. Elias is always impeccable. This secluded Villa in the Theassly hills overlooking the water and mountains of Evia is the perfect serene getaway spot for anyone looking to relax with a nice cup of tea on the beautiful patio while the sun shines down upon them and the olive trees flow in the wind. The home is beautiful inside and out with all the amenities you could need. Relax when it's cold outside in the hot tub whilst watching the sunset and let all your worries melt away. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always available to answer our questions. 5/5 would stay here anytime we're back in the area! ❤️
