We enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and we especially liked the large back deck. Seeing the deer and wild turkey's were an added bonus. Definitely would stay here again!

What absolutely stunning house to stay at! It has a wonderful outdoor space for sitting around chatting after the kids went to bed, not that they would have heard us if we were chatting in the house since the house is so well insulated! Leigh was a fantastic host and the house was beautifully decorated and furnished!

Roxanne was a great host! She allowed us an early check in which was very helpful. Great place to stay when you are on the area! Highly recommend.

For being one of the smallest, most rural air bnbs we have ever stayed in- Though it really wasn't even small (3 bed, 2 rooms, 2 bath!) I have to say I was thoroughly impressed! This was honestly one of the nicest air bnbs weve ever stayed in! It was quiet, private, cozy and while I was initially disappointed having overlooked the no TV part i quickly grew to love the vibe this place brought over our two days here! The kids enjoyed having their own space upstairs while we got to be downstairs. There's an adorable little area that my husband and I quietly had our coffee in and the kitchen was adorned with brand new appliances that were squeaky clean. The owner clearly has great taste bc everything from the handsoap to the hand towels was amazing scents and good quality 😂 This was definitely worth the money and we cant wait to come back next summer!

My second time staying at Thomas's place was just as great as the first time. Its perfect if you and a group are looking for a place close to Scratch Brewing. Plenty of room and beds to accommodate a large group and a big table to play games at. We all enjoyed our stay and can definitely see ourselves coming back for a third visit.

Billy's place was just what we needed for our stay for the street machine nationals. It was about 5 minutes out of town in a secluded wooded setting that was quite and peaceful. The cabin had everything we needed and Billy left provisions for breakfast that included fresh eggs,butter,bread coffee,and granola. We loved the screened in porch for setting and eating breakfast in the mornings. The only downfall is now the wife wants a screened in porch LOL. I would like to thank Billy for opening his beautiful property up for us to stay at, and if we ever need a place in southern Illinois again it will be my first place to see if it's available. Thanks again Billy
