On a passé un très bon moment dans cette villa entre forêt et rizière. C’est exactement ce qu’on recherchait pour passer un week-end en pleine nature, au calme dans un environnement typique balinais. La villa est confortable et le service est top.

We stayed here for 2 days. The rooms are clean. The ambiance around the property is peaceful. Hosts are very humble and welcoming. They provided us extra fresh fruits for our baby. The food (breakfast and lunch/dinner) provided is local home cooked, freshly prepared and tasty. Do try the floating breakfast which is one of a kind experience in itself. Heartfelt gratitude to the Oding family for hosting us. Definitely recommended

Staying at Kadek’s villa was an absolute dream. The villa itself was even more beautiful than I imagined, stunning natural surroundings, and a serene atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained, which made it incredibly comfortable from the moment I arrived. J’ai rarement vu une famille aussi accueillante ! Ils sont super gentils, de très bonnes recommendations pour les environs nous on été données. Ils nous toujours trouvé des solutions pour nos déplacements. Les petits déjeuners sont super bon. Et la villa .. la villa est incroyable ! Elle dépassait toutes mes attentes ! Un vrai rêve éveillé ! N’hésitez pas du tout à aller la bas !

Such a beautiful villa, could’ve happily stayed there all day and not felt guilty about not exploring Ubud town. It was cleaned daily by staff, very much spotless. Breakfast made each morning was delicious. Access to property can be a bit tricky if you aren’t confident on a scooter, but is walkable too. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This villa was perfect for our stay in Ubud! Peaceful and quiet but still close to the action. The private pool was a godsend on hot Ubud days. Kadek was a really helpful, friendly host: he arranged early check-in for us, transported our suitcase to the villa and sorted a scooter rental for our stay. He also provided super useful extras like plenty of insect repellant and emergency phone numbers. The villa is just off a strip of restaurants, so food is never far away, and it’s only a half an hour walk to central Ubud. We’d happily recommend this place to any couple!

The place was exactly as pictured! beautiful and surrounded by alot of greenary! Ketut was incredibly nice. He brought us umbrellas to the entrance when we came out of our gojek as it was pouring rain late at night. His entire family qas very welcoming & breakfast was also delicious!

We had an excellent stay! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything was just as described, which made settling in super easy. Communication with the Made was smooth and friendly throughout. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing stay!

Just spent the most perfect 3 weeks at Buana Tirta Villa. Airport pick up was arranged for us and we were met by Nova who was great and once we arrived at the villa Sri was there for a smooth check in. Everything was as perfect as the pictures, communication was brilliant. Sri came and made breakfast and cleaned as and when we needed it and was helpful in arranging transport or anything else we needed. The friendliness and hospitality shown by the Balinese never ceases to amaze me ❤️ The area is just outiade out of Ubud, enough to avoid the crowds and traffic, but close enough for it to be convenient. We went on some of the most amazing sunrise walks through rice fields, just a few minutes walk from the villa. There are also spas and restaurants in walking distance too, if you wanted to avoid going into town. The villa is in the jungle and we loved the wildlife that comes with such surroundings, the frogs and the geckos in the evening help keep some of the mosquitos at bay! Thank you

Balayımız için tercih ettik. Gayet temizdi odamız. Her karşılaştığımız kişi gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltıları lezzetli ve tazeydi. Bizi hiç yabancı hissettirmeyen sevgili Surya hanım ve diğer tüm ekibe destekleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Eşim ve ben memnun kaldık. Her şey gördüğünüz gibi. Ubud için seçilecek mekanlardan birisi çünkü çok merkezi.

Wayan en zijn vrouw zijn geweldig. Reageert altijd en snel. Is daar waar nodig proactief. Bewonder zijn alertheid zonder opdringerig te zijn. Hielden alles keurig bij zonder te vragen. Dus altijd, elk moment opgeruimd en schoon. Het verblijf was voor ons als gezin een schot in de roos. Ieder gezin een eigen huisje en een gezamenlijke keuken met grote eettafel. Zwembad mooi een beetje koud omdat er veel regen was gevallen en ‘s nachts viel. Wayan is een uitstekende chauffeur en een geweldige danser😉. Mocht het kunnen, komen we graag terug. De beste groeten van ons allemaal.

Booked the villa after seeing reviews from other solo female travelers and I wanted to share that I had a great experience! Putu and the whole team are so kind and responsive. I flew in at night and they helped arrange transport and a late check-in. I always felt safe at the villa and there were tons of spas and restaurants within walking distance. It’s a great choice if you want to be in the heart of Ubud but still want something quiet and peaceful to come home to. Also it is located down a small alley but I came home alone after dark like 11PM twice and it was completely safe.

Echt een prachtige villa! Super schoon en opgeruimd. Fijne plek in Ubud. Fijne hulp van Yoga, elke ochtend werd er ontbijt voor ons klaargezet! We vonden het jammer om hier weg te gaan, voor de volgende keer komen we hier zeker terug.

Dewa, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Anything my fiancé and I needed was taken care of with care and attention to detail. The on-site staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They gave us a relaxing spa treatment right at the villa and even cooked a special homemade Balinese dinner for my birthday—it was such a thoughtful and memorable surprise. Dewa also arranged all of our tourist excursions, making it so easy to explore Bali without stress. Everything felt smooth, personal, and effortless. My stay at this eco lodge in Munduk was nothing short of magical! Nestled deep in the lush jungle, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sounds of nature, surrounded by misty mountains and vibrant greenery, felt like a dream. The lodge’s commitment to sustainability and eco-friendliness added an extra layer of charm to the experience. The hospitality was exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the warm greetings upon arrival to the thoughtful recommendations for local hikes and waterfalls, every detail was taken care of. The meals were delicious, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and we loved dining while overlooking the jungle canopy. The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully designed, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The open-air bath was a highlight, offering a unique way to connect with nature. Make sure to go down and see the waterfall and natural pool. Such a unique experience. Highly recommend!

The Wanagiri cabin was amazing, the perfect spot to unwind and relax in nature. We had a bbq and it was very well equipped for cooking. The views were breathtaking and we had the most beautiful sunset. The cabin was very cozy with really comfy beds. The host was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed and he even brought us some nappies for our daughter as we had ran out and the shops were closed. We can’t wait to come back soon. Harumi is a super attentive host! He was always smiley and helpful anytime I needed anything. I loved the area where is located, (definitely less busy than Canggu center), and loved the pool area where I could swim most of my days ☺️ I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who travels solo or with their partner! If I’m back in Bali I wouldn’t hesitate to book my stay here again.

A 17 minute scooter ride away from Ubud, this little gem completely stole our hearts. This Balinese cottage with a fridge, kitchenette, a small private pool, open air shower, bath tub was the perfect, most serene and peaceful stay we could have asked for, ending our Bali trip. The team was responsive to our questions, helpful towards our needs and quick to respond. Highly recommended stay!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Desa Hay Munduk Canbins. Alles war super sauber und der Ausblick einzigartig. Der Service war top und das Personal war stets bemüht, uns einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Cabin 6, in der wir waren, liegt recht nah an einer Straße, auf der einige sehr laute Mopeds unterwegs sind. Das war eigentlich der einzige Punkt, der nicht ganz perfekt war. Abends bekommt man am Lagerfeuer Marshmallows und kann auch die Pools noch benutzen. In dem Hotelrestaurant Ulekan bekommt man feinste balinesische Küche und kann sich durch die Karte probieren. Auch die Massagen im Desa Hay sind sehr erholsam und guttuend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden immer wieder kommen.

We loved the villa. Only issue and no fault of the host was no real good restaurant within walking distance and it was hard carrying our luggage down the long trail leading up to the villa. otherwise villa is private and clean. if you are looking for a place that’s off the beaten path which is clean this is your place!

Wir würden herzlich empfangen. Obwohl wir erst spät ankamen bekamen wir authentisches Junglefood, dass sehr lecker war. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und die Matschceremonie war ein besonderes Erlebnis.
