Better than the pictures — great big villa with large swimming pool and great atmosphere, private and fantastic views. Spyros was friendly, hight recommended

We spent a lovely 3 days - the villa was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We all loved the pool and the closeness to coral bay. The hosts were extremely responsive, my children left a gaming device in the villa and they went out of their way to make sure it was returned to us which is much appreciated !

We had a fantastic stay! George is a great host! The villa is situated very nicely on top of the Paphos Hills. Great view on Paphos and the coast. We were with a group of 8 borders, and the villa is so big that everyone had enough privacy as well. With a Rental car it was very easy to explore the island. Big thanks!

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is in a very quiet location. We liked to go to different beaches or explore the island. Coming back to the large pool and garden area in the afternoon and relaxing was great. The furnishings of the apartment were more than good and Margarita surprised us with drinks and fruit. We felt very comfortable at Margarita's and it was a pleasure to get to know her.

Villa Georgina was everything we hoped for and much, much more. Our small group enjoyed the Villa and it's facilities and the area of Corral Bay with a fantastic selection of good restaurants and bars. The pool was squeaky clean if a little cold, but that's to be expected for April. I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Georgina to anyone for a relaxed and luxurious experience.

It was a new villa with a great environment and interior! The living room and kitchen had a large window with a view outside, which gave it a very open feeling. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and neat! It was a newly built villa with a great view and it was great! It's on the mountain side of Paphos and it's only a 20-minute drive to the city center. Martin and Olga were very kind and were happy to help with any questions I had, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful villa.

We holiday in Protaras but always like to spend a couple of nights in a traditional Cypriot village and home. Kathakis is a beautiful, quiet and peaceful little village which has everything you need to relax. We chose Calliope House because of its authentic Cypriot feel and we weren't disappointed. It's been in the owners family for generations and is a beautiful Cypriot home which had everything you need. The stand outs for us was that it had 3 bedrooms (one en-suite) the other 2 bedrooms a toys the beautiful courtyard with their own bathroom and a guest bathroom. The courtyard was beautiful. Private and peaceful with comfortable sofa seating as well as a table and chairs for food and drinks. The house was immaculate! Bedding in particular was pristine l, crisp white sheets and quilt. Beds were so comfortable, plenty of towels, and the showers were great. Waling distance to main square with taverns, a museum and about a mile away a wonderful winery which offered wine tasting sessions.

The villa is absolutely wonderful. Lots of thought and style in the external space plus some wonderful features inside. Kyriacos went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and at home in the villa with some lovely thoughtful extras. He was also very proactive in sending though information about the villa as we got closer to our holiday. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The roof terrace gives the opportunity to see some fabulous sunsets. We would highly recommend this place for a peaceful quiet holiday. Although there is current ongoing building activity in the area it is hardly noticeable when sitting around the pool or inside the villa. Car is highly recommended as it is a way out of town or to the nearest supermarket. So many amazing things to do around the island

Elena's apartment is perfect for a couple! The view is wonderful and in the evening you can hear the waves of the sea from the bedroom! Coral Bay is very close on foot and Coralia Beach is a little further away but still within walking distance. Elena is a super kind person and available in advice, help, etc. The apartment is very clean, nice terrace for aperitifs or dinners!

We had wonderful time at Nikolays apartment. Everything was as it says it was and even better. Great location and great communication with hosts.

Wonderful stay in an amazing home! The communication was excellent, the house was spotless, and Victoria was a generous and accommodative host. The location is also excellent, with proximity to vineyards and Latchi as well as great restaurants. Seriously, try “To Palati!”!!

Nice little apartment, exactly as described and as shown in photos. Conveniently located close to Latchi, Polis and Akamas. Easy check in and friendly host.

Martins apartment exactly as listed had everything he described plus extra touches like tea bags coffee sugar wine and water on arrival. Apartment spotlessly clean very comfortable the complex extremely clean all pools great well maintained and had life guards at both. The apartment close to all amenities shops bars and restaurants hickory’s was our favourite Venus beach exquisite just get there early could imagine quite hard to get sun beds at peak holiday times. Martin was easy to communicate with and even arranged for taxi to pick us up at airport. In summery great apartment well worth the money great place and lovely people will definitely stay at martins again if visiting pathos loved everything 👍👍

We spend 5 days in Sergei’s and Markus’s apartment. It was more than lovely. Even they have a nicely printed book of intorduction, instructions and program guides included in it. The terrace is even better in live. The kitchen is perfect, we could cook and using the washing machine. Also plus point should given because every AC/DC has stickers what related to it, so turn on-off - you can’t miss (also the washing machine has english stickers so cou can pick your washing program perfectly). The bedroom is cosy, we slept well there. There are two air conditioner (Gree) so it’s moders and has humidity mode. By walk you reach 3 shops, many restaurants and the Coral-bay beach is in 5 min walk! Bus line 615 can take you to Paphos in approximately 15-25 min ( depends on how many passengers travelling to different locations and 615 goes to Tombs of Kings station, from there take 611 to reach the harbour - 4 more stops). If we could stay more there we would :) Thank you Sergei und Markus! 🙏🏻?

Little place of heaven , its are second stay, wonderful apartment , clean , bright , great views , chill out place for sure, as for host Katerina, absolutely fantastic , if needed , quick response always there to help , can not fault at all , great holiday , great apartment , great hosts 👍👏👏back next year , carnt wait

lovely and clean, good communication and there was enough cooking equipment. Parking included was a bonus. Was lovely having a few spices and salt and pepper on the cupboard. clean bathroom. Lots of hills, fine for us but if you struggle with mobility it may be an issue. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and I didn't see a lift so again if you struggle with mobility a different place may be more appropriate. lovely balcony views. I would book the property again 🙂

We had a very nice stay in Paphos. The apartment made us feel we have a home away from home. Andres was responsive and always there to assist. The area is residential and quiet, a short drive needed for any activity out of home.

Amazing accommodation, amazing location and amazing hosts!! We stayed last week of May (UK Half Term). Family of four, two boys 11 and 15. I'll start with the location. It's about 50m from the sea (Coral Bay), so 3 mins walk or you can park your car in one of the beach car parks for free. Coral bay is a sandy beach in a secluded bay, with restaurants, toilets, watersports and loads of seating and umbrellas. We visited nearly every day and jet skied, paddle boards, swimming, snorkling etc - an amazing place!! A short walk from the beach (5-10 mins) there is a strip with about 20 different quality restaurants and tourist shops etc. Next; the accommodation. It had everything you needed and more. A four bedroom, two bathroom 2nd floor flat. very spacious. Air-con great!! well-equipped kitchen (oven, large fridge / freezer, washing machine, large outdoor pool - was warm in May), English TV and all the usual Apps. Lastly; the hosts. Always available and sorted any issues out quickly!!!

This is a great place to stay, has everything you need and is close to a lot of activities and not far from the main tourist areas. Demetris was a great host and was always available to answer our questions. Would recommend staying here.

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

We spent a lovely week at Alinas place in Paphos. The apartment was in a lovely quiet complex yet right in the centre of Kato Paphos, a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. They seem to have thought of everything to make our stay a success. Any question we had re restaurants, places to go etc was answered promptly. Check in and out was easy and cleverly done. We cannot recommend Alinas place highly enough. They could teach hosts how to run an Airbnb business.

Wow, my best Airbnb experience ever—and even more than that, it was a warm welcome filled with kind energy. You feel so good here that it’s hard to leave. Mary and Gunther are people with rare souls and kindness. We truly hope to come back one day because this place is a real haven of peace and happiness. Since we’re sensitive to this kind of connection and atmosphere, we are more than delighted to add these quality moments to our life experiences. It will remain engraved in our memories and hearts. They have created a contagious harmony in this apartment and its beautiful garden. There are no words to describe this experience, you have to live it !

Kevin is a great host, met me at the venue and took me to the apartment. Private parking for the apartment is available and undercover which is needed in the summer periods The apartment is clean, fresh, modern and ideally situated within walking distance to shops and the beach. The outside area is open but still feels private and both the living room and the bedrooms open up to the outside area, there is a communal pool that is also very well maintained. The apartment is an home from home with all the amenities, the complex where the apartment is situated is very safe and secure. Would definitely be looking to rebook later in the year *****

The apartment was easy to find off the directions Ste gave. A car is a must really for the location. Unless you are used to walking up and down hill. The village of Peyia is an uphill walk of approx 30mins. We had a car for our 2wks stay, pre booked from the airport. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and comfortable, with an excellent sized patio area, with sea view. Ste is easy to contact, and replies promptly. Would definitely recommend. A great self catering accommodation.
