Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο παραδοσιακό χωριό της Αμπέλου(23 χλμ. από Βαθύ, 14 χλμ. από Καρλόβασι) του όρους Καρβούνη. Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πλατεία του χωριού και η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται 5 χλμ. μακριά. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 1-5 άτομα καθώς διαθέτει ένα διπλό , ένα μονό κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Έχει προσβασιμότητα από δρόμο με άσφαλτο και δυνατότητα πάρκινγκ στα όρια του οικοπέδου. Επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια και είναι ιδανικό για εξορμήσεις στη φύση.

Only 5 minutes from town and the beach, this house can offer a quiet vacation in a secluded private estate surrounded by gardens fruit trees and views of the valley. It can easily accommodate two families or three couples as it comes with 3 private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on 3 separate floors. Lower floor consists of a large TV room with separate sleeping quarters, kitchenette and comfortable bathroom.

We loved our stay here! We do reccomend a car if you are staying, it made exploring Samos a lot more easy as by foot it may have been impossible and more expensive, the place was good enough to stay in for a day or 2 with the amazing pool and view especially during sunset! The hosts were responsive and kind people, the husband gave us some home made wine when we arrived and a tote bag when we left!

Stamatis is extremely kind and attentive and helped make our stay special. He’d warned us not many tavernas would be open in April so we were prepared for that. An added benefit of this time of year was the wildflowers on beautiful walks. We used the AllTrails app under a free trial!

we have spent a week in this perfect house. the house has everything you need, and even more. It is next to the sea but you should know that it is not possible to go swimming in front of the house. but the view, especially the sunset is amazing, Maria is always helpful and very kind. The island is a gem. Every part of it is worth to go and discover. and from this point of view the location of the house is also good. and we love the village Agios Konstantinos which is the closest. beautful island, beautiful house..

Je recommande le logement d'Eva. Le studio est très bien équipé et dispose d'un grand salon et balcon. "Chez vous"...mais en vacances. Vue sur la mer et la montagne (les deux!) Eva est attentive à vos requêtes tout en étant discrète. Mon séjour à été une vrai réussite ! Merci et au revoir.

Waar is de mogelijkheid om meer dan 5 sterren te geven voor deze verbazingwekkende villa? Want dat verdienen deze hosts die je verwachtingen overtreffen. Ze zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, flexibel en gastvrij. Een gevulde koelkast, mineraalwater, koffie en alles wat je nodig hebt in een villa als deze. Echt letterlijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Ondanks dat de advertentie er al heel veelbelovend uitzag, werden onze verwachtingen nog overtroffen. We hebben hier samen een geweldige week gehad!
