The house is equipped with a living room/kitchen, bathroom/toilet and two attic bedrooms upstairs. You also have access to the garden where you will find a barbecue Check-in from 4pm - Check-out 11am

On site you can enjoy a balcony as well as a 24 m2 terrace with a great view equipped with a pergola for summer and outdoor dining. Enclosed and wooded land 5 minutes from Lioran station as well as various hiking or other activities nearby. The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds. If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.
