Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Phalasarna

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die Unterkunft ist wunderbar und wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat einen privaten Garten und eine Terrasse mit Aussicht zur Alleinnutzung. Beides war sehr toll. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, es fehlte uns nichts. Kommunikation mit Michalis hat auch super geklappt. Die Tipps haben wir ausprobiert, in der Taverne in der Nähe der Unterkunft waren wir gleich mehrmals. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Konstantina ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per raggiungere l’alloggio, che è isolato dai principali centri urbani, ma ideale per chi vuole essere immerso nel silenzio e comunque comodo per raggiungere le più famose spiagge di Creta (Elafonisi, Balos, Falassarna). L’alloggio non è molto grande, giusto per due persone che devono stare qualche giorno, il terrazzo sopra è in condivisione con eventuali ospiti dell’appartamento accanto, ma è grande comodamente per tutti. Non c’è il posto auto dedicato ma vengono fornite informazioni per il parcheggio. Consigliato come punto strategico e tranquillo per visitare tutta la costa ovest di Creta in un viaggio on the road.

Nuestra estancia en Kou Kou House fue inmejorable. Sofia es una persona muy cercana, que nos dió muchos consejos sobre la zona y que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Además, el entorno en el que se encuentra la casa es precioso y la mayoría de días teníamos la playa de al lado, para nosotros solos. Sin duda repetiremos!! :)

Really enjoyed our stay at Phy-Sea villa! Marianna was a great host who greeted us with a tray of fruit and cheese upon checking in and provided us with several wonderful dining and activity recommendations. The place itself is peaceful and close to Chania while feeling like you are getting away. Though there are many beaches close by, we also liked having our own pool. Looking forward to coming back!

Four of us, two couples, spent a very enjoyable week at Roula's stone cottage. A special and stunning location and suspect a rare opportunity to spend time in a traditional style house in a rural cretan mountain village. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. May be better suited to a family stay as the downstairs room has no separate access to bathroom. We enjoyed the peaceful location immensely- great to getup and have breakfast outside with the fresh air and distant sound of goat bells. We travelled to Chania or the beaches along the coast every day and certainly didn't find the village too remote to do so. Nearby Tavernas and gorge walk are a must. Roula, along with her mother, were always quick, helpful and generous when questions were asked and supplied us with eggs and oranges and some home cooked food. Surely one of the best hosts I've experienced on airbnb. Would gladly return.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Haus! Es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und in einer tollen Lage. Die Kingsize Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war von Anfang an freundlich, respektvoll und absolut reibungslos. Schon zur Begrüßung stand ein kleines, herzliches Willkommensgeschenk in der Küche bereit: Honig, Olivenöl, Kekse und Raki – eine sehr schöne Geste! Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Anzumerken ist, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Es liegt an einer kleinen Anwohnerstraße, aber dennoch fahren dort Autos lang und man hört es vor allem morgens extrem im Bett. Im Verlauf unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir sogar mit frischen Eiern und Orangen aus eigener Produktion überrascht. Zum Abschied gab es dann nochmals Honig und eine Flasche Raki – einfach großartig! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen gastfreundlich. Vielen Dank für alles!

We had a lovely stay at Nikos’ place in Rodovani. It’s well off the beaten path and we particularly enjoyed the tranquil setting in a small mountain village on the south coast. Nikos greeted us although we arrived well after midnight. There is a lovely village store right across the town square and good tavernas close by. Plenty of hiking options around and the sea only 15 min away. The house is renovated tastefully and we particularly enjoyed the big terrace overlooking the valley and mountains.

Sure! Here’s your Airbnb review in polished English: ⸻ We had a fantastic 3 weeks stay! The apartment was exceptionally clean, even during our longer stay it was cleaned. Everything was in like-new condition with tasteful and cozy furnishings. It had everything we needed. A true highlight was the beautiful garden with our own lemon tree and a stunning sea view from a small hill. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 7 minutes to town. Everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended — we would come back anytime! Eugenia and especially her husband were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything.

Chrisida et son mari sont adorables et très accueillants. Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos : calme, confortable, avec une literie de qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la place de parking à l’arrière de la cour et l’accès à la machine à laver dans l’atelier. Un grand merci pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée, qui nous ont vraiment fait plaisir après le voyage. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés !

Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Kissamos. Chara & Nikos sind sehr freundlich und schnell in der Kommunikation. Das außergewöhnliche Appartement mit aussenküche auf der Dachterasse ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Lage, um Balos, Falassarna, Elafonissi und Chania zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Chara &Nikos sehr genossen. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Estadia fantástica, mesmo em cima da praia! Fotos muito parecidas com a realidade, com todas as comodidades disponiveis! Fica no passeio maritimo muito proximo de vários restaurantes, supermercado e do centro histórico, dá para fazer tudo a pé a uma curta distância. O Fotis foi super prestável e deu instruções muito claras. Tivemos vontade de ficar mais tempo!!! 5*

This is more than house. It is a nest. You've got everything, kitchen is great, netflix, air-conditioning, you name it. The place è is quite and you can sleep as a baby. You've got your own parking too! The most powerful thing in the house is the hosts Paula. It was like meeting a family member that you didn't see for years. She was so caring, so kind, lovely. Very nice home and location very nice, walkable to harbor and old town which was very nice! Lots of restaurants! The house was very clean and comfortable and really pretty view of the sea from living room area. The layout was very nice as bathroom on floor of living are and second floor with bedrooms with full bath very nice, lots of room!! My only complaint was, in my opinion, the portrait over master bed was very provocative and also, in my opinion, offensive being a female. Don’t understand why there must be naked pictures of female. Our stay at Giorgos and Christina’s place was wonderful. We were there for 4 weeks and loved every minute of it. Giorgos and Christina are amazing hosts and they made our stay unforgettable. When we entered their place we found wonderful treats, and they graciously said goodbye with very thoughtful gifts for us. Throughout our stay, the place was regularly cleaned and we were often asked if we needed anything. In summary, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Giorgos and Christina’s place and we hope to return again on our next trip to this area.

Ein großes Dankeschön an Konstantinos und Stelina, die eine wunderschöne Wohnung für ihre Gäste zur Verfügung stellen. Wir waren begeistert von der Aufteilung der Räume, sehr modern mit bodentiefen Fenstern, einer Küche, in der nichts fehlte (selbst eine Salatschleuder und ein Messbecher waren da!) und mit einem komfortablen Bett. Die Handtücher werden jeden 3. Tag gewechselt und die Bettwäsche jeden 5. Tag, echter Luxus! Es duftet sehr angenehm, Dank der gut ausgesuchten Duftstäbchen. Für mich ist eine gut riechende Wohnung immer sehr wichtig und das haben wir ebenso sehr geschätzt. Der Balkon ist luftig und nach 10:00 im Schatten, da lässt es sich angenehm aushalten und der schöne Blick auf die Souda Bay ist einfach herrlich. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, man ist also schnell im Zentrum, aber abends auch schnell wieder draußen. Ideal für Menschen, die das Stadtleben genießen wollen, es aber lieber etwas ruhiger haben möchten. Danke nochmals für alles!!

Top-Ferienwohnung Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an in dieser hervorragenden Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet,mega sauber, hat mega Duschen mit Massagenfunktion bzw.Regendusche und richtig viel Platz. Die Betten sind total bequem, wie neu. Die Küche beinhaltet viel mehr Geschirr und Besteck als man benötigt. Auch ansonsten ist alles in der Küche vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist riesig mit Grill und schönem Blick. Restaurants, Strand und Bootsverleih sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das haben wir sehr genossen.Die Gastgeberin ist einfach nur super, besser geht es nicht. Sie antwortet innerhalb von Minuten, hat super Tips für alles mögliche rund um den Urlaub und ist sehr herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es ein herrliches Mittagessen und der Kühlschrank war mit dem Ersteinkauf bereits gefüllt, inklusive frisch geernteten Tomaten,etc. So macht Urlaub richtig Spass und man kann von Anfang an einfach relaxen.Gerne würden wir wieder dort Urlaub machen..

This is absolutely our favorite Airbnb that we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). The place is adorable. Katerina is very responsive and lives right by the apartment. The view is wonderful, and both the living room and twin bedroom have doors that open onto that view. It has everything you need and more, with Katerina providing treats and even cereal and milk for that first morning. The air conditioning worked well, but there is also a lovely breeze from the sea. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just below the apartment as well as with 5 and 10 minutes walk in Old Town. It would be comfortable for a couple and a third person (such as a child) or two people, each with their own room. The washing machine was great to have, and you can dry clothes on the lines off the balcony. We did not want to leave.

Unser Aufenthalt in Chania war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Aussenbereiche wunderschön. Ioanna war sehr gut erreichbar und freundlich.

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Nikos. La vue est incroyable, on a envie de passer ses journées sur le balcon! La literie est confortable, et il y a tout à disposition pour passer un très bon séjour. Nikos a été très accueillant et discret, il nous a recommandé un lieu pour se garer facilement et rejoindre le centre de Chania à pieds, ce qui a été très pratique! Bref nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances dans ce logement et le recommandons à 100%. Merci Nikos!
