🌿 地理位置與周邊環境 這間住宿位於曼谷BTS澎澎站（Phrom Phong）附近的39巷，雖然座落在巷弄深處，步行至捷運站約需12分鐘，但只要善用嘟嘟車或摩托計程車，交通其實非常方便。而且沿途街景優美，步行時還能感受到在地生活氣息，是個適合慢遊的區域。 🍣 生活機能與美食 這一帶聚集了大量日韓住民，因此日式與韓式料理選擇豐富，從小吃到居酒屋應有盡有。如果你也是亞洲料理愛好者，這裡絕對讓你大飽口福。 🏡 房源與設備 房東是一位非常客氣且樂於助人的人，即使我們是深夜（凌晨）抵達，他也事先安排好鑰匙領取方式，並交代警衛協助。這份細心讓人倍感安心。 進入房間後，令人驚喜的是備品準備得非常齊全。除了常見的碗盤與餐具，竟然還附上牙刷牙膏，甚至連洗衣精、洗衣粉都準備好了。冰箱裡還有兩瓶冰涼的礦泉水，真的是為旅人設想周到。 ❄️ 房間內有兩台冷氣，冷房效果極佳。以曼谷的氣候來說，只要開一台就非常足夠，舒適不悶熱。 🌳 陽台景觀 陽台非常寬敞，望出去是一整片樹林，這在高樓林立的曼谷實屬難得。雖然偶有鴿子造訪，但房東也貼心地擺上貓頭鷹雕像來嚇退牠們——只是我本人第一眼也被那隻貓頭鷹小小驚嚇了一下（笑）。 🌟 整體評價 • 地理位置：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐（雖非捷運旁，但散步風景迷人） • 房間大小：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐（適合1～2人長住短住都舒適） • 貼心服務：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐（備品超乎預期，入住無壓力） — 這是一個讓人想再回訪的住所，安靜舒適又兼具生活便利。適合喜歡體驗在地生活、懂得欣賞城市慢步調的旅人。 我會非常樂意再入住這裡。

Clean and cosy. Well equipped for a short stay. The washing machine and washing powder was great for washing clothes, especially in the hot and humid climate of Bangkok. The apartment is conveniently located, just a short 5 min walk from Ekkamai BTS station and right next to a mall with supermarket. Several chic cafes and eateries in the alleys right behind the apartment, dishing out really nice coffee, baked goods and local dishes. Gale is very responsive, friendly and accommodating to our requests.

5 star place. The host was super responsive and proactive - check-in details were clear. The flat is spotless, comfortable and exactly as described. The condo has super amenities (the pool and gym are on the 12th floor and rarely busy). The restaurant downstairs is decent and can deliver up to the room. There is a 7/11 and great massage place within 5 mins walk. The area is a little far from main points of interest but the value absolutely makes up for it. They are building up a lot in the area and I reckon it will be awesome in 6 months time. I would happily stay there again and recommend it.

Great location, close to a big park and plenty of restaurants nearby. Hosts were quick to respond. Apartment is modern, clean and has all the amenities with fast wifi and smart TV.

온눗쪽에는 처음인데 위치도 좋고 고층뷰에 깨끗하고 좋아요. 세븐일레븐도 바로옆이고 주변에 빵집도 맛있고. 센츄리몰에 왠만한 음식점 다있어요. 담에도 가격 적당하면 예약할께요~🤭

Great place to stay close the major shopping centre and close to public transportation

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt – alles war super! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr kinderfreundlich, was uns besonders wichtig war. Die Lage ist wirklich top – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Really enjoyed the spot!

its great location for taking a train to the malls and such but its not walkable to alot of the sight seeing things. you'll need to take a bike, car, or train. I was about 20-30+ minutes away from everything longer when traffic peaks.

Loved my stay with Ake! Communication was excellent and the apartment is well appointed, everything necessary for a comfortable stay! Would definitely book again

The apartment is very clean. The bathroom comes equipped with everything you need. It's close to the subway station, making travel within Bangkok quite easy. There is a 7-Eleven and a night market nearby. Parson was an attentive host throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here if and when I come back to Bangkok.

Beautiful and spacious this apartment is thoughtfully designed to create a destination in itself, an oasis in the midst of city bustle. There is access to Skytrain and metro within a few mins walk, a calm park and many restaurants and shops. Best of all was our host, Hooray, who was not only endlessly patient with questions but charming and helpful. Book it!

Durian’s place was clean and spacious, it made me felt right at home. Very comfortable bed and huge kitchen and dining area. I was impressed with how big the bathroom was and the shower had great water pressure. Overall it was a great experience staying there, I would definitely visit again.

From the welcome until checkout, the host was very responsive and helpful, went the extra mile to prepare the airbnb with water bottles and snacks, super clean, highlight is the huge TV, explained everything very friendly. I recommend staying here!

Wer es ruhig mag kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Wir mochten die Unterkunft sehr und haben einen Seven Eleven in der Nähe gehabt, was von Vorteil ist. Der Pool ist sehr schön und erfrischend. Wir hatten viel Spaß und hatten alles da was wir brauchten! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Austin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell. :)

Merci beaucoup a Krisna de nous avoir prêter son logement pendant ses 10 jours. La maison est immense, les chambres sont très grande et le fait d'avoir sa propre salle de bain est juste génial. On s'est vraiment senti en sécurité dans ce lieu et c'était très calme, il y faisait bon vivre. Merci de nous avoir offert des pop corns, ils étaient délicieux. merci pour tous les conseils concernant les trajets en taxi et les lieux à visiter. On est reparti avec de très beaux souvenirs pleins la tête. Merci, je recommande fortement cette hôte.

Jenny is a lovely host. She provided welcome fruits and breakfast for everyday. She allowed us to checkin early and very kind to our family. And very responsive. The house is spacious, spotless and has everything essential things we need. Situated in a peaceful location connecting to the airport but not far from the central area either. Has stairs and informed us well. For guests visiting, please be mindful of map directions in Bangkok … thanks, Jenny stepping in to assist.

The apartment is great, as described, cosy but plenty space for 1 or 2 people. Wifi was good. The building is nice and clean, gym is small but has all the basics. Lovely quiet location but within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, cafes, salons, public transport etc. and very central, always easy to get cab when you need. The hosts are very helpful and responsive on Airbnb. My host at the apartment, Earth, was absolutely fabulous!! Any request I had he helped straight away. he went above and beyond and made the whole experience at the apartment seamless. So kind and thoughtful - thank you! Would happily recommend this apartment.

Beautiful home! Very convenient location to many shops. Large enough for our family of 5. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and communicated well. No issues whatsoever. She made us feel very welcomed. Would definitely recommend her home to others visiting Thailand.

We are very happy to stay there...quiet...very clean and comfort. .But it is a bit far from the city..difficult to use public transport.

Bm is the most friendly and helpful host I’ve met so far! She is also very responsive! The house is very cosy, tidy and spacious. We got everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend anyone who looks for a house to stay with your family or friends!
