Absolutely beautiful house and location! Be sure to bring a car, as it’s about a 30-minute drive to the beaches and a 40-minute walk to the nearest town — but it’s definitely worth it! Arta is so pretty and the house is the perfect place to wake up in the mornings and end your day.

We had a great time at Antonio’s place. He was proactive with his communication and gave clear instructions. The house was Fantastic. Despite exploring several amazing beaches our kids always asked to swim in the pool upon arriving home for the night. We liked the central location of the home as it allowed for us to visit various regions of the island each day. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 4 nights with our two children (2y and 4y) and had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and you can have a relaxed family vacation. Especially the pool was perfect, as it is heated and a good size for the little one (but you just stay with them as it is not perfect for non swimmers).

We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and all the facilities you need are there. Upon arrival, there were a lot of groceries put down so you didn't have to go to the store right away. The house is decorated with great attention to detail, and in every corner you will find special accessories, furniture or art. It was great to discover all that! The host is very friendly and helpful and responds immediately. We will definately come back!

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

One of the best villas I’ve stayed at, beautiful location and will be back again

We spent some incredible days in Sa Carrotja. We were looking for privacy and tranquility, and we found it all here. The private pool and the calm surroundings were the best. The location is great because it's very close to beautiful beaches. Definitely a totally recommended place.

Very nice, stylish house in a quiet residential area of Sollér. Nevertheless, you can walk directly to the center of the city in just a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and the house is very nice with everything you need. In particular, the kitchen is really well equipped, we did not expect that. The only small disadvantage of the house is the lack of air conditioning, but that is also openly communicated and should be known beforehand. Stephan was super friendly, helpful and had super tips and usually responds within a few minutes. We would come back anytime and enjoyed our stay very much ☺️

we were there for 16 days. We felt comfortable right away. Great house. Nina is a great host, immediately available if there are any questions. Those who, like me, unfortunately also have to work on vacation, should know that the WLAN is a bit bumpy on the roof terrace and on the 1st floor. But that didn't spoil the vacation.

An absolute dream right by the sea! The house was just perfect – with a breathtaking view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the cellar, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips for restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

A fantastic holiday in a breathtaking location. The photos don’t do it justice. The warm feel of a family holiday home with lots of space and stunning views in all weathers. The house was clean and we loved the fact that the pool was salt water rather than chlorinated. We’d love to go back.

Francisca and Maria were warm, kind, generous and vey helpful during our month long stay in their family home in Petra. The house is very beautiful and located almost at the center of Mallorca, so we had many trips exploring the island, and then were appreciative to return to a place that felt like a home.

Our stay at Son Fonto was great. Bel and Rafael are very friendly and welcoming hosts. I never came across an acommodation that was as clean as this. Everything you could need during your stay is present at the house. They really thought of everything. At arrival they provided us with food and drinks. Also Rafael came to bring us some local pastries a couple of times during our stay, which was very attentive. And then there is off course the star of the acommodation: the horse Diavolo, which was a great plus for the kids. Especially because they got to feed him every night. Rafael comes early in the morning to clean the pool and feed Diavolo, but is very discrete, so don't worry about that (we did a little after reading another review). Even though we were unlucky with the weather, there really is enough to do within the vicinity. The only thing I could mention is the woodlice, that sometimes walk around the house. But nothing to worry about really! All in all one of our best stays!!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's place. The property is located in a quiet part of the island yet can still be reached quickly from the airport/Palma. The house is stunning – superbly appointed, charming, cozy and clean. The garden is beautiful, well maintained (and has a great view!). Andrea is an excellent host. She gave us great recommendations, always responded quickly and kindly to messages and was always helpful. We highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Laura.

Joana and her husband welcomed us very nicely! The accommodation is quietly located on the outskirts, the neighbors are sheep and chickens. In the village there are supermarkets and a bus going to Palma. The accommodation was good for excursions on the island. The house and garden are lovingly decorated. We felt very comfortable. The contact with the hosts was nice and we got a lot of recommendations. This place is especially suitable for a family. We had a lovely stay!

We spent a great vacation in this beautiful and very spacious accommodation. The style is very modern and Mediterranean, very tasteful. The house is so big that you have to think twice about where to put the keys :). You can see the sunset at the back every evening. The kitchen is super clean, modern, and equipped with the latest appliances. The bathrooms are a special highlight. There is even a laundry room! Each room has custom-made wardrobes that are lit. The beds are also super comfortable. Perfect!

Loved the house, especially the outdoor seating area. Petra is sooo quaint and beautiful. Easy to find parking in one of the streets nearby. Recommend!

Lovely space to take a break

We spent a week at Lenka’s wonderful place. The house and outdoors are perfectly maintained and charmingly decorated . Great views, peaceful location (aside a little traffic noise during the day) yet only 20 minutes wall into Deià. Lenka was always very helpful. We hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful time in Tomeu's accommodation! On the first day, we were warmly welcomed by him and his wife and immediately felt at home. The two were always approachable for us, gave us great tips for excursions, restaurants and activities in the area – always helpful and with a lot of cordiality. The accommodation is located just outside Llubí, quiet and idyllic in the middle of nature. You can reach the village on foot after a walk of about 1 km - by car, the connection is absolutely unproblematic. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a natural environment, you have come to the right place! The house is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Our children were particularly enthusiastic about the animals: chickens, pigs, sheep - and even a peacock! For us as a family, it was a real highlight. We can highly recommend Tomeu's accommodation and will be happy to come back. Thank you for this wonderful time & hospitality
