Absolutely positive note for the host and his family, who are committed to offering us all their help for any need or questions about the best activities to do in the area. The house itself fully respected what its description here on the platform presented, not at all taken for granted according to my past experiences. The village where the property is located is very quiet, ideal as a base to rest after doing physical activities in the surroundings like us (trekking, snow sports, evening explorations of nearby towns like Scanno). Overall, we were very satisfied with the entire experience, so we feel we can recommend it with full marks 🙂

Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

Really impeccable apartment. Very well stocked and beautifully maintained. Equipped with everything and very clean. Gabriele and his wife are two very kind and wonderful people for their availability and attention. Highly recommended for a stay in the mountains thanks to the wonderful opportunities offered by Majella and for the really comfortable accommodation. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back.

Very nice stay and the host was very responsive to the one need we had. I would definitely recommend.

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. The place is very spacious and comfortable. The family who hosted us is made up of special people and very hospitable, especially Grandpa Giò. It is very easy to reach the train station, both on foot and by car, also because in front of the station there is a large free parking lot. The property is in a very quiet area from which you can easily reach the surroundings and organize pleasant excursions. Highly recommended!!! Thanks to Roberta and her beautiful family!!!

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

It was an extremely pleasant stay. Atessa is a gem and the apartment is centrally located but sheltered, and is soundproofed from the lively Piazza Garibaldi next door. The supermarket is just a stone's throw away, and for us, who were visiting relatives, getting around was a breeze. Anna Pia welcomed us with great care and kindness, making us feel at home. The recently renovated apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished, it has all the comforts combined with the memory of its ancient structure. Particularly appreciated are the shutters that offer complete darkness at night, the independent heating/air conditioning that was precious to ensure a comfortable environment for my elderly father; the towel warmers in the bathroom and the terrace that is a gem overlooking the church of San Rocco and the square. We have found the perfect base for our next trips to Atessa.

We loved Patrizia's place. It's in a beautiful location in a nature reserve, with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view looking out towards the sea - and a short walk from the beach. It's comfortable, spacious, airy, and well equipped. We were sorry not to have the opportunity in the end to use the bikes she offered us to explore the area. We were able to park in the private drive just next to the apartment, which we appreciated. Patrizia and her husband were delightful hosts, who gave us a warm welcome and shared local information with us.

We stayed with two people for one week in this apartment. The apartment is practical and simply furnished but very clean. From this apartment many day trips made in this beautiful nature reserve. There are also delicious restaurants, bakery, butcher and mini supermarket within walking distance. Good wifi available and the host was very friendly and helpful. For 4 people I find the apartment on the small side but for two people it is fine. Definitely recommended to visit all the surrounding villages.

Nice solution in the center, very convenient to the main square to park the car, also in just 5 minutes on foot you can reach a super efficient and cheap multi-story parking lot, a nice environment, very good bathroom and kitchen solution, the bed solution is a little spartan (since it is a studio you have to be satisfied with a sofa bed) but overall it is more than valid as a general solution for a few days of stay in the area. Definitely recommended.

The house is very comfortable, clean and sunny. We were greeted with friendliness and punctuality, in addition, various useful information was provided for the stay and a top pastry shop!!!!

Wonderful place in the San Grasso region.

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

Well done and recently renovated apartment. The rooms are spacious and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything and the two bathrooms, very clean, give an extra help to prepare. There are supermarkets nearby and the highway is just a few miles away. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful place. Intimate, very relaxing, full of details and precautions, very clean. Very kind owner, very nice and attentive to give every indication. The area is very peaceful. If you want peace, it is a good place to "escape".

Antonio was very kind from the moment of check-in, for which he waited with great availability with ready and fast communications by phone. Once we arrived, he took care to recommend places to eat typical cuisine and made himself available for the duration of the stay for any need. The accommodation is clean, quiet, cool and very welcoming. Highly recommended experience and host!

Small corner of relaxation. Clean and tidy rooms with everything you need. The details make a difference. like the LEDs, Netflix, the bathtub, the moss on the walls, etc... highly recommended.
