Holiday rentals with breakfast in Phang Nga

the place was excellent. Amazing host, everytime we needed something, the team got back to us asap with the best solution. totally worth it. My only suggestion, please keep a microwave in the kitchen. rest everything is perfect. Ps. it's a gated community (of about 8 Vilas) with guards. So it's very safe.

We had a great stay! The pool was really nice and the space was clean and comfortable. It is a bit of a trek up a steep hill to get to, but Dane also helped us organise airport pickup which was super nice. They came and cleaned every day and we were able to order grab to the location as well.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour en couple dans une de ces villas dont l'emplacement est absolument parfait. Le logement se trouve au bout d'une route à 3minutes de la plage, entouré de collines et d'arbres. L'environnement est très calme, ça a été extrêmement agréable tout au long de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous devons séjourner à Phuket une nouvelle fois. Merci pour tout

First of all Tracey is an amazing host. Her professionalism and dedication to her guests are unmatched. She ensured every aspect of our stay was hassle and stress free allowing our group to have the most amazing time ever. Kuhn View is an amazing asset. With our dynamic schedules during our stay, we required a lot of transportation. All coordination was handled expertly and efficiently. We were never late and we were able to make the most of our time off. Bum, our villa attendant was absolutely heaven sent. Her cooking is absolutely phenomenal and her care and service to our group was amazing. I loved every second of my stay here and I highly recommend working with Tracey and her staff. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

We had a memorable stay! While the home isn’t beachfront, the views were still stunning and the pool made for the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Just a heads up — the house is very much surrounded by nature, and you’ll definitely notice that indoors at times. We found a frog and lizard inside the living room and the primary bedroom. The staff helped remove the critters. The highlight of our stay was without a doubt the incredible chef and staff. Aew, the housekeeper and chef, was amazing — she made us feel so cared for and her cooking was phenomenal. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The laundry service was also top-tier — everything came back perfectly folded and fresh. Beds were on the firm side, which may be a consideration depending on your comfort preferences. But overall, we loved the peaceful setting, friendly service, and delicious food. Would recommend for a nature-immersed, relaxing getaway!

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei Philip und Sophie! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in einer ruhigen, angenehmen Lage. Man merkt, dass den beiden viel an Details liegt. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und freundlich, sie standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann den Aufenthalt bei ihnen nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmals!

Потрясающая вилла! Мы с семьей прожили целый месяц в этом доме. На вилле есть все, что нужно. Удачная планировка, вход в 2 другие спальни отдельный через зону бассейна, нам это очень нравилось. Красивая и ухоженная территория вокруг - комфортно гулять с ребенком. На территории есть кафе и небольшой фитнес-зал. Удачная локация, если вы на авто / мотоцикле. Рядом несколько вариантов пляжей, зона магазинов / ресторанов, массажи и т.д. Очень отзывчивая хозяйка - помогала по всем вопросам и делилась рекомендациями. Чувствовали себя как дома, очень скучаем.

I would come back here! The host is very kind and really takes care of you to make sure you have a good stay. The room is spacious and has the basics to keep you comfortable. The view from the property is great, and it is right next to a resort with a good coffee shop. The WiFi on the property works well and you can order food (breakfast, lunch dinner and coffee) at the property so you can experience a slice of village life but still have the convenience of getting what you need. They can also rent you a motorbike if you need to get around!

离机场很近，很不错的体验。适合需要坐飞机的人订。很好的自助餐，用餐时间也很长。

Vi havde to rigtig gode uger i lejligheden. For to par er det en skøn lejlighed med god plads både inde og ude. Fra balkonen er der en fantastisk udsigt ud over Karon. Der er ca. 70m fra landevejen op til boligkomplekset. Og “op” skal tages alvorligt. Vejen stiger ca. 15%, så pulsen stiger godt når man traver derop. De har en fin lille ladbil som fungerer som shuttlebus. De kører fra bygningen og ned i lokalområdet, og henter gæsterne igen. De yder servicen fra ca. kl. 9:00 til 16:00. Med mindre bilen bliver brugt til andre små opgaver. Alt i alt kan vi kun sige gode ting om vores ophold.

One of the best, and possibly the very best, rental experiences. Nikita and Denys went out of their way to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible; they are very pleasant guys to communicate with. The apartment is one where they’ve truly put their heart and soul into it, exceeding the description by far. You really feel at home here. I’m very glad to have met Nikita and Denys in person. I highly recommend choosing these apartments if you want a great experience at a reasonable price.

Very nice place to stay. Close enough to go to Rawai beach on foot. The free shuttle to the beaches ( Yanui and Naiharn or Promtep cape) is very good. Always on time. The swimming pool on the roof has a great view, we could order drinks from the swim up bar. The other pools are nice as well. The duplex is as in the pictures. We loved staying there. Juliia always responded quickly to all the requests we had.

Thank you for the vacation! Beautiful and cozy apartments and polite host. The hotel is new and fresh. Located in a very beautiful area of the island. We will be back!

Great location. Walkable distance to a lot of surrounding places and beach. Room had everything I needed real comfortable stay. Only complaint is AC kept going out. Maintenance assisted problem each time. Overall 4.5/5 for me. Thank you.

I absolutely loved my stay at Thipaya! The staff/owners are very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I felt like I was well taken care of and had an authentically Thai experience—especially with the meals. I’d recommend to friends and family, and I hope to return again soon. This spot is definitely going in my bookmarks. ✅

Not only was this a great comfy little accomodation, the real star was the location and the host. Located right near the markets and a great strip of restaurants and bars there’s plenty to do and maybe a 10ish minute walk to the beach. The host is also incredibly helpful, offering a great list of local recommendations and activities that they are more than happy to organise and book for you. Overall a great experience and a lovely stay!

In 1 woord gewoon geweldig! Gerard en Nui zijn de beste b&b eigenaren die je maar kan bedenken. Niets is ze teveel! Van het regelen van vervoer en excursies tot een geweldig diner. Zelfs aan de kleinste dingen werd gedacht. De omgeving is schitterend (de watervallen zijn een aanrader!), maar ook voor het bezoeken van verschillende tempels hadden ze tips. De b&b zelf ligt heerlijk rustig gelegen en heeft een schitterende tuin. Je hoort alleen de geluiden van de natuur. Wij hebben ook een hoop dingen over Thailand geleerd en na een tropische regenbui tot onze grote hilariteit direct kennis gemaakt met de bull frog. 🤣 Overigens hadden Gerard en Nui hier ook direct een oplossing voor. Het enige nadeel is dat het eten in de rest van Thailand niet meer zo lekker lijkt te zijn, nu we de kookkunsten van Nui gewend zijn. Als we ooit weer een keer naar Thailand komen, dan komen we zeker terug!

This homestay is a very friendly and clean place for gay couples. There is a big swimming pool which opened 24 hours.Besides，each saturday night，there is a party very nice.What's more，the hosts are very easygoing and generous.They took us to the patong beach and told us many gay bars in the second day we came.And our flight is at night，they agreed to check out late. You should be here to have a very nice trip.
