Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Apartment! Das Haus liegt herrlich ruhig mit toskanischer Postkarten-Aussicht – besonders am Pool ein echtes Highlight. Nach einem kleinen Start-Hoppala (halb so wild und schnell geklärt) haben wir genau das Apartment bekommen, das wir gebucht hatten – und es entsprach absolut der Beschreibung. Die Gastgeber waren super herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Besonders genossen haben wir das optionale italienische Frühstück – lecker, liebevoll gemacht und mit viel Charme. Perfekte Lage, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, von kleinen Dörfern bis zu größeren Städten war alles gut erreichbar. Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

The location of the appartment was spectacular we did not need to do the historical sites as we had been there before even though they were easily accessible but we stayed in the area around the appartment and followed all the recommendations from our hosts and loved it from where to get best coffee to ice cream to streets to roam.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Rome! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from incredible restaurants, charming cafes, and iconic landmarks. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable—truly felt like a home away from home. The host was also incredibly helpful and responsive, which made everything seamless. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome—you won’t be disappointed!

This place is fabulous! I fell in love with the photos and immediately knew I must book this location. It goes way beyond the photos and reviews, though, because Giorgio is a superb host! I cannot express enough how welcoming and thoughtful Giorgio is and he dedicates himself to providing incredible attention to his guests. Every question was answered and assistance provided from the moment of booking until the date of departure. The home was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we needed throughout our stay. The air conditioner was a must and performed superbly. The electric blackout window coverings were so unique and worked incredibly. Everything was within walking distance and we felt safe at all hours of the day and night. There are so many sites to see and explore and also tons of shopping and food galore! Giorgio coordinated a private driver for us at airport pickup as well as last day train departure which was a relief. Don’t forget to bring cash for drivers!

Ein sehr nettes und ländlich gelegenes Appartment mit kostenlosem eigenen Parkplatz. Zum nächstgelegenen Strand sind es nur 3min mit dem Auto, nach Orbetello ca. 20min. In der Gegend gibt es nicht viel, es sollte einen also nicht stören ständig mit dem Auto unterwegs zu sein. Das Appartment selbst ist sauber, Geschirr und Sachen wie Salz, Pfeffer, etc. sind vorhanden. Am ersten Abend hat das WLAN leider nicht funktioniert, aber Mario war äußerst bemüht und hilfsbereit und schließlich hat es am nächsten Tag dann einwandfrei funktioniert. Mario gibt auch tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Strände und Restaurants. Danke nochmal für alles! :)

L’appartamento ha superato ogni aspettativa. Mi ha offerto un’accoglienza impeccabile e mi ha messo nelle migliori condizioni per scoprire e vivere un territorio ricco di sorprese, emozioni e angoli inattesi. We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

This apartment is absolutely beautiful, in a great central location, well-appointed inside, and with a fantastic rooftop overlooking the Rome skyline. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Fabrizio was a great host - responsive and friendly. Highly recommended!

This Apartment was very beautiful. For us it was easy to find. You definitely need a car. We used the Pool in the afternoon. It was very very quiet and for sure 100% nature. The only thing we would change is the matress. It was way to hard for us. We felt in love with Paolo. He is a funny and warm hearted person with grate hospitability. We were at the spiaggia lunga, it was very nice there. Not many people. Ciao Paolo, hope to see you again. XXX

Everything worked perfect. Some previous reviews mentioned noise and poor A/C we had no problem at all. Cool, calm and peaceful. Will definitely be back.

Lorenzo’s apartment in Fiumicino was beautiful and clean, the area was amazing. 3 minutes walk from bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the beach. And 8 minutes from the airport. Lorenzo was very easy to reach and very responsive. he helped us with an early check in, and even helped us arranging transportation to the airport the next day. The only regret was not staying longer in Fiumicino. In just one day we felt in-love with the area This places is 100% recommended.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect - so convenient to get to all the attractions. The place was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. We loved the stylish and cozy interior design - you can tell the host put a lot of thought into making it beautiful. Special mention goes to our host who was incredibly helpful and responsive. They answered all our questions quickly and were always available when we needed assistance. We definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Wonderful place in a quiet perfect spot in Tuscany! Luigi was wonderful to communicate with. Easily one of the best places we’ve stayed on our Italy vacation.

The view is stunning, the apartment very comfortable. Location can’t be beat, you can walk right into the Roman Forum and also walk to the city center fairly easily.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

It was a nice apartment. It was two-storey and spacious. There were separate air conditioners for both floors. The kitchen was complete. The location of the apartment is really great. The farthest place to visit is 20-25 minutes walk away. Which you have to do if you come to Rome. There is a different history on each street.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. The place is in a great location. The market is a hop away and the cafe downstairs makes a very strong Americano. There were some issues out of their control in regard to luggage drop off and communication was spot on. This did however lead to a delay in the turn over and the place was still being cleaned at 4pm. There was a comment about the linens being old and that is definitely true. The towels are old and the comforter was worn. However, the location and price are unbeatable

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

Our family of seven fit perfectly in the apartment with plenty of bathrooms to share. Gabriela was responsive and helpful. Check in and access was super easy. We made use of the washer/dryer as we’re were half way into our three week trip - this was great for us. We also had some easy dinners around the kitchen hen table - we had everything we needed.
