Gorgeous place and wonderful hosts. They made us feel like family and gave us the best recommendations. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience having a small family reunion here. We had two older adults who use walkers and a baby, so I wanted to make sure that the house could accommodate all of us. Place was perfect for this with 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and only a couple steps to manage into the front door. Robin and other hosts were really helpful in answering all of my questions prior to the booking (and after). Loved the pool, hot tub and gazebo sitting area. Used the grill for family dinners. Will treasure our memories here!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Forestville. Kurt and Heather were wonderful and took care of everything, from local recommendations (including a photographer to take some family photos) to answering any questions we had during our stay. The house is lovely and the setting is absolutely breathtaking. And you are only 20 minutes from some of the best stops in Sonoma County including Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, and more! We would come back in a heartbeat and cannot recommend it highly enough!

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

The Treehouse was a perfect getaway for a family of 8 adults and one child. Surroundings were beautiful. Nature was plentiful. The place had great amenities, kitchen well stocked, and the pool and hot tub one of a kind of !! We all had a great stay !!!

Bill is an incredible host! He is so kind and responsive, always trying to make your stay 10/10. The house is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, spotlessly clean, and well-stocked. If you want a truly peaceful and relaxing place to stay, with a kind and attentive host, this is the place you should stay!

Matthew’s home exceeded expectations and was incredibly cozy, private, spacious, clean, and spa-like. It was luxurious! It was very pet-friendly, I brought my Labrador with me and he loved lounging on the deck. The weather subsided (though I love the rain) all day Friday to allow for an entire day outdoors! The hot tub was clean and instructions were easy to follow. I loved that Matthew included local recommended spots to check out— I went to Russian River Brewing and Pacific Markets— both great spots with ample walking areas. The home decor is unique and has such character and charm without feeling like you’re stepping into “Magnolia Farms”— so far from it! There are beautiful works of art, antiques, classic and contemporary books; it’s lovely. Matthew is a responsive and kind, generous host. I found my stay tranquil and will be staying again as well as recommending to others! Matthew, thank you for providing a wonderful space for others to enjoy! All my best! Kaitlin & Buddy.

Jim and Ann were great hosts!! Their house was beautiful and the backyard was amazing!! We played tennis, ate outside, he gave us a tour. We felt eighth at home!! Thank you for the great stay!! We will be coming again!!

This property is amazing in every way. There’s a view from the ocean from almost every room, beautiful tile work and gorgeous, well appointed bathrooms. A sauna and extra hot hot tub. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The house itself is beautiful with private spaces, but also a large living room where everyone can gather around a beautiful tiled potbelly fireplace. It’s a short walk to the beach through a charming neighborhood. The host Rebekah was very communicative and generous, allowed us flexible, check-in and check out. I will 100% be staying here again.

Excellent host, simple and clean property. Beautiful decor. Open floor plan and an updated kitchen with Bosch Stove, Smeg Fridge and Breville coffee maker. Outdoor Sauna was a great way to start the day. Very peaceful. Bed was very comfortable with simple and soft white linens. Bathroom was very clean and nicely designed. Space felt new and fresh. The property was very thought out and family friendly with perfect amenities.

Such a wonderful spot! Had everything we needed and it was so clean! Staying right among the vines was amazing. The beautiful gardens, fire pit and bocce were awesome, so much space on the property. Lastly, it was within 15 minutes of every tasting we went to, even closer to downtown Healdsburg. Such a special little place ☺️

We enjoyed our stay very much. This sweet cozy apartment had everything my husband and I needed while visiting our family in the Santa Rosa area. The kitchen had all the essentials and the bed was super comfy! We hope to be back soon. ~Denise

Naomi's place was great! They were very responsive and the space was beautiful and fit all 6 of us nicely.

Sparkling clean, comfortable home-away-from-home, with every detail and amenity thoughtfully taken care of. Lovely, private and peaceful yard with bbq and outdoor eating/entertaining areas and garden. Tucked away from the street in a charming setting yet mere minutes to all Sebastopol has to offer. Walk to parks, restaurants, and downtown. We’ve already scheduled our return.

The property is even more cozy than the pics! Views are stunning, the unit was very clean, and is nicely appointed. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We loved hearing the water crash onto the piers under the house. We look forward to staying again.

This property more than met expectations and Steve was terrific. The bedrooms are all reasonably sized, the common areas are spacious, and the bathrooms are updated. The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The back courtyard was a peaceful oasis. The amenities (shampoo, dishes, etc.) are not fancy, but meet needs. There are some mild cons related to the age of the property. Most windows don't have screens and there was a slight, musty smell. Also be aware that the stairs and bathtubs might present challenges for anyone with mobility issues. Even so, this is a lovely and cozy property. Highly recommend! Best of all, should issues occur, Steve is a responsible and attentive host.

We were in Petaluma for a family wedding and Matt & Ginny’s place was the perfect HQ—so close to everything. Their home is well cared for and matches the historic charm of so many of the great houses in their beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommended for your Petaluma adventure!

Had a restful stay at this beautiful home, well equipped house on a peaceful vineyard. This place is somehow both close to good food and far enough away to relax. I enjoyed seeing balloons and birds.

Paulas place is beautiful and relaxing. Lots of great amenities. She was very responsive and kind. Highly recommended

Very spacious, not cluttered or small to where you feel suffocated. Was perfect for my trip for my friend’s graduation. Many other homes fell through or canceled on me and Lain saved us! Many towels and has a cute snack for when you go in as a welcome! Very responsive and texted us about the trash days incase we needed it! Overall, 10/10 stay would recommend to anyone. The only downside of the house is one night the hot water ran out when I was trying to bath and then the house wouldn’t stop cooling to 60 degrees! But like I said, other than that everything was amazing! Thank you!

We stayed here with a group of 12 and it was fantastic!! The hosts are super responsive and even ordered a dutch oven for us when we asked if there was one in the kitchen! The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for dinner parties and even with 12 women, there was enough space and bathrooms for everyone. The outdoor patio is gorgeous and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We did wine tastings in Sonoma and it was only a 30 minute drive. Definitely recommend booking here if you need a bigger space, lots of room for entertaining, and for getting ready (tons of mirrors for make up!) Also, we spent time in DT Petaluma for dinner parties/ coffee runs and it was great!
