We had a wonderful time in the comfortable apartment. Everything is clean, tasteful and new. We also love the area! Several small cafés and supermarkets are within walking distance. The location is ideal for families, right in front of the house there is a playground and in the shopping center Retroville (6 minutes walk) there is a children's club in addition to many shops, where we spent a lot of time.

This was my second time staying at Dima's and it was even better than the first :) The location is perfect (central, 5 minute walk to all the best highlights of Kyiv, plenty of cafes, coffee shops and groceries around) and the apartment is beautiful, with everything you need - but the real gem is Dima. He will go out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Before check-in, he picked up my luggage, stored it, and delivered it to the apartment while I was out. Treated me to coffee and dessert, had the apartment cleaned during my 3-week stay, and had fresh flowers and wine as a welcome back gift! He truly cares so much about his guests and you can see that his dream is to open a small hotel and make people's stay in Kyiv as warm and welcoming as possible. You can also text him any time for anything! About the apartment: - Large, bright, clean bathroom with unlimited hot water - Large, comfortable bed - The hallway is perfect to shelter in during air raids ;) 10/10!

I’ve stayed at this apartment a few times now. I love it. It’s cozy, close to everything, and Lyuba is always so friendly and willing to help with anything. This place is my home away from home. I highly recommend it.

Very satisfied with our stay in this apartment. Stayed 5 days in Kiev, convenient location. The apartment is very clean, all the amenities described were available. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and hairdryer. The host offered to check in a few hours faster, because the apartment was available - it's nice.

Great place, try to stay always when visiting Kyiv

The entry instructions are a little complicated, but they are clearly explained. The host was very responsive when I had a little difficulty due to my gps not being accurate. No complaints whatsoever. Would love to stay here again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Viktor’s property before the hostilities began and have always held it in the highest regard. Since my last visit, he has maintained the place impeccably. The location is ideal, and the interior is beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The sauna and Jacuzzi are truly exceptional features that add a luxurious touch. Beautiful, cozy, apartment with everything you need. Located right in the heart of Kyiv with a terrace that overlooks it all. Just a few blocks off the Maidan, close to the metro, surrounded by shops & restaurants. Definitely felt safe walking around. Host was always very responsive.
