Holiday rentals with beach access in Petach Tikva

Awesome location on beach. Great views from balcony!! . Nikita was very obliging with looking after our luggage when we arrived early, took bags to our room and allowed us late check out. Nikita responded quickly, beds comfortable and fresh towels were delivered 1/2 way through stay was nice surprise. Lovely housekeeper showed us how to turn water heater on 🙏🏽. We usually stay in beer accomodation but this apartment had everything we needed and would recommend it for a comfortable stay. Restaurants close by were great too and easy walk to beautiful Jaffa

The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved the location. Being located inside a hotel was a huge plus since the security as well as services were a big plus. Elad was very much willing to please and truly appreciated our being in Israel during these difficult times. His concern for our happiness was sincere and welcome. I would recommend a stay at this property.

I had a great time in Jack’s suite, it was clean, cozy, had all the things you need for a quick two-night stay and it was located perfectly between the beach and the Carmel market. Jack was really nice and communicative and even though there was an issue with the original suite I booked, I enjoyed the stay in the alternative suite that was offered and I must say it was just as nice as the one I booked. Thank you Jack!

10/10 can’t recommend this stay enough! Super convenient location 3 blocks to the beach in one direction and 3 blocks to the local market in the other direction. Paid overnight parking lots just a couple of blocks away. Extremely peaceful apartment. Loved the curation of furniture. Super comfy bed. And wicked selection of books in the home library! Found a wonderful book to borrow for the beach. Ideal Tel Aviv stay and would return in a heartbeat!

Nous avons passé 7 mois extraordinaires chez Dean. L'appartement est extrêmement bien placé, au coeur de la mixité culturelle qu'offre Tel-Aviv Jaffa. Nous avons profité d'un magnifique coucher de soleil sur le vieux Jaffa tous les soirs et nous sommes allés à pieds à la plage tous les jours. L'immeuble est très beau, il est historique. Les voisins sont également adorables. Il n'y a pas de mot pour décrire le quartier tellement il est incroyable. Facile d'accès, beau, historique, plein de vie. L'appartement est beau, cosy, très lumineux, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour une famille de 3 enfants. Il est propre, sécurisé et très facile d'utilisation. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous très rapidement. Dean et Dan sont extrêmement réactifs et gentils. Tout est facile avec eux et chacune de nos question a trouvé sa réponse très rapidement. Nous sommes partis le coeur lourd car l'appartement, les voisins comme le quartier vont nous manquer. En résumé FABULEUX.

הבית של עדי מושלם! אנחנו משפחה שמטיילת הרבה והבית הזה מהמם ונהננו ממנו מאוד. הבית מיוחד עם פרטים קטנים והמון השקעה, יש הרבה משחקים לילדים חצר והוא נמצא במרחק קצר מהים. התקשורת מול עדי הייתה מעולה, היא מקסימה ואירחה אותנו בצורה מאוד אכפתית וחשבה על כל פרט. ממליצה בחום!

מקום חמוד מאד, נקי, שקט וצנוע. מושלם לבריחה קצרה מהמציאות. פרטיות מלאה

מארח ידידותי ותקשורתי. דירה נחמדה מאוד, קרובה להרבה מסעדות וחנויות טובות. נחזור שוב.

We had an excellent time at the house. Beds are comfy, kitchen and baths are well equipped and the livingroom/patio very inviting to spend time, especially when it gets so hot during the day. Communication with Lynn was easy and direct. Especially when we there was a problem with the hot water on a Shabbat she was extremely helpful coordinating with Shimon who knows what he’s doing but unfortunately doesn’t speak English. They fixed everything within 24h and also made a late checkout possible, which is always appreciated, especially when you have a late flight and want to squeeze in that last trip to the beach. The area is very nice, residential and relatively quiet. Next door is a kindergarden, so you have some life around you and don’t feel like it’s too isolated. Supermarkets etc easy to reach. The promenade to the beach is 5min away by car, walking takes a little longer but takes you through a nice neighbourhood. Wholeheartedly recommend to stay here!

The Gardens and pool were stunning. The beach was private, if a little difficult for us to get to. the litchen was well equipped and the hpuse was large with plenty of room for all. Rivka was a delight and attentive to all our requests.

This place is insanely beautiful and the location was 1 in a million. So close to Jaffa market and port. We really enjoyed our stay here and Max was helpful and a great host. The only thing was it’s a bit noisy at night in this area, but worth it for everything else!

What a gem of an apartment. Nestled on a quiet side street, close to all the lovely restaurants and cafes of Dizengoff and a short stroll to the wonderfully vibrant Gordon beach - this apartment could not be better. It’s squeaky clean, has all the mod cons (including a steamer!) that make staying here feel like a home away from home. Vanesa is an amazing host, so helpful and friendly. I will 100% be staying here again when I come back to Tel Aviv

היה תענוג להתארח אצל דן. דירה מקסימה עם כל מה שצריך לחופשה בלי דאגות. דן היה זמין כל הזמן, ענה במהירות לכל השאלות ואפילו יצר קשר בעצמו כדי להסביר לנו דברים על הדירה ולדאוג שיהיה לנו הכי נוח ושנרגיש בבית. בנוסף, דן היה מאוד גמיש ואיפשר לנו להישאר שעות נוספות בדירה ביום האחרון ללא שום תשלום נוסף בעקבות דחיית הטיסה. סך הכל, חוויה מאוד חיובית. ממליצה בחום!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Noas Wohnung sehr genossen. Von dort konnte man unkompliziert Tel Aviv und Israel erkunden und Abends in eine gepflegte und ruhige Umgebung zurückkehren. Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Wohnung anfragen, so wohl haben wir uns gefühlt!

שכרנו את הבית לעשרה ימים והיה שווה כל שקל. החצר המרווחת, הבית נוח ונעים. בעל הבית זמין ועזר בכל מה שביקשנו. בהחלט נחזור שוב!

Location, location, location!! In the heart of Tel Aviv - everything literally right outside your door - coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, the best gelato/ice cream, clothing shops and so much more. Amir’s apartment is very spacious and comfortable. He has all the amenities you could possibly need. And, his response time to any question you may have is very fast! I highly recommend Amir’s place!

Top location and top flat in Tel Aviv, and an awesome host. We had a blast and we'll certainly be back, thank you Ilana for an amazing time.
