J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement situé en plein centre de Hanoï. L’appartement est propre, bien décoré, calme et très bien équipé. L'hôte a été très accueillante, réactive et attentionnée. Elle m’a donné de bons conseils pour explorer la ville et découvrir la cuisine locale. Je recommande vivement ce logement à toute personne cherchant un endroit confortable, central et authentique à Hanoï. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Trải nghiệm thú vị trong nhà cổ, và có thể đi bộ quanh khu vực với nhiều hàng cafe, ăn uống tấp nập. Khá nhiều cây cối khiến căn hộ trở nên tươi mát. Điều hoà cực kỳ mạnh cho những ai không chịu được cái nóng của Hà Nội vào mùa hè. Cyn hỗ trợ tôi đặt xe đưa đón từ sân bay - thành phố. Giá rẻ hơn các ứng dụng như Grab. Đề xuất tốt với mọi người 👍🏻

I had a clean and comfortable stay here for my 3-day trip to Hanoi! The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the location was not too far from the Old Quarter and Train Street~! Xin cam on~

I had an amazing stay at this brand new apartment! Even before booking, the host was incredibly helpful, they sent over a detailed video tour and additional photos since the unit was newly listed, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, providing extra items I requested like a clothes iron and cleaning supplies. Everything was ready and set up upon arrival. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The space itself was perfect for working remotely, with good natural light, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and elegant place to stay in Hanoi. Would definitely come back!

Very responsive every time we asked for information. Thái and his team was great and helpful. The apartment itself is great, clean and lots of lighting. Specially they are pet friendly. My dog loves it there. Thanks team. We will be back.

It is easy for me to substantiate my saying that I truly enJoyed my time at Tracy's place because I have already chosen another one of her homestays through Airbnb. It is in the same building where I have been for almost a week. I would have liked to have extended my time at the same place but it was already committed to another guest. Fortunately, Tracy had another apartment very similar to the first one so I was easily able to go through the simple logistical transfer of gear from one place to another. I never had the pleasure of meeting Tracy, but our correspondence was cordial and thorough through the Airbnb app. I did meet both of her parents upon arrival and I appreciated their thoroughness in showing me what I needed to know about the place. The listing's indicated amenities were present and worked just fine. All my needs and interests were met without complications and I consider myself lucky to still be here Without hesitation I offer Tracy's place my highest recommendation.

This place is incredible. It looks the same with the photos posted. The place is also accessible to restaurants and shops. The only thing I’m concerned is there’s no exhaust in the water closet. But all in all, I recommend this place.

Un logement spacieux et conforme aux attentes, j'y ai passé un excellent séjour. Il n'est pas pourvu de cuisine mais possède un petit réfrigérateur ainsi qu'une bouilloire. Le studio se situe à deux rues d'un quartier très animé, dans une large avenue où l'ambiance est plus calme. De nombreux restaurants et boutiques se trouvent à côté, sans oublier le Musée des femmes du Vietnam. L'hôte est très aimable et avenante, elle saura vous guider au besoin !

I had such a great time staying here! The place is tucked right above a Laundry shop, so I almost missed it at first, but the host was already waiting and came out to greet me as soon as I reached out. She was incredibly welcoming and took time to walk me through everything in the room. The space itself is a bit smaller than I thought, but it’s really clean, well-organized, and the balcony has a charming view of the street. The neighborhood is lively and walkable with plenty of local spots to explore. Would absolutely recommend!

We had an amazing experience at Lucy homee. Crazy how it’s tucked away from all the hustle & bustle but once you take a few steps out the alley you’re right in the face of it. Everything is in walking distance which is great. Neighbours can be a bit noisy here and there but that’s nothing you can control 😂 otherwise, everything is exactly as in the photos!! The communication with the hosts was awesome. Quick responses and very helpful. 😊 we highly recommend this spot! 🙌🏽

Sapphire is soo helpful and the Air bnb was also too beautiful. On our request she allowed for early check in , provided us with water and vegetarian biscuits … She was easy to talk, understanding and also she responded to our special request really well. Thanks a lot

Always very convenient stay for Hanoi Old Town. It’s hidden away in side street which makes it relatively quiet from the norm of the main road and horns. Emily was a lovely host. She was responsive to any messages sent and sent a bunch of helpful information and recommendations locally.

I had a fantastic experience staying here! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check in super easy. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches around the room. Definitely one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. One of the best places in Thụy Khuê !!!! spotless, really like this kind of room style, simple and comfortable luxury, everything is very new and very clean, the host is being kind and helpful and always make the communication easy and comfortable, and right, the big balcony is definitely a plus, love it a lot, and there is cafe shop full of the street, you would surely have a great time.staying here, looking forward to the chance to come back

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better just a short walk to fantastic restaurants, making it super convenient for dining out. The place itself was incredibly comfortable, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere with a stunning view that made the stay even more special. The host was wonderful so friendly and accommodating! They went above and beyond by allowing me to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which was a huge help after my early arrival at the airport. I truly appreciate their hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent convenience and a welcoming host!

10日間ほどの滞在でしたが、とてもリラックスして過ごすことができました。 滞在中、ホストの方に幾つか質問をする事がありましたが、素早く回答や対応をいただけました。 毎日の清掃と、ウォーターサーバーの水の補給が、特に有り難かったです。 また、部屋は3つの空間（キッチン+ダイニング、リビング+ベッドルーム、シャワールーム）で分かれ、2人が別の部屋でそれぞれの仕事のWeb会議を行っても、多少の音量コントロールをすれば、干渉せずに快適に会話できました。 キッチンも充実していたので、お米を炊いたり、炒め物をしたり、何度か料理をしました。 ドラム式洗濯機があるので、洗濯や乾燥には困らなかったです。大きめな物干し竿も用意されていました。 帰りは朝早くの出発でしたが、警備員さんに入り口を開けてもらいました。柔軟な対応をありがとうございました。 振り返ると小さな出来事でしたが、少しだけ気になった点は下記の辺り。 ・初日に前の宿泊客の忘れ物が見つかった（清掃漏れ？） ・シーツに小さな破れやシミ ・清掃時間がマチマチで、9時前などにノックされることがある ・清掃時間の希望が、清掃担当に伝わっていないことがある ・食器や調理器具は充実しているが、少し汚れが気になる ・部屋の鍵のパスコードが単純で少し心配（防犯カメラや警備員の滞在などはある） とはいえ、トータルとしてはとても満足度の高い滞在となりました。 旧市街エリアからは30分ほど離れていますが、その分比較的落ち着いており、もう少しローカルなお店などもあり、楽しい街歩きができました。 ポイントを押さえれば、十分な設備とサービスが揃っていると思うので、条件が一致する人にはとてもオススメできる宿です。 ありがとうございました。

We had such a lovely stay at this flat near the Ecopark! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start—super quick to respond and full of great local recommendations for places to eat and explore. When we got a little lost, they were quick to guide us, which we really appreciated. The flat itself was comfortable and had everything we needed—we just wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again one day.

We absolutely loved our stay at An’s place! We spent two weeks there and felt completely at home. The furniture is high quality, and my partner and I were able to comfortably work from separate rooms, which was perfect. We also really enjoyed the sauna — such a great bonus! An was an incredibly responsive host, always quick to answer our questions. They also helped us with tourism tips, cleaning arrangements, and anything else we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

숙소는 전망이 매우 좋고 내부 시설이 잘 구비되어 있습니다. 호스트는 연락이 매우 빠르고 친절합니다. 다만 근처에 편의점이 좀 떨어져 있고 일찍 문을 닫아요.
