Beach house holiday rentals in Petacciato

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Das Airbnb ist super. Direkt am Meer und eigener Pool. Alles war sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder nach Termoli reisen, werden wir dieses Airbnb wieder mieten.

Da Michelina è come stare a casa, anzi meglio perché a casa non hai la Michelina! La sua presenza e cura è sicuramente un motivo in più per soggiornare nel cuore dello splendido borgo storico di Termoli. Anche suo figlio Roberto è stato prezioso nell’accoglienza e per i consigli. Se il nostro soggiorno a Termoli è stato indimenticabile è anche grazie a loro e alla comodità e posizione dell’ alloggio che mettono a disposizione. Se mai torneremo a Termoli, non scorderemo di passare da loro a dare e prendere un abbraccio.

La casa di Nicola è pulitissima, fornita di tutto il necessario più la gentilezza e la disponibilità dell proprietario La casa è fresca fronte mare ha una corte interna dove mangiare fuori...portate qualcsa per le zanzare e vi godrete tutta la casa! Con tim la rete non prende benissimo all'interno ma very e Ho si. Intorno è pieno di ristoranti per tutte le tasche e gusti Da tornarci! Grazie Nicola per tutto!

Davide and his father were extremely helpful and accommodating, we got there late ( airline issues) and it was not an issue for them at all. Their local recommendations were spot on, everything is within walking or biking distance and there are a ton of things to do. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to unwind and relax.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und alles war da, was man brauchte. Dir Lage ist optimal, direkt in der Stadt und alles gut zu fuß erreichbar… Der stand direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Alles sehr sauber! Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet… immer wieder gerne !

Wir, vier Mädels, waren vor kurzem für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Diese ist etwas weg vom Schuss (20 Minuten Fußweg von der Stadt/Dorf) aber für uns war es völlig in Ordnung. Wir hatten etwas Ruhe nötig. Der Check-in war total unkompliziert. Fabrizio hat auf uns bereits gewartet und die Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz stand in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat eine exzellente Lage, direkt am Strand. Wir haben ganz besonders jeden morgen die Terrasse genossen. Hinzu kommt der private Strand. Fahrräder standen zur Verfügung. TOP!!!! Die Räumlichkeiten sind für vier Erwachsene etwas beschränkt. Wir hatten nicht immer ein gutes Wetter, so dass man sich nicht gut verteilen konnte. Darüber hinaus ist die Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig. Auch der Garten ist schön aber zu viel Krempel, was hier und da liegt. Dennoch war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank Fabrizio!

Tutto perfetto! Annaletizia è stata un’ottima host e mette a disposizione tutti i comfort descritti. La casa è accogliente e tranquilla, situata in zona faro di Vasto, con vista sul porto dalla finestra in cucina. È disponibile anche un parcheggio privato. Alloggio consigliato

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Wat een schitterende locatie om te verblijven. Zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke Gabriëlla en familie. Erg hulpvaardig om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. Het appartement op de begane grond is werkelijk uitstekend en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer fraaie uitgevoerde renovatie van een boerderij tot in de kleinste details door een architect uitgevoerd. Vanuit de prachtig aangelegde tuin en vanuit het appartement heb je een rustgevend uitzicht op de zee. Ook heerlijk is het gebruik van het slim aangelegde zwembad. Wij hebben er ontzettend genoten. Alles was was keurig in orde en zeer schoon.

Ich hatte einen wirklich wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa! Der Garten ist einfach traumhaft – so schön grün und einladend, perfekt zum Entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Lage ist super, nur ein paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Busanbindung ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch, man gelangt bequem ins Stadtzentrum bzw. zum Bahnhof. Besonders möchte ich die herzliche und freundliche Kommunikation mit Franca und ihrem Mann hervorheben. Sie waren beide immer sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und das hat meinen Aufenthalt dadurch noch viel angenehmer gemacht. Ich habe mich hier wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann diese Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen. Und ich freue mich ganz sicher schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

esperienza fantastica in una casetta immersa nel verde ma vicinissima al centro. Viviane è dolce e gentile, la casa impeccabile. spero davvero di tornarci presto!!

Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung sieht in echt noch besser aus als auf den Bildern und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Snacks und Kaffee dürfen verwendet werden. Das Bett ist bequem und alle Zimmer sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt von San Vito Chietino und ein Spaziergang durch die schönen kleinen Gassen und zum Aussichtspunkt lohnen sich. Im Ort sind Supermarkt, Bäcker, Café fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Gastgeberin war stets problemlos. Sie war so nett und gab uns auch hilfreiche Tips zu örtlichen Lokalen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

We had a wonderful time here. The location is ideal and the house is very spacious and had all conveniences that we needed. We also appreciated that the hosts were very friendly and responsive in communicating and helping to resolve small issues. Thank you 🌞

We spent a wonderful week in this apartment - 2 adults, 2 small children and our dog. The apartment is beautiful, clean and full of history and details. It has 3 floors, 2 bathrooms, 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 small balconies and one large terrace, equipped kitchen, fast wi-fi, space for work, smart TV - everything you need for a longer stay. Apartment is located in the historic center of Vasto, in the small magic street, nearby to the free parking, the market Santa Chiara, churches, bakery, restaurants, the park and an amazing views to the see. The bars in the area have turned into restaurants, so we had no problem with night noise and we slept very well. Letizia is a fantastic host, she responded quickly, she helped us with everything and she gave us great tips in the area. The only thing to mention is the stairs in the apartment - they are bit steep, but we got used to it and everything was fine. We fell in love with Vasto and also with this apartment.
