Holiday rentals in Pezoulas

It was a pleasure and a nice experience to stay at Thanos's place! A perfect place for those who prefer to experience real Crete beyond the tourist crowds and in a peaceful way. The small village is adorable, the local tavern is amazing, the location also suits well for setting up a base to explore the island - the peaceful, distant beaches are just a 30-50 minutes drive away. The place itself is a gem, if you appreciate an experience to stay in the authentic surroundings and the host was always responsive and very welcoming! Would return there next time for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit in der „Shell“. Der Blick vom Balkon direkt auf das wunderschöne Meer war traumhaft! Da die zweite Wohnung oben während unseres Aufenthalts nicht belegt war, hatten wir diesen Ausblick ganz exklusiv. Der direkte Zugang zum kleinen Strandabschnitt ist so fantastisch! Man hat den Strand meistens für sich ganz allein oder es sind nur wenige andere Menschen dort und kann herrlich schwimmen und schnorcheln. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allen Basics ausgestattet, die man benötigt. Das Bett hat für zwei Erwachsene eine gute Größe und ist sehr gemütlich, quietscht nur etwas, so wie es Metallbetten öfter tun. Die Klimaanlage benötigten wir Anfang Juni noch nicht oft, sie funktioniert aber super und sehr schnell. Koutsouras ist ein entspannter kleiner Ort mit viel einheimischem Leben und nicht allzu viel Tourismus, man kann dort wirklich toll zur Ruhe kommen - und sollte auf jeden Fall das extrem leckere Gebäck in der Patisserie Edelweiss genießen :)

Het huis heeft onze harten gestolen. Heel authentiek en in een dorpje waarin je voor je gevoel terug gaat in de vorige eeuw. Weg van het massatoerisme en met fantastische wandelmogelijkheden.

What a wonderful villa. A lovely spot, very private, with excellent amenities. All very good and well cared for. The pool and BBQ area were excellent. George, the owner, was the perfect host and made very helpful recommendations for restaurants. He brought a dish for lunch one day that his mother had made, very nice. He was very responsive without being intrusive and always made appointments to come for cleaning, etc. The villa is 1km or so outside Kavousi which is small with little café/bars and local tavernas, but very central to travel to most tourist spots such as Elounda within 30 minutes by car. It is worth asking George about details of the “welcome pack” as he provides things such as milk and BBQ charcoal which you won’t need to buy. We would certainly consider going back, it was so good.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in dem Apartment von Riana. Wir waren 14 Tage dort und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind regelmäßig getauscht worden. Man kann sich super draußen auf die schöne Terrasse setzen um zu frühstücken oder abends zu essen. Rianas Eltern sind so nette und zuvorkommende Menschen. Ihr Mini Markt der sich beim Appartement befindet ist super ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man braucht :) Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Man ist direkt an einem tollen Strand Abschnitt was mit Kleinkind super praktisch ist. Die Tavernen sind ebenfalls sehr lecker und man sitzt super am Strand und kann abends schöne Spaziergänge machen.

Wir hatten eine unbeschreiblich schöne Zeit in der Windmühle. Der Ausblick und der Garten sind umwerfend. Alles ist mit soviel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Im Ort kann man sehr gut essen. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Wir sind glücklich, dass wir dort sein durften. Wer das Besondere sucht, dem kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Notre séjour était parfait, Roula est super sympathique ... Elle nous a accueillis merveilleusement ! en plus de nous avoir rempli le frigo et le plat de fruit il y avait même du Raki pour fêter notre arrivée ! L'appartement est super joli, propre, il est très bien équipé et joliment décoré ! La terrasse est immense et entourée de verdure ! Un vrai petit paradis... Roula est disponible et de bons conseils, c'est une personne chaleureuse, conviviale et de confiance ! Nous sommes ravis d'avoir fait sa connaissance et nous reviendrons certainement ! Un grand merci à cette fabuleuse Crétoise !
