Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You will love the loft because of the outdoor space, the garden, the fireplace inside for coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. On the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, below a sofa bed. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and Eifel fans. Old meets New is the motto: Old beams sometimes crack, the rain pours on the roof= pros and cons?

Quiet apartment in the idyllic Eifel

The apartment is accessible via a small threshold of about 5 cm and has its own entrance. Directly in front of it, there are two parking spaces, a small terrace with a picnic table and a lawn which are at your disposal. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.

Beautiful apartment with double bed in the old town center of Dudeldorf in the Eifel about 11 km from Bitburg, 5 km from Spangdahlem about 25 km from Trier and about 50 km from Luxembourg The Moselle can be reached in 30 minutes. The apartment is accessible by a spiral staircase. As you can see in the pictures, fully equipped, and functionally furnished.
